SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations.
The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean.
The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies.
I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults.
There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes.
Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

AAnonymous UserThe top-floor terrace room is very spacious with a large bed, perfect for watching the sunset right from bed. The location is excellent, right on the town's main street, with plenty of dining and shopping options downstairs. It's a ten-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient to get to Antibes or Monaco. The beach is a bit of a walk, but it's just one stop on the L1 tram, which runs frequently. You'll want to plan your times carefully to catch the sunrise and sunset.

Ordered food on the terrace, no cutlery, no napkins with the food, Spumante not fresh.....
Table next to us ordered 2 hamburgers, got 1, 2 the 10 minutes later.....
We asked at the counter if we could eat at the pool above, NO, due to the bad weather no food on the 6th, around 4 pm we come swimming 6th floor, all tables are set, then we think we will quickly make a reservation, but no already fully booked. ?????
All this was very well handled by a girl called Emanuela, who did her job well, for example with glass and with the bottle at the table pouring (worth 5 stars), Attention for our child (9 years) etc and 2 aperitifs on the house.
But the damage was done....

BBozaihuanyoushijieingThe room is quite small, and so is the bathroom for showering. The room has waterproof carpeting. The air conditioning works well, and the room is relatively clean. Just remember, a common issue with all hotels in Europe is the lack of toothbrushes and toothpaste; the shampoo and body wash are usually a 2-in-1 product. It's really close to the train station, and there's a KFC, McDonald's, and supermarket nearby. If you're planning trips to Menton, Cannes, or Monaco, this is a great place to stay and rest. The view outside the window is also nice.

GGuest UserLocation wasn’t in the heart of the city centre. Had to take a tram to promenade des anglais area. But tram was located just 2 mins walk from the hotel so that’s okay. Room was generally clean but the carpets seemed a little dirty. Great thing was the staff were all really friendly and helpful, and could speak English well!

Aanne_1009The room is quite spacious for European standards. It features a kitchen with a microwave, allowing you to easily warm up your own food. You'll find a Carrefour and a McDonald's right outside the door. Plus, it's only about a 20-minute walk to both the old town and the beach, which is incredibly convenient.

TThé au laitVery nice service, clean room and facilities in good condition. The position is great with only 2 mins walk to the train station. Convenient area with restaurants opening from 8am to 11pm. Best choice for train trip to suburb area around Nice.
Cons: tea and milk provided is normal as in any French supermarkets. The layout of room is a bit tight. The bathroom may splash water out.
Generally good hotel in Nice. Would recommend friends to visit as a safe choice in a normal budget.

ZZhaoyikuThe location is about 1.5 kilometers from the beach. There is a road under construction in front of the door, which is a bit messy. There is a supermarket not far away. Parking is in a parking building across the road. You need to go to the front desk to get a barcode before driving over. You have to scan the barcode twice to enter and exit the parking building, which is a test of thinking and action ability. To put it bluntly, it is a bit confusing. The hotel facilities are not bad, but it is a bit old. I don’t know if it’s the water pipes or some equipment that occasionally starts at night, it’s a bit noisy. It’s just like that if you pass by and stay for one night.

Only mini bemol a direct parking under the hotel would have been good
But it is not very serious in view of tt services positive
And obviously the view of the sea that demands
The small dej face to the sea or hear the noise of the waves is really calming.

MMargaritaThe hotel has got a prefect location in the Nice centre and offers some unique facility - roof swimming pool and seats for the tan.
We had just a one serious problem in the bathroom - water have spread out from the douche pipe apart the main spray so we can not use it. We waited for 3 days since our claim while they fix it. Pity.
