Ulasan Ozone Hotel Pantai Indah Kapuk

The best of this location only the location, just the opposite of the Hospital.  The young and thin male on the reception, seem ignorant and somthing wrong, theres large population in jakarta, i don’t understand how can the management higher this type of works to mannage the hotel.

My room is under renovation and very noisy because the glass is changed with very thin panel. When i asked hotel staff to change the room, he said no avail room. This hotel is really not recommended. It's better to stay at other hotel in pik area.

Good location for me. Hotel is good price . Room. Leaned everyday. All good , found bed very comfortable and aircon good

Basic hotel that's a bit outdated. Poor WiFi and old TVs. Friendly staff. Close to restaurants but no footpaths to walk on. Surrounding area bit smelly🤢

Location hotel is good near market and good for transit passengers also coz have a highway to airport only 15 min to airport

Room was clean but very small, kinda dark and dingy. wifi didn’t work good in my room. Had to go to lobby to use wifi.

The room is quite small and I found some yellowish patches in the bed sheet. However, the location is near Pantai Indah Kapuk and about 30 mins from airport.

We picked our stay here because we wanted to visit PIK before our flight back home. The room was spacious and simple. We loved the idea of refilling water from the lift lobby. There’s a gachapon/pop mart/ figurine shop just downstairs. My children went crazy there. There is a bustop right outside the hotel to get to PIK but I think you need a special card for that. The traffic can be quite bad during the holidays. We had to take Gojek bike to avoid getting stuck. Perfect place to stay if you want to just come here for PIK. And also for fast airport transfer, and avoid the jam to the airport. It is worth it!

Either Trip. Com has scammed me or the Ozone Hotel staff has. I have clearly booked and paid a non smoking room, however the receptionist claimed that I booked a smoking room and could only get a change to non-smoking room by paying extra for "upgrade". This was the first time I used Trip.com to book room and this was the first time I stayed in Ozone Hotel. Which of these 2 had actually scammed me? It would be very disappointing if Trip.com has ever made smoking room as preset booking requirement or top-choice room that users like us should be responsible to make changes ourselves. If Ozone was the one that scam me, i do hope Trip.com investigate this matter and make refund to me the unnecessary upgrade fee.

Comfortable stay with great value, service and hospitality is very well, just sharing for the other guest that they didn't provide drinking water in the room, but you could bring the water jar or your own to the dispenser nearby. something to improve: the space of the electric socket is very tight and it's not so easy for the laptop that use universal adapter

Tiny room. The bed is so soft, makes you seems like drown in it. Location is ok.
