Ulasan Hotel Kojoen

The onsen hotel can easily be assessed by bus, just 5 minutes walk after getting off the bus, in fact they have car park too. It is very near to the ferry pier and the view was terrific, every room has a balcony with lake view. It was runned by the owner and her family members. An unique onsen hotel with quiet and peaceful enviornment where we can relax after a long day's journey. The owner and staff were very attentive and care for their guests. My friend was sick, the owner offered her medicine oil to rub her stomach and let her rest in the waiting area even after check-out. The food was so very delicious and it was one of the best onsen food I ever have so far. I would highly recommend to anyone who want to spend a night in Nikko. I will consider to stay in this onsen hotel again in future.

One of the most wonderful hotel we have stayed in Japan. Room was clean, food was excellent , location was exceptional and staff were very hospitable and friendly. Definitely will return if I visit Nikko again!

This is in a perfect location, right on the water. The customer service is top notch. Thry have mens, womans and private Onsen. The men and woman have and indoor and outdoor onsen. The private is only indoors. All 3 are small but clean and does the job. The breakfast and dinner was amazing. However, if your not used to Japanese style sleeping then prepare yourself. It's on a thin mat on the floor. I stayed for one night and absolutely loved the hospitality.

強烈推薦！酒店坐落於中禪寺湖邊，房間數量不多，是一泊兩食的温泉旅館，服務熱情周到。晚餐和早餐菜色豐富，味道可口，真的很棒。此次定的是一樓不含浴室的傳統和式房間，窗就是中禪寺湖，景色無敵。湖上苑的温泉分為男士女士和私人三間，私人的温泉衹需在門口寫上使用時間即可享用。以後再來日光，還會選擇湖上苑，性價比非常高。

是原大使館工作人員居住的別墅改造的民宿，小而精緻。地理位置太優越了，就在中禪寺湖邊上，所有房間都是正對湖景，第二天起床驚喜發現積雪已深，推開移門即是窗外美景，簡直美不勝收。因為和朋友一家另外在日光麗思卡爾頓共進晚餐，衹體驗了民宿早餐，日式和西式早餐都體驗了，提前一天預約時間用餐，全部現場製作。吃了好幾天日式旅館的冷食早餐，這家的西式早餐真是深得我心，咖啡也超好喝。總之強烈安利這家，人均700一晚含早晚餐的民宿，直麪一線湖景，除了房間小點，其他都堪稱完美。

酒店地理位置好，就在中禪寺温泉乘船碼頭邊上。（12初船因為冬季已經停了）小型旅館式，一共上下兩層。這次定了兩間房。一間在一樓是榻榻米房間比較緊湊另外一間是湖景房在二樓，佈局較舒適。住宿內含頓晚餐和一頓早餐。口味都不錯。可能因為是木板結構較多隔音會相對差一些。服務非常好。4月春季看櫻花 11月秋季看楓葉應該很美。

非常非常滿意。 餐食，温泉，房間設施，服務，地理位置，一切都非常好。 等夏天的時候還會再來。

酒店就在中禪寺湖邊上，推窗即是美麗的湖光山色，超出我的預期，早餐和晚餐也都很不錯，強烈推薦這家酒店的住宿。

這是一家家族酒店，酒店位置很好找，班車坐到中禪湖下來走10分鐘左右就到了。接待的小姐姐認真耐心熱情的給我們做了登記，訂了兩餐，超出意外的好吃驚喜到了！房間乾淨舒服，温泉户外的水質很好，户外的景色很好看呢！

看得出來很有年代感的酒店，由於建築本身的原因，不太隔音，晚上走路生怕吵到隔壁和樓下的住客。除此之外都很滿意。環境很好，就在中禪湖邊，隔着窗欣賞中禪湖，早上還可以看見水鳥。餐食為定食，牛排很嫩，温泉不大但有免費的私湯泡。出酒店就是中禪湖郵電局站，去湯元温泉方向或者回東武日光站都很方便。

接待人員非常用心，飯店非常乾淨，湖岸第一排美景。 晚餐和早餐都非常好吃，飯店很用心的料理，非常值得推薦一來再來。
