On a business trip to Macau, I spent a lot of time choosing a hotel and I'm so glad I finally settled on the Grand Lapa Hotel due to its convenient transportation. The hotel boasts an impressive architectural style and an excellent location with plenty of amenities nearby. The abundant breakfast was particularly satisfying. The staff were very helpful and always willing to assist. One day, my room card wouldn't open the door, and it turned out the room lock's battery had died. First, a bellboy accompanied me upstairs to check, and then after about a ten-minute wait, two technicians arrived to fix it, which they did in just a few minutes – very efficient. The bellboy was also very quick and efficient in helping me call a taxi and with my luggage. I brought my own bedding as I was worried about mosquito bites in Macau, but the hotel's bedding was actually very clean. It has the advantages of an older hotel (excellent location) while mostly avoiding the drawbacks (outdated facilities). Although the style is from the 80s or 90s, the carpets and bathroom facilities don't show their age. Great value for money!

The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for getting around. Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, breakfast was very crowded. After 8:30 AM, you pretty much had to wait for a table, and the staff were overwhelmed. The breakfast selection was just average. However, the service in other areas was fantastic! On the day I checked in, the bellboy brought my luggage directly to my room, which was a great experience. The fireworks at night were also beautiful! My only regret is that I left my iPhone charger and cable plugged into the socket by the bed! I wonder if it's possible to find them and send them back to me? I stayed in room 936.

The location is a bit out of the way, at Fisherman's Wharf, which is also quite deserted with no food options nearby. There's no shuttle bus, so you have to go to the Sands across the street. A special warning about the supermarket in the lobby: absolutely do not pay with Alipay or WeChat Pay. They charge 1:1 in RMB, profiting from the exchange rate, which is a total rip-off. Everywhere else charges in MOP.

No complimentary water and the service was just okay, but the location was great. Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient during check-in. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a good night's rest. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese congee and Western pastries, all of which tasted great. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transport links and shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. It offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and family vacations. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to this city and highly recommend it to everyone!

Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall. If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type. I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel.

The hotel offers quick baggage storage and has a dedicated waiting area on the ground floor, which is very convenient for families traveling with children and the elderly. The room was clean and tidy, comparable to the service standards of a four-star hotel, and came with dental kits, which was handy. Overall, the service was flawless. From the room, you can see the Grand Lisboa, making the night view a landmark. The food was also quite authentic to local tastes; my child ate several char siu buns, so they must have been delicious.

Spacious, clean, and fully equipped with excellent soundproofing. It's not far from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, right next to the Lotus Square. You can take the Sands shuttle bus to a nearby stop and then walk. There are plenty of dining options around, and there's also a small supermarket next to the hotel. Taxis aren't very convenient, but the bus stop isn't far either. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus service to the Border Gate and the ferry terminal.

This hotel is budget-friendly, yet still quite decent. There are multiple elevators, which is convenient. It's located on Rua de Coimbra, with a bus stop right outside the door. It's about 400 meters from the Lotus Square, and there's also a racing museum nearby. Not far from the Lotus Square is the Guia Lighthouse, which I highly recommend visiting for panoramic views of the Macau Peninsula. Walking to Grand Lisboa isn't too far, but if you prefer not to walk, the bus is very convenient. Macau isn't big, but its urban layout is compact. For dining, you can head to the area around Rua de Pequim. Wynn Macau is within walking distance; you just need to use an underpass, go past StarWorld Hotel, and Wynn is right across. To get to Macau Airport, you can take bus AP1 from Lotus Square. It's also very close to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, accessible by bus route 3. The shower has strong water pressure, and housekeeping is prompt. Overall, a good experience! As a bonus, you can store your luggage for free for one day. It wasn't my first stay, and they collected a 500 MOP deposit, which was frozen via Alipay and unfrozen the day after check-out – very convenient.

Being in the entertainment business traveling from state to state city to city, l've stayed in a vast amount of hotels traveling abroad as well a vast amount of hotels, but by far the most superior hotel that l've ever stayed in is hotel Central in Macao the history, the passion, the love that went into reviving. The environment is great! Plus, they offer free luggage storage, which saved me a lot of hassle. 😍😍✨ I'm very satisfied! The value for money is excellent too. ✨ The front desk staff even recommend nearby attractions and food, which is truly amazing!
