I enjoyed my stay and the staff were good. The location is decent, about 15 mins walk to the restaurants by the beach, though it is right in the middle of old town.
The elevators were really old and slow, the shower had good pressure but smelled a bit bad.
There is nothing really 'wrong' with this place, but I wouldn't say it was an excellent experience. Of course, it was not that expensive either anyway.
The staff were polite and excellent.

Prévu pour durer 3 jours, notre séjour a été d’une durée de 10 jours en raison d’un accident survenu nécessitant l’hospitalisation de mon épouse au CHU de Nice. Je souligne que l’ensemble des personnels de l’hôtel ont été d’une grande aide pour me faciliter ce supplément de séjour. Depuis la prolongation de la réservation -en période d’occupation à 100/100- jusqu’à l’aide pratique pour gérer le parking -coûteux - de mon véhicule, lés impressions de documents, jusqu’à l’enregistrement de nos billets d’avion! Une aide qui dépasse largement l’obligation professionnelle. Sinon l’hôtel est bien situé : près de la vieille ville et de la gare, sur la très pratique ligne de tramway qui dessert le centre touristique. Les espaces communs sont modernes et impeccables. Une mention spéciale pour le bar, brasserie du 8 em étage très aéré et doté d’une terrasse, piscine, salle de fitness. Un grand merci à tous les personnels, si nous revenons à Nice, nul doute que nous retournerons dans ce Mercure.

أنصح من كان له زيارة إلى مدينة نيس أن تكون إقامته في هذا الفندق. الموقع والإطلالة رائعتين، وكذلك الخدمات المُقدمة فيه من أجود ما يُمكن، وطاقم العمل جدًا محترف وخلوق وذو كفاءة عالية. كل الأماكن الحيوية في المدينة على بُعد أمتار بسيطة من هذا الفندق الأكثر من رائع.

Was slightly nervous after reading some of the reviews but what a lovely surprise on our arrival. Incredible location close to the ******, port and station and perfect hotel to explore Monaco. Rooms very clean and quiet. Would highly recommend as also great value for money. Tip: if you are arriving by train. At station, exit onto princess boulevard, turn right and a few yards later you will see the lift on the other side of the road. Go up this and then opposite to next lift. Go up again and then turn left. Hotel a few yards on right. Literally about 7 mins max from station.

This aparthotel is absolutely lovely. I had a gorgeous spacious apartment on the 7th floor, with views over Monaco and the sea. There was also a balcony - which I wasn't expecting. The apartment was modern, airy and fully equipped and there's a pool on the roof. Breakfast was nice - and ran until 10.30! So top marks for that. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to ****** square and the railway station is also about 10 minutes away, so a great situation. There is a little market on the street on Sunday and there is a ****** supermarket about a minute away as well as a wholefood supermarket. Staff were helpful and friendly. Fantastic.

Pool is owned by Nikki Beach, so hotel guests are only provided complimentary lounge chairs at Nikki’s discretion. You are forced to either pay 200+ Euro for a daybed, or awkwardly sit/hang out on the narrow corners of the pool. Nikki beach tries to provide a and adult day party atmosphere with DJ, bottle service and hookah, but small kids were playing in the pool all day. Room smelled like stale cigarettes, old stains on the carpet, bathroom had zero ventilation and fogged up like a sauna any time you turn on the shower, everything gets wet and stays wet. For some reason a moldy bath mat was rolled up and propped to the side of the tub upon arrival. All staff were very professional and accommodating, met the level of service I would expect at a luxury hotel. Location is decent, Nobu inside the lobby, short walk to Buddha Bar and ******, about 15 min walk to the beach. There was a lot of construction going on (August 2023) surrounding the hotel, several cranes obstructing the views.

- Location far from Antibes and even Biot train station (25-30 minutes on foot);
- Front desk staff could be more service-oriented;
- The lighting did not work in my room while checking in, thus had to wait for another room to be assigned;
- Cleaning is 55 Eur, 15 Eur just to change towels. It's the first time ever I met such an approach in my extensive travel history across the globe within the last 10 years. Even 5 star hotels do the cleaning on a daily basis without any charge in any country (it's a normality).

It's a cheap apartment complex, reception open during day, no facilities like a hotel i.e. evening meal, bar etc, everything locked up at 8pm. You basically get a living room with a cheap sofa and really cheap tables and a 14” TV set. Bedroom has a bed and side tables and nothing else. Bathroom is dated and shower curtain all brown on bottom. I was there for a week and no room service is provided, so be prepared to make your own bed, clean up etc. Never again, and it was not a cheap place in terms of € cost per night. Breakfast (10€) is a joke, some eggs to boil yourself and a few cereals and a few slices of ham etc. Coffee macing and juice locked at 09.30 until following day

PPengguna TetamuHotel fine, comfortable. Beware of asking them to arrange a taxi to the airport. I asked how much a taxi would be and was told 35 Euros, so asked for a taxi to be booked for the next morning. The ”taxi” was a private operator licensed to work as a taxi, but had no meter. When i asked where the meter was, the driver told me the fare was 40 Euros, this after I'd already got in and we were on our way. Beware of this tactic. Not sure how this is organised, but need to have correct information given before booking.

LLesha_SlashSuper location within walking distance to just about everything. Nice acknowledgment of platinum IHG status by getting upgraded to 7th floor executive room with what sounds like more space than a standard. Beautiful view of Nice’s architecture. Appreciated the bathrobes! Even an iron with ironing board. Windows opened for plenty of fresh air. Hotel seemed full but was never overly busy, especially elevators. Front desk staff very helpful. A big terrace at the front of the hotel has a good combo of shade/sun. Guests can have breakfast, lunch (i think) or drinks out there, tho dinner was not being served while we were visiting. Our only suggestion is to offer 2 standard levels of breakfast; the 20-euro buffet gets to be a bit much if staying for several days. We asked for a coffee and croissant option which the dining staff agreed to give us for 10 euros apiece. But it would be more comfortable to have a standard continental breakfast offered that didn’t need to be negotiated. We don’t need so many calories at breakfast!

NNoelle CCI recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay.
From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable.
Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

Short stay business trip. Arrived just after mid day from a flight from the UK. And the process of getting to the hotel from the airport is easy. I packed light and was happy to walk. The walk from the airport to the hotel is around 15 minutes and I found it rather easy to navigate. Upon arrival at the hotel I was met with a really friendly smile at reception. The gentlemen who checked me in was very friendly and accommodating. I found it really pleasant how he referred to me as my surname. I found this really nice and I have never experienced this when travelling before. So overall on customer service I have to give it 5*. Rooms were lovely and spacious plenty of storage space and clean. I cant fault the room at all. Only issue I did pick up is this is one of the first hotels I have stayed in where I have not received toiletries such as a comb, tooth brush and paste ect. But there is shower gel and shampoo. This is not really an issue but travelling light for business it just helps a little if the hotel offers these. Pool area was very clean and tidy pool was inviting and very refreshing. Location wise you are a short distance from Nice and Monaco which is very nice I walked into Nice town from the hotel along the beach front and found this took around 2 hours grand total of walking there and back. The beach area is very clean and lovely!! Overall this was a very short stay for work but I will definitely be looking at returning to this hotel in the future. Once again thank you for a nice and simple stay and your staff are a credit to this hotel!

PPengguna TetamuA small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot.
The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.

PPengguna TetamuLoved the view from the room and rooftop! Me and my bf stayed for 3 nights last week. Was amazing! All the staff were very kind and helpful. The most enjoyable part was the view while we were having breakfast at the top floor. Breakfast buffet was ok and they serving dinner in the same room as well.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is located one block away from the beach and right in front of a Tramway station, which is very good, since you probably will have to take the tramway (or walk around 20-30 min) to get into the restaurants and the old town. This tramway line is the one that gets into the airport and on the turistical points.
Trip offered a category of room that, according to the hotel staff, does not exist on the hotel (triple bed). I was traveling with a friend and we didn't want to share the same bed.
First, staff didn't want to change our room saying they were complete. After insisting, they found another room with 2 beds, but the AC didn't work fine on this new room.
After the check-in, the staff member forgot to give my passport back. When I asked for it, he said that ”he wanted to keep seeing my picture because I was very pretty” 🙄. Unecessary, embarassing and not funny at all.
Rooms are comfortable enough and correct for a budget hotel.

The hotel has a fantastic location nearby the airport l'm not very far from the City Center, Radisson Blu Nice has its own pool and beach satisfy all your needs whether you like a calm family, friendly beach, or a pool with a fresh drinks and the restaurant.

SsahnouneBonjour juste un petit mal entendu dans la chambre il y avait des cafards je trouve grave pour le prix proposé par l'hôtel premiere classe promenade des anglais j'ai était obligé de tué les cafards car ça m'a empêché de dormir.
Donc j'ai passé une mauvaise nuit d'hôtel.
