除了地點離海邊很近以外，我幾乎找不到優點。工作人員雖然看似熱情，態度不錯，但是第一天我們check in時給了我們一個床都壞了的雙人間，而且還是在地下室。我難以接受被這樣對待，我立馬和前台溝通要求換一個更好的房間，第二次的房間算是滿意，可很不幸的是我打開抽屜那一刻，裏面的瓶子和上一位顧客留下紙巾都沒有清理乾淨。我很難想象酒店的衞生是如何做的？我們住了三晚，之後的房間清潔也沒換過床單和被套，我真不知道我為什麼會預訂這家酒店。這跟我們在土耳其預訂的其他的酒店有天壤之別。但我們沒機會預訂其他相同價位的酒店了，因為都住滿了。所以我們根本也沒去吃酒店的早餐，我不想在這裏花一分錢。其他的酒店，我們就是不吃酒店的東西也會給小費之類的。這家酒店就是免費，我也不會再去了。 Location is excellent close to the beach, except that hardly find any advantages. The staff, although seemingly welcoming and nice, gave us a twin room with a broken bed and in the basement when we checked in on the first day. It was hard for me to accept being treated like that and I immediately spoke to the front desk to ask for a better room. The second room I was sort of satisfied with the room, but unfortunately the moment I opened the drawer, the bottles inside and the paper towels left by the previous customer had not been cleaned up. I find it hard to imagine how hygiene is done in a hotel? We stayed for three nights and the room cleaning after that didn't change the sheets and covers, I really don't know why I booked this hotel. It was a far cry from other hotels we have booked in Turkey. But we didn't get a chance to book any other hotels in the same price range as they were all full. So we didn't even bother with the hotel breakfast either, I didn't want to spend a penny here. Other hotels, we just don't eat at the hotel and tip or something. This hotel even free and I wouldn't go back.

地理位置絕佳，步行5分鐘到達熱鬧夜市、好吃的餐廳和沙灘，預訂滑翔傘和跳島遊就在街邊，選擇很多 但是房間本身設施破舊，我稍有潔癖2天都是和衣而眠，自備枕巾 淋浴水量很大但分配房間的下水有問題 如果是預算差不多可以來，booking和攜程在這個地理位置這家價格差不多是底價 預算充足可以預訂附近酒店，但這個位置真的絕佳，強烈推薦這個位置的酒店

Tried to contact hotel as we needed to delay our trip by 3 days . We had paid in full for 20 days and told them we did not expect a refund for the 3 days prior to our arrival . They completely ignored our request and we needed to change our flights to accolade our delay . We have stayed at this hotel 5 times and I am disgusted with the service . We are in a catch 22 pay for changing flights and no accomadstion when we arrive and we were 3 days late . No help from *********** either as they say it’s up to management even though we have paid in full . So my answer is stuff you Magic Tulip you are not fit to be a holiday hotel . And stop putting guests in damp insect infested basement rooms

Beraber odada kaldiğim arkadaşımın alerjisi olduğu için klima açmadık balkon kapısı açık yattık , ona rağmen hiç sinek yoktu , sadece yan otelin barının sesi biraz geliyordu , merkezi olunca buna yapacak birşey yok tabii..Onun dışında temiz , işletmesi güleryüzlü bir oteldi , herşey için teşekkürler…

酒店距離海邊很近，滿天飄着滑翔傘，服務態度非常好，泳池也很乾凈，老闆人很好，住了很久，幫忙預訂各種飄，飯店也不錯

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Location is perfect but food is horrible, power and water cuts out constantly and I got sexually assaulted by the staff!!! So scary, staff are rude and sexual with you they think they own you! It’s not safe for young girls and children!

From the pictures, I expected a nice spacious pool, with childrens/splash pool. I expected a rooftop terrace/sunbathing/relaxing area and a pool table. It seems that some changes have taken place since photos were posted online as there is no splash pool or pool table and the roof terrace is a barren, unwelcoming space. The pool now has a wall built up against one side, so along with the boundary wall, means it's flanked on all sides and doesn't receive enough sun to warm the pool, so even at the end of the season, after a summer of sun, its still freezing. As in other reviews, it seems rooms vary wildly. Ours was much nicer than our friend's, but our balcony was next to useless as it was completely shaded/baracaded by creeping plants. All of this, I could let slide, bearing in mind the price paid, but the service we received was a deal breaker for us. We like to drink late, often returning from town for a couple more at the bar before bed. On our first day we asked what time the bar closed and were basically told, whenever we wanted. We returned from town at 12.30am to complete darkness. We asked if the bar could be reopened and received a flat out "no". On another night we arrived back at the bar when it was still open, but later on, I think somewhere between 1.30 and 2.00am it shut down. That is understandable, but we didn't like the fact that we weren't told it was closing or asked if we wanted anything else, they just turned the lights out, shut everything down and left us sitting there in the dark! Despite this, 4 members of staff were still in the vicinity, one "night watchman" and three others sitting chatting and looking at their phones. It seems bizarre, that you wouldn't keep the bar open and take our money, if you are hanging around anyway? Most of the time we were completely ignored by the staff, no one asked us how our day was or if we were enjoying our stay. There was one exception, one guy did make more of an effort to say hello and we had a brief conversation at the bar with him once in 10 days. For these reasons, we chose not to give the hotel any of our money and took our custom elsewhere as much as we could. We reckon the hotel lost out on at least £1000 in drinks from our group. Although the hotel had its faults, its close to the beach and more than adequate, so we may well have stayed again, had the customer experience been better.

My husband and I were very impressed with tge hotel, all the staff and management. All was quality from check in to departure. The staff smiled and made us feel welcome. I would very much recommend the hotel to family and friends. Will be booking for next year.
