The hotel lobby is truly luxurious. In comparison, the rooms are slightly less impressive than the lobby but still perfectly fine. The room service staff are very enthusiastic; they always greet you warmly if you meet them in the hallway. The transportation is very convenient, and it's a short walk to the nearby National Games venues.

The location is actually quite good, with an open and spacious view. South wing rooms offer views of both sunrise and sunset. Although the hotel's soundproofing isn't great, the environment is definitely less cramped and stressful compared to the dense city center. The rooms are quite large. The water filtration might be insufficient, so I'd recommend bringing your own filter. Be careful with the showerhead as it can get very hot, so you need to patiently look for a non-smoking room; otherwise, the smell can be unbearable. The so-called upgrade to L'Occitane amenities is completely unnecessary; Grand Lisboa Palace's amenities are much cleaner than L'Occitane. The shopping mall at Grand Lisboa Palace is great for browsing, with good sunlight and ventilation, and no strange odors. It's also very close to Grand Lisboa, and you can walk to the food court and New Yaohan. I'd recommend booking this hotel if the price is under MOP 800, and there's no need to upgrade to L'Occitane – L'Occitane is even dirtier 😂

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the Sands shuttle bus stop. If you head left out of the hotel and cross a small road, you can catch free shuttles to the Venetian, Parisian, and Londoner. Also, if you exit through the back door of the lobby, you'll find yourself right at the Fisherman's Wharf with its various picturesque buildings. The room itself is very spacious, with a king-sized bed (2 meters) and a sofa in the living area. My only complaint is the 'eco-friendly water' system – you have to go out into the hallway to fill up your water bottles, which is quite inconvenient. Despite that, the location really is fantastic!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Macau Peninsula. It's a 5-minute walk to Grand Lisboa, and also very close to the Ruins of St. Paul's and the Guia Lighthouse, all within walking distance. Downstairs, there are multiple bus routes that take you directly to various attractions. The room was clean and tidy, and breakfast was abundant. The front desk staff, a few young men, provided excellent service. I'm very satisfied and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Macau.

We stayed in the hotel's annex building, in a non-smoking room. The room itself was newly decorated, stylish, spacious, and comfortable. There were plenty of conveniently placed power outlets, and the lighting was very thoughtful; it gradually brightened instead of instantly turning on, which was easy on the eyes. There was no smell of smoke in the room, and it was cleaned very thoroughly. The bedding and pillows were soft and comfortable, and the service was excellent. My only minor regret was that on the first night, the duvet and pillows still had a slight smell of smoke. As I'm very sensitive to smoke, it made it hard to sleep, but after spraying some perfume, I slept soundly for the next two nights. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Regarding the facilities, they are very comprehensive. There's a refrigerator, and the power outlets support both UK and international standards, so you don't have to worry about not bringing an adapter. However, I still recommend bringing one or two spares. In terms of hygiene, it's clean and tidy. As for the environment, it's excellent. There are plenty of food options nearby; I highly recommend Xinkangji – the food is delicious and great value for money. The hotel is also very close to casinos like Grand Lisboa and Wynn, and not far from attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's. Regarding the service, the front desk service is excellent; they meticulously explain everything to you.

We stayed here with my child for an exam. The location is excellent, very close to Macao Polytechnic University with convenient transport links. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which was a definite plus. The room, though not large, was spotless and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The service was excellent, and it offered great value for money. I'll definitely be back! Hope they have more discounts soon.

The hotel is located in the old town, surrounded by local eateries. It's a ten-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, with plenty of unique snacks along the way, perfect for tourists looking to experience local culture (******* Casino**). The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the room was very unique with comfortable bedding. The appliances in the room were stylish and perfectly complemented the Republican-era decor. The hairdryer was particularly good. The disposable toiletries were made of wood, which gave them a nice feel. Free minibar (once per stay): The minibar was well-stocked, and both red wine and beer were complimentary. Since I'm breastfeeding, I couldn't drink them, so I brought them home to enjoy in a few months. They look quite unique, but I haven't tasted them yet. We received drink vouchers for the rooftop terrace. After a long day of walking around the city, it was incredibly relaxing to sit up there in the evening, have a drink, and chat with family and friends. My family said they'd definitely stay here again next time we visit. The only minor drawback is the lack of a restroom and a nursing room in the lobby. After checking out, I wanted to change my baby, but I had to lay down a mat on the lobby sofa to do so. A hotel of this caliber could definitely improve the customer experience in this regard.

Stayed here with a friend for the National Games table tennis match. It's very close to Rua do Cunha, just a ten-minute walk away, and public transportation like bus stops and the Light Rail station are easily accessible. The hotel also offers a free shuttle, but the schedule wasn't frequent enough for us as we were rushing to catch a match, so we didn't get to use it. You need to pay a deposit at check-in, which can be done via Alipay and is refunded upon check-out. The hotel rooms have USB outlets, so there's no need to bring an adapter. The front desk service was good too. Overall, a great experience.
