Very good stay. Good staff and behaviour. Hotel location is good in main market. Hot and cold water available, restaurant, tour facility is also available.

The rooms are not clean i had not checked out the room after it looked like a kindly bechalore room they didn't return my money not ready to clean. Make a trip we are booking from your aap kindly remove this kind of hotel from your aap. People will not have any trouble because changing state and language to understand is different.

The hotel is surrounded by super market with combination of natural beauty ans scenario. Hotel staffs are very decent and professional. From window any one can experience the beauty of ooty. The government botanical garden is only 250m from the hotel and access by walking. Really worthy within this price.

The room was clean but there was a smell which dint give good feeling while entering the room. Also bathroom tiles were dirty. I went ***** with family and felt it's not worth for the money. It's suitable for individual and not for families. The reception were kind enough to ask the feedback and they said they will rectify them. Overall the stay was average.

We took standard room. It had all basic amenities like towel, soap and geyser. Also drinking water facilities. Remember to carry your own water bottle. One litre bisleri water bottle is banned in ooty. You will fine only 5 litre. Hotel has in house no veg restaurant. Just beside hotel there is pure veg restaurant ruchi bhavan. It serves good food. We enjoyed being in this hotel. Close to market.
