千萬不要來 晚退房兩個小時付了幾百塊 超了五分鐘退打了無數個電話 叫人安排在門口等着我們 跟***一樣 媽呀 我頭髮都沒有洗乾淨 我又不是貪小便宜一定要多待幾個小時 説什麼你們三分鐘解決掉 不然得繼續付錢 我真的服了 買的全包 餐廳都是要錢 衹是有優惠 自助免費餐廳沒有亞洲人 所以沒有亞洲人口味 連個炒米飯都沒有。 酒店房間很小 完全不值得這個價格 逗我呢… 前台服務那麼爛 就很想指着我們説了 果然那麼多差評有原因的 一直盯着我們説韓語 明明我們説的是中文 歧視太明顯了 戴着短頭髮的前台老闆 瞪着我們讓我們趕緊離開 拜託大姐 我又不是死要貪你們便宜 確實晚了點是我們問題 但是沒有見過晚五分鐘就這樣的人 ok 我們現在就在門口恨恨寫下這差評 沒必要吧 門口都不能進去讓我們立即離開酒店 真的想罵人🤬

酒店的位置很好，院子也大，可以停車適合自駕。 但是酒店的設施太差了。2000多一晚住的就起是國內100塊招待所的水平。夏天的費特希耶反正就是強烈的。 酒店客房沒有中央空調，客房衹給一張房卡，還要兼顧取電，這也導致出門就要停空調斷電。回來起碼開一小時空調才能降温，因為這裏的空調起碼用了10年，太老了。 酒店非常吝嗇布料，房間裏沒有被子，衹給浴巾厚度的床單給客人蓋，如果你睡前不關空調，半夜就會受涼感冒。這家酒店為了省電完全不考慮客人的感受和身體健康。 衹需備品，更是不可能有提供了。

我們住兩晚，第一晚住前台所在的那棟building. 第二晚是我們臨時加的，原本房間沒有了，後來幫我們調到前台馬路對面的二區。設備和房間，二區好。我們家更喜歡第二晚二區的房間。 如果玩滑翔傘和跳島，這個酒店的位置是最好的，出門就是海灘。跳島和滑翔傘走路都衹要幾分鐘。 這個酒店還有比較好，就是全包。三頓飯、下午茶都包含在房費裏。吃的還不錯，但是飲料不行。不過我們本來就衹愛喝茶喝白水。啤酒也是免費的。 入住時，前台會給你帶個手環，有這個手環，全酒店隨便吃喝。西瓜水果還挺好吃的，我覺得還挺方便的，省得出去找吃的。反正我感覺土國餐飲我都不怎麼愛吃。 跳島玩比較累，直接穿着泳衣，走路幾分鐘到酒店休息，好多很節省體力的。晚飯後沙灘散步也不錯。 我們是包三餐，每晚差不多3000人民幣。

We booked this hotel only two weeks before we went and after reading the reviews I felt that it was a good option as a last minute booking. We are a family of 3 and our daughter is 14. We have traveled to many resorts in Turkey and all 5 star. This hotel was a gamble but it absolutely paid off. First of all the location is spot on. I Right on the beach and the views of the mountains are so beautiful. The restaurant is the first one we have been to that did not feel like butlins abroad. The views whilst eating are either the sea or mountains. The food is incredible and I don't think I have ever said that about any hotel before. I think the difference here was there were less choices which worked perfectly. The restaurant never felt over packed and my husband loved the deserts. 5 stars alone for the food. The room was dated but did not bother me like it usually would. There was loads of storage and the vibe of the 2 storey buildings set in beautiful grounds made me over look any negatives. The room was in the main part of the hotel which was a few seconds walk from anywhere. The hotel had a mixture of age groups but is not geared up for young ones. There is a small kids pool and we did see the mini disco but there were not loads of little ones round the pool like other hotels, which suited us. The hotel had a fab bar overlooking the beach for evening drinks and there are bars and restaurants on a ***** 2 minutes round the corner. All in all it ticked many boxes for us. The pool was nice and another added bonus was the pool guys coming round bringing drinks all day. There is not a lot to moan about with the hotel. There are no extra restaurants to try which you normally get on AI. There is one in the hotel where you get a discount which is a rooftop bar/restaurant. However it shares the same kitchen so we didn't bother paying extra for something we were already getting. We used the spa in the hotel and the Turkish massage was amazing. There are a couple of negatives but they are not worth mentioning. Overall, value for money this place is a winner. It's by no means perfect but to be fair that's what made it perfect for us. The vibe, the staff and the location all made it a wonderful holiday that was far better than resorts costing twice as much.

My wife and I stayed for an all inclusive week at the Belcekiz Beach Club in a Delux room to celebrate our wedding anniversary! From start to finish our stay was a wonderful experience! A big Thank You to all the front desk staff, restaurant staff, bar and entertainment staff, and cleaning staff, who worked hard, making it look so easy. We felt truly well looked after, enjoying your friendly and helpful service. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Teşekkür ederim.

Absolutely wonderful week holiday here. Rooms spotless and cleaned daily with clean towels and sheets. Bottles of water in the fridge Wonderful a/c in the room Staff were so incredibly friendly - they worked long hours but would always appear cheerful and happy to see you. One of our party of 7 was Gluten Free and the chef would meet her before each meal and show her what was GF and safe to eat. I’m not usually a huge fan of buffets for a week but this one I couldn’t fault. Wonderful variety for breakfast. Amazing omelet’s and cheeses. A huge selection of pastries Lunch we ate in the snack bar by the pool pizza, burger, toasties and spring rolls were amazing. Evening meal in the buffet and each evening was themed, Indian, Chinese , Mexican , Sunday roast ! Alongside huge selection of salads, pasta dishes , and deserts if you like them well you’ll be in heaven Drinks - the waiters come to your bed chair and take your order v lovely Not a huge selection of cocktails included but you can buy them and they are lovely. The entertainment team and all the staff work tirelessly to make sure your holiday is perfect and ours as. We are already planning to come back next year.

Our second visit here and definitely would return. Location can’t be beaten right on the front watching the paragliders. Reception staff efficient and helpful. Room excellent. We paid extra for the upgrade to a newly refurbished room and worth it for us. Room and hotel spotlessly clean. Food still excellent, the buffet is well managed and always clean. Good veggie choices. Salad bar gorgeous every day. Waiting on staff work hard, efficient & friendly . For a change we went to the Hangout about four times, you get 20% off food and drink and it was exceptional. Bar service very efficient. The bar staff day & night work so hard ensuring you never wait for a drink. Animation team friendly. We didn’t join in the activities through the day but lots of people did and nice to see people enjoying themselves. No hassle if you didn’t want to join in. Music and dancing till midnight. We enjoyed the Turkish music as was a Turkish bank holiday when we were there. Bit of sunbed wars with people queuing early. We always got a bed sometimes around the pool or just off the pool in the gardens which we actually preferred as more room. Overall all the staff do a fabulous job and the hotel although big was pretty faultless for us .

The hotel was spotless, all the staff so friendly & the entertainment team of Air, Ozzy, Harry, Noah & Izzie were brilliant and fun fun fun. Para gliders flying over us all day, food delicious. Evening entertainment excellent. Will be returning.

Just returned from our 5th stay at the amazing Belcekiz Beach Hotel. Once again, we had an amazing holiday. We stayed in one of the new deluxe rooms, which have been completed to a really high standard. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us brilliantly. Around the pool in the day, Yunus and Burak work nonstop, and Serhat and Enes behind the pool bar are always ready to top up your drinks. Halil runs the pool bar brilliantly aided by our now long-time friend Sinan. Up in the restaurant area, Cihan works tirelessly to make everything run smooth. I celebrated my birthday during the trip, and Cihan made the table setting on this day look amazing. Air again made us laugh daily. His brilliant banter during darts is legendary. We had two meals up at the Hangout and Poco-Poco both were outstanding. We can't wait to return again next year to what we now call our second home.

Awesome hotel in a good position with direct access on to beach. Great not to have to pay for sunbeds. Stayed in a twin garden room. There was plenty of space and had a huge terrace. The food was awesome as were all the staff. Special thanks to the entertainment team. Especially Harry, Noah, Izzy and Ozzy, you always had smiles on your faces and made us smile too , everyone works so hard to give you a great experience. We certainly danced the night away. So a huge thankyou to every single member of staff at the hotel from the cleaners to waiting staff , reception , chefs and entertainment team. We have memories to last a lifetime, and smiles to match each and everyone of you. Keep doing what your doing and have an awesome season.
