Hotel berhampiran BÁCH HOÁ VIỆT, Osaka

Enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodated early luggage storage. Convenient to Osaka's hotspots, with a station and Family Mart within 5 minutes. I'd definitely return on my next visit

Saya pergi ke Jepun selama 8 hari dan menginap di sini selama 4 malam. Ia sangat mudah dan kemudahan hotel juga sangat canggih. Lokasi: Cemerlang. Dari Lapangan Terbang Kansai, anda boleh mengambil Haruka ke Stesen Tennoji, yang hanya 5 perhentian dari Stesen Tennoji di Laluan Tananicho. Hotel ini terletak hanya 2 hentian dari Umeda, dan ia juga sangat mudah untuk pergi ke Shinsaibashi. Hotel ini secara menyerong bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah, di sebelah kanan di seberang jalan dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Hotel ini berjarak 15 minit berjalan kaki dari Istana Osaka, sangat dekat, cuma ikut peta Google. Kemudahan dan perkhidmatan: Sikap perkhidmatan sangat baik Kami tidak menemui meja depan berbahasa Cina, tetapi bahasa Inggeris tidak menjadi masalah. Apatah lagi dengan kekurangan perkhidmatan, anda boleh mendaftar masuk dan mendaftar keluar sendiri. Jika anda tidak boleh mengendalikannya sendiri, meja depan bersedia membantu pada hari kami pergi, jadi kami meminjam kereta sorong hotel dan payung. Saya suka pengering rambut di hotel ini dari Refa dan sangat selesa. Saya ingin pergi ke pusat membeli-belah untuk membelinya dan membawanya kembali, jadi saya memutuskan untuk tidak. Katil dan bantal hendaklah mempunyai kelembutan dan ketegasan yang sesuai, dan jangan lupa untuk menghidupkan pelembap, jika tidak, anda mungkin mengalami pendarahan hidung akibat kekeringan. Istana Osaka boleh dilihat di hujung koridor di atas tingkat 14 hotel.

設施齊全 很多意想不到的東西都有 可以提供房客所需的東西 也離地鐵很近交通方便 附近超市美食都有 提供完善的設備

Room is clean, rather small but it’s Japan’s standard of room size, there’s a mini fridge , bedroom slippers. Bed and pillows are too soft for me. Shampoo, body wash & conditioner are not so good. Breakfast has good selection/variety. Difficult to find hotel from the Umeda station underground. There were no signs telling you how to get to the hotel from the underground station - took us a long time to find our way to the hotel from the underground.

總體來説性價比很高。 來去太匆忙沒來得及拍照，但大致跟平台上面的圖差不多。每一個户型應該都大差不差 首先地理位置還可以，走到最近的地鐵站西中島南方站雖然還是有點步數不過在7分鐘內我還可以接受 公寓整體很新凈，無人自助式入住，不太熟悉這種信箱轉輪密碼式取件所以拿到鑰匙費了點力氣。這裏需要提醒一點，他們一家衹配一把鑰匙，信箱裏另一把是不能拿出來備用的，所以如果出門要分頭行動的話建議把鑰匙放回信箱。（有點不方便） 房間整體不大，但是環境很好收拾的很乾凈，光線很好，基礎設施也比較完善，鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，洗衣機冰箱也很好用（不過我們這間沒有洗衣液之類的，要自備）。房間有網絡但是入住指南沒有主動提及，是在攜程上在線問客服問到的，建議完善一下。 基礎設施有個bug 的點在於，空調衹有客廳有，房間沒有，如果大家都要吹到空調就得打開房間門睡，介意的話記得留意一下這一點。 還有關於床的問題，説是最多三張床，實際上是這樣的：房間一張中等size雙人床，客廳一張沙發床，還有一個放在房間櫥櫃沒有拆出來的榻榻米，但是就整個户型的空間而言，實際上要在找到可以放榻榻米床墊的位置是比較困難的。 如果三個人以上入住確實會比較划算，就是行動起來有點困難，建議不要超過三個了，除非你衹睡覺。btw 我是提前一天定的，價格還不錯，如果能三個人可以做到人均不到100，性價比拉滿。這家管理公司旗下的公寓都差不多，都可以考慮一下，叫做matsuri technologies

The hotel is located at a very good location, with shopping malls, a lot of food options and train station within short walking distance. The hotel staff are also friendly and helped us with our luggage forwarding. The hotel also provides coffee, tea, toothbrush, comb and other amenities. Will choose this hotel again for next visit.

the deluxe twin room is spacious. the bathroom with both rain showers and bath tub is useful. the toilet i has isolated door which makes the sharing more time efficient. convenient , can walk from Osaka station via Grand Front Osaka linkway.

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

Perfect Location, close to Umeda Eki/Osaka Station. A great place if you enjoy shopping. But!! The room we lived in has poor drainage in the toilet. The water was leaking on the ground, which made the floor very slippery. We contacted the front desk in the morning however the problem was not resolved when we came back in the evening. Finally, a staff liaised for us and we finally changed to a new room. No compensation and I did not hear any apologies. Well, thank you for the help but it cost us some time and made me a bit uncomfortable. The new room was all good. Staffs are nice and friendly, polite. Thank you for the service. Considering the price, it's not that cost-effective from my point of view.
