It was a solid hotel, but the price and amenities did not much the value of the hotel. The service was solid, and they were mostly attentive. The rooms were clean, but a bit dated. The pool also appears smaller than the pictures advertise.

We checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! Definitely going back!!

Great value for the price paid! Very clean and spacious rooms and they have a big spa/pool area. The other pool was closed but they might make some improvements in time for the peak season. Nice basketball court and table tennis area, they even have a mini golf for kids to enjoy.

在一個新開發的地段。所有設施都很新很智能（包括電燈按鈕/智能馬桶等）。四個枕頭似乎是不同的高度，很貼心很舒服。然後酒店附贈的礦泉水特別好喝。
吃飯方面酒店內部就有好幾家不錯的飯店。然後步行距離內還有很不錯的咖啡店和一個購物廣場。
稍微不喜歡的地方在於浴室放沐浴露的地方很矮？上一個住客完全可以踩在那裡洗澡 然後洗面奶再放這些地方感覺不是很衞生的樣子～其他都很好的。
如果不介意離迪士尼園區稍微遠點的話非常推薦這裏～

Kakitangan sangat baik. Lokasi adalah pusat, bukan perjalanan jauh ke tempat-tempat menarik. Kemudahannya OK. Ada sedikit yang kelihatan seperti jamur adalah bilik mandi tetapi selain itu semuanya bersih. Saya lebih suka mendirikan rumah tangga setiap hari tetapi tidak ada arahan yang mengatakan sama ada kami sepatutnya menelefon untuk meminta atau apa. Sangat luas.

酒店位置不錯，對面就是遊樂場主街，餐飲選擇很多
房間設施是我們想要的，設備餐具齊全，空間很大，我們住了三晚不需要額外清潔服務（現在一般連住5-7圖案才會給你打掃），環境不錯，內部很多休閑娛樂設施，大人小孩都合適。附近有很多超市和outlets，遊客很多。

I love all the amenities at Drury Inn!! You get free parking which is not true of the Disney Springs location. The free breakfast was great and lots of selection. They give free ”snacks” at 5:30 which is big enough for actually a free dinner which no hotels do. It's the best for a traveler on a budget.

AAMohamedOverall experience is not bad but not as expected! Rooms are small and it’s missing a lot of important amenities for a family trip most importantly the microwave. The self laundry room operate by coins and the coin machine there is not working so you have to walk to the reception to get changes. They don’t charge resort fee but the charge $28 for a self parking which is far away from the building! You have to walk all the way there and pay $28 plus tax a day! There’s shuttle but don’t operate after certain times. Rooms are quiet, clean and full of towels. Location is not that great putting that you have to walk to the parking to get to the car and drive to the international drive near icon park. I don’t think I’ll book there again.

Ttracey grangerWe were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

PPengguna TetamuWe happened to come across the Residence Inn as our flights were delayed and we needed to find new accommodation as our previous hotel was at capacity. So I did book this quite quickly and frantically however im so glad I found this hotel.
If you are looking to stay some where that is less crowded and without a million kids running up and down hallways then this is a good choice.
There is also a lovely pool area with spa to hangout for the day and laze around.
The breakfast is simple yet satisfying with both hot and cold options and you can even make Mickey Mouse waffles.
The only couple of very teeny tiny negative comments (which not all at the fault of the hotel ) is
1) this is not an ideal area If you don’t have a car unless you like walking. You will not be able to simply walk out get a coffe and comeback unless you are willing to walk at least 20 mins and cross major roads ….However you can Uber eats food drinks alcohol etc for as little as $2.00 USD so you don’t even have to leave if you don’t want to.
2) our air-conditioner did not work so the room became really humid I didn’t bother saying anything because we opened the windows and the cool air helped cool the room down
I would definitely stay here again if I had a car or just wanted to have a place to chill and never leave the hotel 😊

PPengguna TetamuHotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is in an absolutely fantastic location for Universal Studios - that’s without a doubt the key selling point. It’s next door to a DoubleTree Hilton which charges a lot more but is directly next door so with the Best Western you can stay just as close but for less. I had a problem with the air conditioning kicking in and out all night and the buttons wouldn’t fix it. I rang and reported it to reception the next morning, and when I returned I asked at reception and the person manning the desk didn’t know anything about it. I was worried. However I shouldn’t have been as when I got to the room it had been fixed by maintenance and remained on (phew) for the rest of my stay. The cleaners were great and serviced my room every day, leaving it lovely and fresh for when I returned from the theme park. The overall state of the hotel is a bit tired but this shouldn’t put you off booking - a hotel this close to Universal should mean you spend most of each day at Universal! If you’re planning to spend more time in the hotel, and don’t just need a comfy bed to stop over, then this may not be the hotel for you. However if you’re looking for a good price and a great location this is for you for sure! Just to note, there is a free shuttle to Universal it leaves once in the morning and returns about 5.30 (check most up to date times with the hotel). It’s free but quite small. Not a problem as Best Western is the first stop but it does pick up from a Hampton as well, and gets quite crowded. All in all, I’d give this hotel a strong 4/5!

DDesilianaThe hotel location is very recomended for you who want to go universal studio or go to the premium outlet. Dont forget you have to booked a bus to go the universal studio the day before, inside a hotel there is outlet for you to booked the bus. If you want to rent a car there also a rent car outlet inside the hotel. I go to premium outlet , walk to 10 min only. If using uber it cost you about CAD 9. I just dont like the room hotel floor all using carpet. Thanks

NNadègeL'hôtel est juste bien pour y passer une nuit car il est situé à 11 minutes de l'aéroport. Ce qui est pratique pour nous qui avions un vol avec une arrivée tardive.
Le parking est gratuit.
Le petit déjeuner est simple, correct et inclus.
Le service de sécurité est bien car il y a un garde qui surveille l'hôtel nuit et jour.
Les cafards? Oui nous en avons vu. Vu la chaleur et l'humidité ça doit expliquer leur présence au rez de chaussée mais cela ne doit pas permettre au personnel d'ignorer leur présence quite à en laisser un la nuit de notre arrivée jusqu'au matin de notre départ.
La chambre est grande, les deux grands lits sont parfaits pour une famille de quatre.

PPengguna TetamuThe location was perfect, we were the center of everywhere we needed to be. It's 25 min from the airport. We definitely enjoyed the tiki bar by the pool, good music, food and drinks. Breakfast began at 6:30am but didn't end until 9. Most places stop serving breakfast by 8/8:30 so this was a plus. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. Good place to stay.
Almost forgot to mention there's a mini store in the lobby area also.
