Unit 4113 was disappointing for what we paid. As soon as we walked in we noticed paint peeling off the walls. We went to the balcony and all of the furniture was extremely rusted and the table was held together with zip ties and it had sharp edges from the rust. The two chairs were rusted and one was broken. I sat in the other one with our 15 month old granddaughter and the chair fell through. I cashed maintenance and the young man was clueless. The next morning maintenance was there for another reason and we had to show them again. That crew took out the rusted and busted and went and got us temporary furniture. In the bedroom there were nails hanging out of the wall with no pictures. The refrigerator was missing shelves. I gave it 3 stars simply for the view, which was amazing. Just avoid 4113 until it gets updated.

Unit #4704 This condo is so nice. It is beautiful & very well stocked. We will stay here again !!! The kitchen is a good size & had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable too. It was very clean. The owner was very helpful & quick to respond.
