Rooms are well kept, huge in size with dining area, sofa and writing desk. Water supply in bath room was slower than bath tub. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is huge and need to familiarise with routes going to different venue. Lots of restaurants and eating place. It has a food court with plenty of choices. e.g. Tim Ho Wan. In the shopping mall, the decor of blue sky uplifted our spirit, we felt happy and the mall has a stage where artist performed. Close to The Parisian and The Londoner which guests could explore within walking distance. Hotel shuttle to and fro airport and town, Sands Hotel. Night lights around the hotel are beautiful.

Amenities are excellent. The indoor swimming pool is grand-looking and user-friendly. There are dry, wet saunas and jacuzzi in the changing room. For the room, I got a free up-grade to a 70 sq.m. city view one. The room is still spacious, even with two double beds, couch and work desk area. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. Drinks in the fridge are free of charge. I will definitely stay there in my next visit.

Great location in Cotai with easy access to other parts of the island by light rail (10mins walk from hotel lobby) Was assigned a room on 21th floor with good garden view. The room was spacious with free drinks, snacks and Nespresso coffee brewing machine. The major drawback of the room was that the mattress was too soft and old. There are hollow spots on the mattress near to my waist. We woke up with sore back. The room is quite hot if window blind does not apply. It is a kind of budget 5-star hotel in this area.

The room was big and cozy. We received a free upgrade to a hotel room that faced the harbor view. The gym was well-equipped, and there was also a swimming pool and jacuzzi, which I enjoyed the most! I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

It provided a perfect oasis to unwind and relax after a busy day. Additionally, the hotel features a fitness center equipped with modern equipment for those looking to stay active. The on-site dining options were also impressive; the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices, catering to different tastes, from local dishes to international favorites. Location: Situated strategically, the hotel is within walking distance to major attractions such as the Cotai ***** and various cultural sites. This made it extremely easy for me to explore Macau’s rich history and vibrant entertainment scene without needing extensive transportation arrangements. Service: What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome. Whether it was a request for extra towels or recommendations for local attractions, they were always eager to assist with a smile. Conclusion: Overall, my stay at Lisboeta Hotel was a memorable experience. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent facilities, prime location, and outstanding service make it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Macau. The hotel itself is beautiful. It really does give you a ”5-star” hotel vibe. The employees were super accomodating and nice. They also communicate well to foreigners. Would definitely book again if given the chance to come back in Macau.

Jenis bilik yang sangat baik, katil bersaiz King, udara bersih dan baik di dalam bilik, tiada bau. Lobi Lobi dan koridor tingkat atas cerah dan selesa. Kakitangan sangat sopan dan daftar masuk dan daftar keluar sangat cepat. Terdapat 7 Chai, pasar raya, restoran teh, mi sup Burma berdekatan, makanan sedap, sedap 😋 Terdapat perhentian bas hanya selepas D, yang sangat mudah untuk pergi ke Runtuhan St. Paul dan Grand Lisboa hanya mengambil masa sepuluh minit. Selamat perjalanan, akan tinggal di sini lagi.

A smooth and fast check-in experience and feel so welcome once arrived. We also got upgraded to a suite with great view. The pool is a little bit packed but overall we had a great stay at W macau.

I really like the view of my room, especially when you wake up in the morning with this view ~ was so good ! Can’t wait to stay again on 7-September with my dad 😊
