Hotel Oklahoma City dengan Kolam Renang

Best thing about the Marriott Courtyard on Reno is its location. It is about 2 blocks from the Bricktown area with restaurants and riverwalk. It is adjacent to the Paycom Center where the OKC Thunder basketball team plays. It is about 1 mile from the OKC Bombing Memorial. The worst thing about the Marriott Courtyard on Reno is its location. There are lots of people walking and driving outside the hotel in the evening. It is pretty loud. There is a freight train line across the street and the trains are loud. Hotel is clean. Housekeeping did not clean our room or give us clean towels. I didn't see any statement that they were skipping days for housekeeping. Bathroom was ok. Sink did not drain well. Thermostat was erratic. Sometimes room was too hot; other times too cold. Clerk checking us in said breakfast wasn't included. Fortunately, we had printed confirmation that said it was. Breakfast was a buffet for $19 a person. Food was ordinary, except for an omelet station where the woman made great omelets, but only 1 of the 2 days.

I really wanted to like this hotel, and there are some things to like. It is a beautifully restored historic building, which is a plus. The rooms are large, and the beds comfortable. However, the management needs to pay more attention to details. After a full day out at appointments, I came back to a room that had not been touched. The bed was unmade, the trash was not emptied, the empty glasses had not been picked up, and I had no clean towel to take a shower before dinner, and I was in a time crunch. (The hotel is supposed to provide daily housekeeping.) The front desk didn't answer the phone when I called from my room, so I got dressed and walked down to talk to someone in person. I was told housekeeping would come right away. But they did not. And so I had to call again, this time getting an answer but still greatly delayed on anyone showing up at my door. If this were a Hilton Garden Inn, I would expect less on service. But at a Hilton property like this, I expect more. A huge oversight is the bizarre room service menu offered. Where else in America can you not order a hamburger or some basic food from room service. I wasn't in the mood for a Wagyu steak. So I went to the bar and found a hamburger and fries. But the bar is not allowed to sell desserts. What? Who thought that was a good idea. The next night I ate a chicken Caesar salad in the bar and nearly broke my teeth on at least four chicken bones not properly removed. Nice property, good location, nice rooms (don't expect a view though) but somewhat lacking in basic service. This should be an easy fix for management.

The valet service was excellent and a blessing in the heat. Also, everything is closeby so there is not much driving or traffic to hassele your stay. . We were missing a hairdryer but the front desk was prompt to deliver one to our room.

penerimaan pengurus sentiasa hebat, minuman percuma (ya alkohol juga) dan makanan ringan percuma. mereka mempunyai sarapan pagi yang terbaik di luar sana. biliknya bersih dan mempunyai semua kemudahan yang diperlukan. proses daftar masuk dan daftar keluar yang mudah. hiasannya bagus dan rasa selesa. tidak mewah, tetapi masih berkelas.

Apabila berjalan ke lobi, sangat bersih, moden. Kakitangan meja depan sangat ramah, bilik bersih tetapi sederhana. Tidak menyukai bayaran untuk kejutan tempat letak kereta semasa mendaftar masuk. Katil selesa, tetapi dindingnya nipis. Saya mendengar lelaki di dalam dewan bercakap sambil cuba untuk tidur.

Perkhidmatan yang hebat. Hotel yang cantik. Saya harap mereka mempunyai pilihan sarapan yang lebih baik. Malah kopi pelengkap dibuat semurah mungkin. Tetapi, lokasi yang hebat. Betul-betul di tepi semua lebuh raya utama. Kedai dan membeli-belah dalam beberapa blok, adalah banyak. Warna bilik adalah warna biru sejuk ini. Sangat santai. T.V terbaik yang pernah saya lihat di dalam bilik. Tetapi, hanya 40 saluran. 10 daripada saluran adalah saluran ESPN 10 lagi atau lebih adalah saluran baharu. Jadi sukar untuk mencari sesuatu yang menarik untuk ditonton. Deposit yang sangat kecil (yang bagus).

A-C adalah kuat dan mengganggu tidur kerana ia dihidupkan/dimatikan secara konsisten. Paling penting bagi saya ialah tidur malam yang baik. Ia tidak berlaku. Segala-galanya hebat. Bufet adalah panas dan sesuai untuk sarapan pagi.
