Stayed there for several weeks in 2019-2020. They sent me to a room, once I entered the heating and ac was in pieces on the floor. I went back down and the maintenance man, by the way is very honest and helpful, looked at it, got me another room. Next room had to have the room sprayed for bugs, disgusting. Near the end of my stay manager came to my room and said I owed more and if I did not pay, pack up and get out. I paid the extra and left. stayed again in January 2021- through February 2021 and again the same thing happened. At that time I recorded signing in, took witness names and recorded it. The night manager came and said I owed more. I said I did not think I did. She said I would have to leave if I did not pay. she then said this happens all the time to guest and she was going to leave. I paid it and the day manager approached me and said I lied about her. I said if you like, here is the audio and video of your conversation when I checked in. I travel from overseas to visit my kids in Oklahoma. I will be in OKC in May, 2022 and already paid in full at a fantastic hotel, I know is very clean, has daily maid service and no bugs.
