A la base, nous avions choisi un autre hôtel mais il y a eu un soucis donc le service client nous a attribué celui-ci.
En arrivant, nous nous sommes enregistré auprès d'une jeune fille hyper sympa qui nous a super bien accueilli.
Les chambres sont bien dans l'ensemble. Quelques manquement mais rien de grave.
Le petit déjeuner est énorme. Il y avait de tous les goûts.
L'hôtel est doté d'une piscine, sauna et salle de gym. Ce qui est un plus.
En revanche, il n'est pas très bien situé.
Le soir, nous restions sans dîner car aucun restaurant ouvert dans les alentours.
Il y a un tram à côté pour aller en ville mais ne fonctionne pas le soir.

For those with time to enjoy Sarajevo Grand Hotel offers all you need as well as a glimpse into one of the many 'Grand' hotels with fitting that encapsulate the former Yugoslavia.
Breakfast although basic was within expectations for the price point. The 'Sarajevo 1984' Olympic colors on the chairs I thought were a nice nod to the past.
The room was modest but included everything I needed as a solo traveller and was cleaned every couple of days. Lack of AC was the only thing that made the trip slightly less comfortable.
There is a bar on a maisonette floor that serves drinks all day till around 11PM. The staff were courteous and helpful.
For those who don't have a car, taxi can be ordered from the front desk or you can walk 5 minutes to the Railway Station and nearest Tram/Bus stops.
The observation tower is nearby, the Ottoman city is around 30 minutes on foot.
I would stay again. 👍

Great hotel with an interesting historical background in a historical city; It's a little over 20 mins walk to the city center, however I choose this hotel because I have a car and this hotel has a very good parking lot for guest. You may take #6 tram to most city sights on this circle line.
Hotel breakfast was very good, however the hotel facilities and deco look little dated, and internet was very slow on 8th floor when we were there.

I consider myself as experienced traveler and this was the best hotel I have stayed in. Every single thing was planned in detail and delivered in perfect- best quality food, amenities in a hotel and the kindest people- reception, cleaners, kitchen crew.
Thank you for this amazing experience.
Definitely planning to come back.

The staff were amazing and went the extra mile to help us. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast exceeded our expectation and the rooms were clean and well equipped. Also having free on-site parking was a great bonus.
