Room was very clean and nice. The service to the room was fast and friendly. ****** was very busy though and I was asked to show my ID to verify my age despite being nearly 40 years old. In general though I would go back.

All perfect! The Grand Lisboa Palace Macau is extremely good, The room is spacious, elegant decor with stunning garden views. The hotel provides various amenities with a heated pool, fitness center, spa that is good for ”staycation”. The buffet was very delicious with many choices. And the hotel team are all friendly, patient and helpful particularly the check-in counter that impressed me the most and I would definitely stay this hotel again!

Very nice hotel, location maybe no thet best but convenient to explore Macau. The room is generally clean and has a very good design, the king size bed is also very comfortable. The water pressure is very stable and easy to adjust, their lobby is also very beautiful. The lady who checked in us was very kind upgraded our room to the seaview room, overall we are very satisfied. We would come back to stay again in the future

Location: Obviously, if you can find a taxi, the hotel is only 5 minutes from the main Cotai *****. But if you need to walk, you need to walk past Grand Lisboa, Wynn and MGM to get to Londoner and the rest of the *****. Facilities: Very small (unheated) swimming pool only. There is a playroom for toddlers but not big. There is a video game arcade but the games are for older kids. Not recommended for young toddlers if you plan to spend time at the hotel. Also no ****** so the mall is quite quiet (which may not necessarily be a bad thing). Breakfast: breakfast is served at 3 places: buffet at Loccitane cafe which is western but quite small, buffet at the Cha chaan teng which is decent sized but serves mainly Chinese food, set breakfast at the noodle shop on the other side of the hotel. So if you expect a big buffet selection serving both western and Chinese food, this is not the place. All in all decent place to stay for couples if the price is right.

I liked the hotel, good reception service, friendly staff. The room was clean, there was one jar of bath salt for free, it pleased me. The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient, you either need to take a taxi or walk 25-30 minutes to the streets with restaurants. But despite this, the view from the window is very beautiful. There was one moment that disappointed me a little, when cleaning the room, the maid put one torn set of a bathrobe and the next day did not replace it. I had to look for her and trying to find her and ask to change it to another one . Thanks to the staff that even at 5 a.m. they helped to call a taxi and helped with the suitcases . On my next trip, I would stay at this hotel again

Jenis bilik yang sangat baik, katil bersaiz King, udara bersih dan baik di dalam bilik, tiada bau. Lobi Lobi dan koridor tingkat atas cerah dan selesa. Kakitangan sangat sopan dan daftar masuk dan daftar keluar sangat cepat. Terdapat 7 Chai, pasar raya, restoran teh, mi sup Burma berdekatan, makanan sedap, sedap 😋 Terdapat perhentian bas hanya selepas D, yang sangat mudah untuk pergi ke Runtuhan St. Paul dan Grand Lisboa hanya mengambil masa sepuluh minit. Selamat perjalanan, akan tinggal di sini lagi.

Room service personnel deserve special mention as they are committed to ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for guests. One of the most prominent features of this hotel is its stunning infinity pool. The scenery of the swimming pool is breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of the city skyline. This is an ideal place to relax after a long day. The swimming pool area is well maintained, equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and a peaceful atmosphere, adding fun to overall relaxation. Daniel at the front desk was very helpful, his warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for my stay, providing valuable insights into local attractions and dining options. He actively resolves any questions and ensures smooth check-in and check-out procedures, which is truly commendable. I must say that the hotel exceeded my expectations in multiple aspects. My accommodation at YOHO Treasure Island Hotel was simply fantastic. The superior geographical location, spotless cleanliness, luxurious infinity pool, and excellent service from Daniel and other staff make this hotel the first choice for anyone visiting Macau. I strongly recommend it and look forward to my next visit.
