Hotel di Olgiate Olona

Everything was perfect for me. Before getting to Milano, I've been to Nordic countries which cost more, this hotel took a very reasonable price for me. And the staffs were pretty kind. I still remember one staff kindly asked me 'coffee or cappuccino?' And she explained that they bake almost of the bread. And the facilities could be better. They have a basement parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel and I'll be back whenever I come back to Milano.

Abbiamo solo pernottato, già due volte, camera sempre pulita in ordine bel bagno e tutti i comfort. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Questo hotel non è in una buona posizione per coloro che vogliono essere vicini ai trasporti, ma questo non mi ha influenzato perché ho scelto questa posizione per altri motivi. Questo hotel è il peggiore in cui sia mai stato per molte ragioni: non avrei lamentele se avessi pagato di meno. Ma ho pagato una fortuna per un hotel che non vale il prezzo. A cominciare da come funziona: conservano i nostri documenti per un'ora (non mi era mai successo) Al check in non mi hanno spiegato nulla, nemmeno gli orari della colazione. La stanza è minuscola. Wifi e TV non funzionano nell'edificio 2. La colazione (rispetto ad altre 3 stelle in cui sono stato) è molto scarsa: solo un tipo di pane, solo prosciutto e solo un formaggio, niente chorizo ​​​​o altri tipi di formaggio. Il check-out è troppo presto alle 10:30... mai visto una cosa del genere. Punti positivi per i quali non do una stella: personale cordiale, buona pulizia e diversi prodotti per l'igiene in camera sempre riforniti.

We booked a double comfort room but we’re put in a disabled access room. Neither of us have mobility issues and are supposed to be on a romantic weekend away and we thought by booking a 4 star hotel we would get the romantic atmosphere advertised on line. We asked about room service when we arrived as it was quite late and were met with a response of “nothings open” despite the website advertising 24hour room service with no extra charge and free water from the mini bar. When we got to our room there was a notice on the side with information about the room service hours which also stated there would be a 3€ charge just to call down to room service, as well as a note on the mini bar stating a 1.50€ fee for water. Our bathroom does not have the bidet that’s stated in the room description online and the toilet is raised far too high for either of us to use comfortably. The rest of the bathroom is completely bare, with not so much as a shower curtain. Our safe does not work, despite someone coming to change the batteries inside and still no resolution to our issue! We have only one bedside table and had to resort to using the cheap plastic chair as a replacement on one side of the bed. The receptionist was less than cooperative when we went down to discuss our feelings/options and we were met with “we don’t change the bookings this is what you booked”. After showing her our booking and where it stated what we paid for she responded with “we’re full so we can’t move you unless you want to sleep separately or if someone cancels” . We feel as though we have been lied to and don’t feel as though we have been provided with the service that we have paid for. Having seen the room pictures online of what we had actually booked we are completely disgusted and can’t help feeling a bit discriminated against due to us being a same sex couple. It’s our first time in Milan and this has truly tainted our view and will probably not be coming back at all.

The staff was really kind during the check in and check out. I honestly thought I had booked a decent normal hotel, because we were traveling by car on our way to Ancona.The price for 100 I found it ok, one way or another we wanted to rest a bit only for a couple of hours. I was literally shocked.. 😳the *********** totally misguided us. It was a &@$ hotel, plastic under the sheets, underneath the bed weird things and generally you could notice that it was not clean but it was a place over-sprayed with air freshener to cover God knows what smells. Because when we arrived it was already 12 am, it’s a good option for someone who is extremely tired and desperate because, at that time we couldn’t find or put any effort for finding anything else. I still wonder if my mistake was that I asked for the parking of the hotel and they give us this room that was literally taken by a p@&rn movie. Because in the morning I show families and wondered 🙄Guys think twice before going there or even four times.

If you are catching the flight next day, this is a great and economic place to stay. Staff are kind and helpful. Room is modern and clean. Restaurant is good too.

Ho alloggiato con la famiglia in junior suite, mi sono trovato molto bene, al check in il ragazzo del ricevimento è stato molto disponibile e ci ha illustrato tutti i servizi, la camera pulita, ben accessoriata e comoda, la colazione ottima con ampia scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, ho apprezzato particolarmente la scelta di succhi di frutta, la frutta fresca e la macedonia. Erano presenti anche prodotti senza lattosio e senza glutine. Personale di sala molto disponibile nonostante la presenza di macchina automatica per le bevande si prestavano con tutti i clienti a preparare caffè espresso, cappuccini e tutto quanto richiesto. Possibilità di room service a prezzo modico. Sicuramente torneremo, hotel consigliato.

Hotel a 4 stelle con organizzazione di tipo motel. L'edificio a due piani destinato ai clienti è indipendente dalla reception e con posto auto riservato all'ingresso della stanza. Garantisce privacy ma anche poca assistenza da parte del personale. Non vi è un servizio bar/ristoro fino a ora di cena. Camera sobria con pareti a specchio, riscaldamento eccessivo, frigobar con sole due bottigliette e accessori da toilette essenziali...anzi meno (due saponi liquidi con funzione doccia/shampoo già utilizzati, di cui uno quasi terminato. Letto comodo e luci di varia intensità, prese numerose ma lontane dal letto. Insomma, camera confortevole e spaziosa, forse non da 4 stelle. Servizio colazione buono con caffetteria da bar. Il vero disastro è il ristorante. Tavolo per 2 prenotato per le 20:30 (prenotazione necessaria anche se vi erano solo altri 2 tavoli da 2 occupati). Arriviamo puntuali e ci prendono l'ordine alle 21. Notando un po' di lentezza nel servizio ordiniamo un antipasto da portare insieme ai primi. Ore 21:30 (è passata quindi un'ora) arriva solo l'antipasto ( ”assaggio di bruschette”: 5 fettine di pane abbrustolito con pomodoro, burrata e salmone affumicato confezionato che richiede sì e no 6 minuti di preparazione). Precisiamo che avevamo chiesto l'antipasto insieme ai primi e la cameriera ci assicura (cadendo dalle nuvole) che i primi sono in arrivo. 20 minuti dopo torna a ritirare i piatti dell'antipasto e ci chiede ” signori gradite dell'altro?”.... interdetti e un po' seccati le ricordiamo che stiamo aspettando i primi... scusandosi e trasalendo ci risponde che ce li porta subito.... ore 22:00 arriva con i primi... ma solo un piatto è corretto... si scusa e se ne va per poi tornare indietro 5 minuti dopo col piatto corretto (lo stesso di prima) e assicurandoci che l'altro piatto è in preparazione.... 20 minuti dopo arriva anche il mio primo... Pasta cacio e pepe: voto 6 (è più una burro e pepe)...ravioli di zucca molto buoni. Caro e disorganizzato.

The location and room service is good. Only the shower room is too tiny! I am pretty sure this is smallest shower room I’ve ever come across in my entire life and just can’t imagine how people use it!

Our 3-night stay was via a tourist agency, so the hotel wasn't our choice, but the whole group, experienced in staying at 3* Italian hotels, paid extra to get a 4-star hotel. This is what it says on the building itself - a hotel motel, so it is more of a 4* motel. The location is excellent if you are coming by car and don't mind driving to a decent restaurant, or want to be an up to an hour drive from Milan, nearby lakes, etc., with a place where you can get a shower and a decent sleep. If you are without a car and/ or want to have a nice dinner or drinks in the evening - stay away from here because the area around it is what we have called ”a ghost neighborhood.” The service is OK; I didn't have any terrific experiences, as stated on ***********. It gets a little bit noisy in the morning. The room is nice, clean, and well kept. The bed was relatively small for two but comfy. A/C was working excellently. You have a safe, a minibar, and several clothing hangers. The bathroom is spacious and spotless, but the shower is in line with the floor, so even though you pull the curtains, it still gets watery around. You get all toiletries and a hairdryer. I can't review the breakfast because the hotel said we, as a group, got an elementary breakfast due to their agreement with the agency. The hotel says that regular guests who pay (even) more get a more decadent breakfast, but we got a very poor one.
