It’s my 4th times been staying in this hotel! I really like their service.The staff are really nice.Whatever I need they can provide very fast.But I choose the standard room no smoking,but when we entered the room the smell was like someone do the smoking.Anyway,I like the smell of their linen and pillows unlike other hotels the smell is not good.I like their buffet breakfast so yummy and lots of choices.And my favourite one was their jacuzzi and fool area.So relaxing!

Terletak berhampiran bandar lama Macau. Berjalan kaki dari kebanyakan tempat. Kolam renang yang bagus, tidak dipanaskan, bilik wap dan sauna yang hebat. Pemandangan sungai yang bagus. Bilik sangat selesa dan besar. Reka bentuk agak tua, memerlukan sedikit penyegaran. Agak mahal untuk apa itu, tiada sarapan pagi. Penuh dengan keluarga dan kanak-kanak di mana-mana, bahagian biasa yang bising semasa cuti Cina. Kakitangan yang baik, sangat membantu.

Pengangkutan hotel adalah menyusahkan dan bas ulang-alik adalah jarang. Bilangan tisu berkotak tidak mencukupi di dalam bilik. Penderia tandas terlalu sensitif, menyebabkan ia menyiram berulang kali semasa digunakan. Perkhidmatan ini baik dan kakitangan bersedia untuk berkhidmat atas permintaan. Bilik kecergasan di hotel ini serba lengkap.

Hotelnya bagus. Bilik ini bersih dan luas, serta mempunyai semua yang anda perlukan: selipar, berus gigi, ubat gigi, topi mandi, teh, kopi dan air. Terdapat juga beberapa bantal dengan ketegasan yang berbeza-beza. Lokasinya mudah: terdapat banyak kafe dan kedai berdekatan, berdekatan dengan tarikan dan perhentian bas. My family had a pleasant stay at Golden Dragon Hotel Macau, and overall it felt like a comfortable and practical choice for a family trip. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, giving us enough space to rest properly after long days of sightseeing. The hotel’s location is convenient, close to ferry terminals and within easy reach of major attractions, which made moving around Macau with family much easier. Facilities are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is calm and family-friendly, making it a reliable option for travelers who want a straightforward, comfortable stay without unnecessary fuss.

The room was excellent: spacious, clean, bright, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there were no issues with the room itself or the comfort of the stay. However, the level of welcome was completely inconsistent with the hotel's standard and price. First, they required a deposit upon check-in. This seems odd for a hotel of this category, especially since they simply refuse to let you in without one. Second, check-in is only until 3:00 PM. For me, that's quite late—I travel a lot, and at hotels of this caliber, I often find more flexible or early check-in. Overall, the room itself and the accommodations were very good, but the check-in process left a bad impression.

Terdapat kemewahan yang tenang dalam segala-galanya! Pintu akan dibuka untuk anda oleh penjaga pintu dengan beberapa pakaian bersejarah dan anda akan mendapati diri anda berada di Macau kolonial Portugis. Saya tinggal di bilik bujang dan tingkap (di dalam bilik dan bilik mandi) menghadap ke beberapa pondok yang menakutkan. Tetapi! Inilah pusatnya!!!! Dan semuanya seperti itu di sini! Tetapi dari tingkap anda boleh melihat runtuhan Katedral St. Paul dan kubu! Ia mengambil masa 5 minit untuk berjalan ke mereka. Semuanya dekat sini!!!! Saya menikmatinya, seolah-olah saya berada di Eropah! Segala-galanya di hotel sangat menarik, seperti di muzium. Kakitangan berada pada tahap yang tinggi (mereka membuka wain untuk saya atas permintaan saya, pujian di dalam bilik, membantu dengan pengecas) Saya memilih sarapan Eropah. Perkhidmatan restoran yang lazat dan memuaskan. Ya! Kat sini pun tak ada orang Cina bising. Mereka menginap di hotel dengan kasino

Staff : Friendly Room : Nice. May I advice, pillow please have slightly hard.. pillow too soft and i have my neck pain. Bed, is good for me. Hard.. Keep up the good attitude and cleanliness..
