Location: centrally located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with sufficient parking. Rooms: spacious room with a comfortable bed and good amenities. Room and bathroom area were very clean. Overall well appointed room. Check in process: quick and painless. Complimentary bfst: limited options but well made tasty food. Overall - highly recommended

Good stay. More maintenance required for rooms. Breakfast menu should improve. Good surrounding in the town. Easy accessibility to north and south goa

We stayed at this property for 5 days, it was a wonderful stay, location is good as close proximity to most of the beaches, breakfast had a lot of options, clean and spacious rooms and courteous staff.
