Pro - Good location on International Dr and very convenient for those who want to take an i-ride trolley to explore the area. - Walkable to Orange county convention center - very close to CVS and walkable to Walgreen - The room comes with a decent fridge (no freezer compar**ent) and a microwave. - Three swimming pools - Room is clean and the bed is comfy. Con - Room is quite old and outdated. - although it comes with a fridge and a microwave, there is no small dining table in the room and there is only one chair on a working table. - Check in is at 4 PM which is very late and the check out line is very loooong. --＞ be prepared to be in line for 15 min to get the room checked out.

I wasn't really sure what to expect when I booked this hotel. Photo's used are often outdated. I was presently surprised. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. The room I had was quite large with 2 queen beds and a sofa, a table and chairs to sit an eat at if need be. It was very clean. Bed was super comfortable. The bathroom had lots of counter space. Also had a mini fridge (with freezer), microwave and coffee maker. Coffee was supplied (but not very good) 7-11 is 2 blocks walking distance. They offer daily breakfast which wasn't anything super special but it was still good and a great perk. Although they donot offer housekeeping on a daily basis it was no big deal. They did switch out my towels on the 2nd day. I chose this place mostly because of location and cost. (trying to stretch my Canadian dollar). The pool area was quite nice, although I did not use it. Quick access to anywhere you want to go with I4 being right near by. I will definitely book there again.

We travel to Orlando frequently and always enjoy our stay at the Rosen. This time felt a little off maybe because there were so many conventions going on. Our check in was delayed and we would have had to wait longer for our reserved King bed room. We elected to take a 2 queen room on the Lobby floor. When we got to our room we learned it was a handicap room. We decided to stay anyway. The curtains in our room were ripped and did not close properly. The ice machine was not working and we had to go up 3 floors to get ice. Other than that the stay was ok. We always enjoy the market place on the lower level. They have great options for eating in expensively and their employees are always friendly.

Hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kenderaan percuma. Ia mengambil masa hanya 10 minit untuk memandu ke Universal Studios. Ia sangat mudah. Terdapat publix berdekatan, makanan penuh, pasar raya Wal-Mart, dan banyak restoran berdekatan. Saya memesan suite hotel. Kemudahan di dalam agak lama, tetapi ia masih sangat bersih. Peti sejuk, microwave dan dapur semua tersedia. Tidak ada masalah untuk membuat perkara mudah sendiri. Sarapan pagi dihidangkan sangat awal. Dari Isnin hingga Jumaat, dari 7:00 hingga 8:30, turun ke bawah untuk ke kotak makan tengah hari. Ada sarapan panas, buah-buahan, yogurt dan sebagainya. Secara keseluruhan ia adalah hotel yang bernilai untuk wang.

Beware!!! Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience here at Rosen Centre. I booked through Booking.com one room with a king size bed. Upon my arrival to the hotel, I was asked for my credit card and ID which were provided. I was then asked if I had any preference regarding the floor level and I requested a higher floor, furthest away from the elevator. I would think this would be a great time to inform a Guest the room they selected was not available, but this information was not relayed. Once check in was completed and I arrived at the assigned room, I realized quickly the room had two queen beds not the single king size bed I had previously booked on 4.4.2023. After speaking with the front desk, I was informed rooms with king size beds were available on a first come basis and are subject to availability. I thought perhaps I missed this information and double checked the booking.com website and also the Rosen Centre Hotel website directly; this information is not reflected on either and also not in the terms and conditions. The young lady stated the information should be there but admitted it was not when I requested to be shown where. It is my Husband and I anniversary weekend, and I had secured a company to decorate the room with a certain color sheets, balloons, champagne, etc. Due to this fiasco, they do not have the correct size sheets, and the decor is insufficient as they were prepared for a king bed only. Although the lady at the front desk was very nice and professional, informing a Guest there is no accommodation that can be made or any type of concession to be offered due to what I deem a major inconvenience, is unacceptable. A drink card, a dinner coupon, a cup of coffee, etc.; nothing was offered! I will follow up with Rosen Centre Corporate office as if this is the policy as I was advised, this important information should be reflected on the website so Guests are made aware prior to booking and/or checking in. An hour into what was supposed to be a romantic evening, instead, very disappointed to say the least.

There was an issue with the 2 included breakfasts that they were not in hotel’s system. They finally gave me a voucher to cover the breakfasts cost.

Very Good! The staff very polite and helpful. The pool very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms so comfortable and the attractions was amazing. AC is worked very good. Only coffee machine was broken, and staff is changed it and give us for our request teapot!

Hotel yang hebat! Ia terletak di tempat yang tenang di bandar yang sibuk tetapi tidak jauh dari segala-galanya. Semua orang di sini ramah dan membantu tetapi jarang anda melihat seseorang di kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Mereka melakukan kerja yang hebat mengikut garis panduan penjarakan sosial.

A great hotel that satisfies both business and vacation. The hotel staff were all friendly. See you next year.

It was a very pleasant stay. Very clean , quick check in .. even was given a cookie and some water at the front desk as i was being checked in. The resort is very close to SeaWorld. Literally a less than 1 mile.
