Overall, it was a great experience. We arrived early in the morning and stored our luggage, then checked in in the evening. The breakfast quality was excellent. The only downside was that I had purchased breakfast for two on my app, and when checking in, I was asked if my child needed breakfast. The staff told me that a 4-year-old didn't need one. However, when my husband took our child to eat breakfast, a staff member yelled at the child to leave. This really knocks off a star. They could have let the child go in first and then spoken to the father for payment.
This was my first time staying at a hotel in Macau, and it was a great experience. There's a shuttle from the Border Gate that gets you close to the hotel, so even with luggage, you can arrive gracefully. All the nearby attractions are within walking distance: Senado Square is about an 8-minute walk, and the Ruins of St. Paul's are about 15 minutes away. Saving on taxi fares meant more money for souvenirs, which was fantastic! It's clear this hotel focuses on creating a peaceful, high-quality stay. The room felt incredibly spacious, with automatic curtains, a TV, a large bathtub, and a double vanity. Other facilities like the gym and pool are free to use for guests. Even in winter, you can soak in the hot tub while watching the sunset – every picture you take will look like an Instagram-worthy shot. The gym has a superb view; working out while enjoying the beautiful scenery puts you in a great mood! The hotel also has the Swan Lake Restaurant, so I just had brunch there when I didn't want to go too far, and the food really suited my taste. Overall, paying for the upgrade was definitely worth it and lived up to my expectations.
I had a truly fantastic stay! I usually stay in Taipa, but this time I chose Harbourview Hotel since I was visiting the Grand Prix Museum the next day, and I was pleasantly surprised. Huge thanks to the hotel for upgrading me to a suite – the room was incredibly spacious, and most importantly, it was spotless and well-maintained. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Macau. It's super convenient; you can take the Sands shuttle and just cross the road, or use public transport as there's a bus stop right opposite the hotel. There are water dispensers in the hallway, though only cold water, which was perfectly fine.
Traveling with two adults and one child, we opted for a twin room with two 1.2-meter single beds. It was perfectly comfortable for sleeping. The hotel's location is excellent; it's just seven or eight stops on bus number 1 from Gongbei Port. Right outside the hotel, you'll find Rua de Cinco de Outubro, and it's a short walk to Senado Square, the Ruins of St. Paul's, and Monte Fort, allowing you to explore the old town on foot. Getting to Taipa Island by bus is also very convenient. The hotel breakfast was great, and they didn't charge for our child. While the facilities are a bit dated, it's all perfectly acceptable. Highly recommended!
Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing.
My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall.
If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type.
I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too.
The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel.
The hotel is very close to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, about a 30 RMB taxi ride or just three bus stops away. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and their Mandarin was excellent, making communication a breeze. Although the room wasn't huge, it was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with good soundproofing. Breakfast is served on the third floor, offering both Chinese and Western options. You can even scan a QR code to order freshly cooked eggs and noodles delivered right to your table.
The hotel's location is fantastic. Downstairs, you'll find a wide variety of eateries, including snack shops, local tea restaurants, Portuguese cuisine, and even a McDonald's. There are also several supermarkets nearby. It's just a 10-minute walk to Wynn Macau. From there, you can take a shuttle bus to Wynn Palace in Cotai, which then gives you easy access to The Venetian, The Londoner, The Parisian, and Studio City. It's incredibly convenient!
This hotel is located on the southeast side of Macau Peninsula's old town, close to the sea. The rooms, lobby, and hallways are all luxurious and grand, with golden decorations and a magnificent golden dragon coiling around the dome. It's a 4-star luxury hotel that feels more like a 5-star. The guest rooms are quite spacious, and during Chinese New Year, they provided complimentary drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it convenient to get to many popular tourist attractions. For food, there are plenty of traditional eateries offering Portuguese egg tarts, pork chop buns, Portuguese and Hong Kong-style cafes, and old family-run shops, all with excellent flavors. On the morning of the eighth day of Chinese New Year, when I checked out, the female manager at the front desk, dressed in a black suit, proactively asked about my airport transfer and helped me call a taxi. She also informed me about the estimated fare, and when she learned I didn't have small change, she kindly exchanged some MOP for me. The taxi arrived quickly, and two male bellhops helped me put my luggage in the trunk. The manager even came to the hotel entrance to remind me not to forget my luggage when getting off and waved goodbye. Her genuine and enthusiastic service was truly exceptional. A thoroughly satisfying stay and experience.
This was my first time bringing the kids to Macau for Chinese New Year. The hotel's location is super convenient, with a taxi stand and bus stop right outside. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There's also a Cafe de Coral restaurant downstairs, which was handy for meals. The welcoming service was excellent too! Oh, and the kids even received a New Year red packet in the room, with a gold coin chocolate inside – they were thrilled!
This hotel has a charming European retro style, complete with Portuguese-inspired tiles and vintage telephones.
The room layout is a bit compact, but it's very clean.
The location is fantastic, right next to major attractions. There's a Guandi Temple downstairs and the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau across the street. It's a 10-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, Na Tcha Temple, Macau Museum, and Mount Fortress, and about a 20-minute walk to Grand Lisboa Hotel and other spots.
The service was friendly.
I really appreciated the complimentary mini-bar (one per stay) with free snacks and drinks. A special highlight was enjoying the night view from the rooftop with a free drink – it was incredibly romantic and truly wonderful!
Great location! Right across from the 16 Pu bus station and within walking distance to the Ruins of St. Paul's. In the evenings, you can also walk to Rua da Praia do Manduco for some food. The hotel even has a ladies-only floor, which is a nice touch!

XXiaojingπHuge thanks to the hotel! My child's passport went missing, and we suspected it might have fallen into the sofa crevice in our room. We nervously called the hotel, and from the initial contact to their feedback, it took about 40 minutes. They even reminded us that international calls might be blocked and advised us to call back in two hours, regardless of whether we'd heard anything. The response was prompt, and it was convenient to go back to the hotel to pick it up; the front desk staff even helped retrieve it. The service feedback was timely. Check-in was also very quick. And the Ferris wheel was amazing!
BBashinianhuanyoushijieEven with Macau's generally high hotel standards and my high expectations, The Londoner Macao's Bond Suite still exceeded them. The room was brand new, and the overall quality felt top-tier. What particularly stood out was the breakfast. You can enjoy it as late as 1 PM (simply keep your room card after 11 AM check-out or provide your room number to use the benefit – I recommend arriving about 30 minutes early to avoid queues and ensure you get a table). It's served à la carte at the Food Garden, with plenty of delicious options, and the portions are huge. Our two breakfasts were easily enough for a substantial lunch for two adults and one child. The swimming pool service was also excellent; they proactively offered snacks and water, and provided a life jacket for the little one.
CChrisChen1029The L'Occitane en Provence hotel is located on the 11th and 12th floors of The Parisian Macao building. Our room, 1216, offered a view of the East Asian Games Dome, with about two-thirds of the Eiffel Tower visible from the window. The stay included breakfast for two days. On the first day, we chose the Ice Room, and while there were many options, the food quality wasn't great. On the second day, we went to Angelina, which offers a Western-style breakfast that I personally preferred.
The hotel's location is a bit out of the way. There aren't many public transport options directly outside the hotel, with only the T435 'Skating Road / The Parisian Macao' bus route available. It's about a 700-800 meter walk to the nearest Light Rapid Transit (LRT) station.
VvÖyjx TravelWe really enjoyed our stay at House of Art and would definitely stay here again.
The location is extremely convenient—the bus stop is literally right outside the hotel door, making it very easy to get around Macau. The surrounding streets are lined with restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, so food and essentials are always within walking distance.
The hotel itself feels classy yet very modern. Rooms are hi-tech and thoughtfully designed, with universal power outlets, mood lighting, smart switches, and a beautiful, well-equipped bathroom with toiletries provided. The bed and bedding were especially comfortable, and the pillows were great, which really helped after long days out.
A few things to manage expectations: night reception staff had limited English, the Smart TV is very limited (no Netflix, HBO Max, Prime, or YouTube—mostly Chinese channels, and casting only works on Android), and the internet was quite slow.
Overall, still a solid and stylish 3-star hotel with excellent location and comfort. Best for travelers who prioritize convenience, design, and easy transport access over streaming and fast Wi-Fi.
GGuest UserThe price difference between staying one night and the next was over 900 yuan, mainly because the environment was so bad. The room was freezing cold, and I could only turn on the AC (cold air). The bed was icy cold when I got in. The facilities were outdated, and there was only one working electrical outlet. It was a complete rip-off!
HHuayouI spent a few days in Macau during Chinese New Year and chose The Parisian Macao. The experience far exceeded my expectations – it's definitely my top choice for a relaxing getaway and picture-perfect moments.
📍 **Location & Transportation**: Located in the heart of the Cotai Strip, it's connected to The Venetian and The Londoner by indoor walkways. You can explore all three resorts without needing an umbrella, even on a rainy day. There's a free shuttle bus directly to the border gates and airport, making travel super convenient.
🏨 **Lobby & Rooms**: The 35-meter high French-style dome mural and crystal chandeliers give you an immediate sense of being transported to Paris the moment you walk in. Every snapshot is a hit on social media! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with skin-friendly bedding and exquisite bathroom amenities. Soundproofing and cleanliness are excellent. The front desk is responsive, and you can store your luggage for free.
🍽️ **Dining**: The hotel offers a variety of dining options with different cuisines, price points, and atmospheres to suit every guest's preference. During our stay, we dined most frequently at the 'Colourful Flavor' restaurant on the first floor. They have freshly made Cantonese dim sum and Western cold dishes. The prices are moderate, and the portions are generous and delicious.
📸 **Must-Visit Spots**: Don't miss the free observation deck on the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower for sunset and city views; capture the Eiffel Tower's reflection by the pool; and take an upward shot of the lobby dome for maximum ambiance.
**Friendly Tip**: The shuttle bus can have queues during peak hours, so allow plenty of time.
Overall, it's perfect for couples and family trips, offering romance, shopping, dining, and convenient transportation all in one place. Highly recommended!
AAnonymous UserThe location is incredibly convenient. It's a straightforward 15-minute walk from the Border Gate straight to the hotel.
It's been so long since I stayed in a Macau hotel, and they still require a deposit? And it's 2025, yet the hotel doesn't accept electronic payments? My world just fell apart! I didn't bring my credit card, sobbing... In the end, I had no choice but to pay cash. Seriously, you really need to read the fine print when booking a room.
This stay included breakfast. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:30 AM. There's one area for the buffet and another for à la carte dim sum (self-funded). The food selection is decent, and it looks presentable, but the taste is on the blander side, haha. Overall, the value for money is pretty good.
DDongwuqizuosiFacilities: Not as good as I imagined. The showerhead works a bit differently, so it's best to try it out before showering. If you can't switch the spray mode, it's probably best to ask room service to avoid a bad showering experience, haha! 😄
Hygiene: There was some limescale residue in the crevices of the countertop faucet, which wasn't quite up to expectations in terms of detail.
Environment: Good.
Service: Both room service and front desk service were decent. However, the hotel's free shuttle bus wasn't as convenient as I'd hoped. Especially for the shuttles to various attractions, the hotel's 'priority boarding' benefit wasn't very clear, and it felt quite chaotic, which made for a poor experience (though it might have been due to the large crowds during the Chinese New Year holiday 😯).
GGuest UserI booked two rooms and left a note requesting them to be next to each other. The front desk staff actually gave us adjoining rooms on the 37th floor, which was great. I think the main draw of this hotel is the 'novelty factor,' and it definitely delivered.
Everything in the minibar was complimentary except for the hard liquor, which was a nice touch. We ended up leaving a lot of it untouched...
The toiletries in the bathroom were sufficient and easy to use. The bathtub, though seemingly irregularly shaped, was actually quite spacious. Soundproofing was also good; it was very quiet at night.
The only minor issue was regarding breakfast. When booking, I couldn't clearly tell if it was custom delivered to the room or a buffet, as it wasn't clearly marked on Trip.com. This led to a lot of discussion at the front desk. The in-room breakfast quality was good, and you could select items and delivery times on an iPad, but it naturally couldn't compare to the variety of a buffet. The buffet required an additional payment of around 368 per person, so it depends on individual preference.
Everything else was great. The price from Trip.com was basically the lowest available. It's definitely worth experiencing.
