This is the first time we stayed this hotel and I asked if the hotel can offer us a better city view. The hotel people was so kind to upgrade us to a high floor and the city view was great and beautiful. The hotel has lot of restaurants to choose , standard and high price restaurants which was good for customer to choose . The hotel room has provide free drinks and snacks for customer which is good in case people feel hungry in the early morning or night. And the only small issue was the bath tub was so slippy and need to place a small met inside the bath tub, otherwise , elder people would easy to fall down and the handle was too low in position to catch when showering .

We loved our extraordinarily large room with separate living and bedroom and the lovely scent. Despite its quite minimum lighting, overall we enjoyed our experiences along with its l’occitane amenities. Some people complain about its location being too far from most other sites with limited shuttle options, but we found it quite convenient after knowing that we managed to use Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle services. The shopping mall connected to the hotel was also a reliable option. Our room came with an afternoon tea set which was great though the service could have been better about the tea and drink included.

新開的酒店，房間裏的一切都很新，看着也乾淨衞生。房間大小在澳門應該算不錯的。前台小姐姐態度很好！樓下不少吃的店，還有網紅糖水鋪，門口就是巴士站，距離哪裡都不算遠，很方便。以後還會考慮住這裏。 有個小建議，提供的牙刷太紮了，刷了一次牙齦都出血了。連着更換成柔軟一點的。

You can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Very convenient to walk around the cotai ***** as well as take busses. The staff at Conrad Macao is amazing each and every member tries to help to the best they can. I would like to thank the team for there efforts and hard work. The best team members are: Concierge: von, rency , Harland The breakfast bunch: sarah Front Office: Leena, David , sheries The time was more than happy to assist me anytime with anything much appreciated guys

The hotel is very clean and I thought very well decorated and designed. The room was much bigger than I expected and had 2 very nice places to sit by the windows - one breakfast bar and one cushioned window sill. My one suggestion would be to have a shower bracket on the wall to make the shower hands free. The bathtub is nice but if you want to shower, it could be more convenient. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle bus is convenient.

I visited your hotel for my wedding anniversary yesterday and I am very satisfied with the environment and facilities of your hotel! The service attitude of the staff is very good. Eddy who works at the front desk is very kind and enthusiastically arranges for us. This wedding anniversary is very successful for us. We are all very happy. We have decided to stay at your hotel again that night and wrote an email to thank you for your arrangement. We will also recommend your hotel’s professional services to our friends! Hotel Okura Macau is super nice. This was our first time to stay at this hotel. We had a very good experience and so glad that we chose this hotel. Our visit was for my birthday and my anniversary date. The hotel staff prepared our room with birthday balloons, butterflies, origami decorations and a lovely card. Then, later at night, a gorgeous birthday cake!. We highly recommend this hotel!

I arrived at 1300 hours, but the room was only available at 1500 hours. We requested a late check-out but were only allowed to stay until 1200 hours the next day. I even received a reminder phone call at 1155 hours, which seemed like they were urgently pushing me to leave

We are happy as our room is being upgraded on the 16/floor. Room size is slightly bigger and have beautiful lake view. We always like the trendy room furnishings of this hotel and so as its location. We will sure book again for our next trip!
