We had a nice stay at the byke sunshine grand. The rooms were clean, the service and food was good. Some points that the hotel should take care of- - there was some waterlogging in the washroom- took ages for the water to subside
- there should be some other kind of ventilation provided in the rooms -the windows were very large and didn't have any bars so we couldn't keep these open in the night due to fear of wild animals entering.

The hotel is located in a hill which has a nearby auto stand, so very easy to roam around. Breakfast is good and good options provided. Rooms are clean. But there are few issues. The property is not that well maintained, paints coming off from many places in the main hall's ceiling and in the room's balcony. Room service was not done properly. They just made the bed and left. They didn't clean the balcony where the pigeons pooped were there. We hardly used the balcony due to same reasons. Main course food is not good.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and while there were some positives, a few things could be improved. First, the parking space was quite limited, which made it challenging to find a spot. Additionally, we were provided with an extra mattress on cost, but unfortunately, there was no bed frame to go with it, which wasn’t very comfortable. We booked a balcony view room, but to our surprise, it didn’t come with the expected valley view—it was more of a general outdoor view. On the bright side, the staff were exceptional, especially Captain Praveen, who ensured we were served hot and delicious food at the restaurant. The meals were a highlight of our stay, though the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, but a few aspects of the stay could be improved for a better experience.
