location is right in front of the subway station and very convenient to go anywhere since there are 2 subway stations near by the hotel. However, if you wanna go to city centre like namba/umeda, u can walk but may still need to take subway. (I choose this hotel after considering with a hotel in Namba since I thought I could find more local restaurants, but actually many places closed early...) Overall service are great, but would be better for trainee to do the check-in process with a senior staff since it took a longer process than normal and made a few mistakes although she was super kind. Staffs are all nice and very helpful! Facilities are so clean and the public bath is also good to try!

We stayed for one night at the St Regis Osaka for my husband’s 60th birthday and were treated like royalty! We were even upgraded to the 2000 sf Royal Suite which was, without a doubt, the most luxurious and beautiful hotel accommodations we have ever had (see pictures!) The concierge was wonderful and helped me plan a small cake, champagne and towel art to be set up in our room for after dinner. My husband loved it! He also enjoyed the Shogun Bloody Mary. We have stayed at many St Regis hotels and he always likes to try the Bloody Mary unique to each location. I think this one is his new favorite! Thank you for a perfect stay and wonderful birthday celebration!!! PS - Also of note, the hotel is a short walk to the upscale shopping area.

Beg kertas disediakan untuk minuman dalam tin dan boleh dimasukkan ke dalamnya. Sandwic, prosciutto, salad, dll. telah disediakan untuk minuman beralkohol, dan saya dapat membawanya di atas dulang. This hotel was excellent for us. The room was small but beautiful, and thanks to a lot of space under the bed we actually had more than enough space and enjoyed the fairly sizeable bathtub! Location-wise, the hotel is well placed with a station a couple of minutes away and Osaka Castle very nearby too. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

On a return trip to Osaka, I chose to stay at Hotel Noum and I'm so glad I did! A three night stay turned into eight nights due to unforeseen circumstances, and I can't recommend this hotel enough. I chose a Riverview single room and it was perfect for me/one person. Windows lined the entire room and it looked onto the river. You can also access a sweet plant-lined terrace from this room. I appreciated the laundry facilities and kitchen equipment on the 5th floor--so helpful. It is the one time I would recommend potential guests to definitely get the breakfast plan with the room. The food is terrific. Coffee too! The staff were all outstanding--front desk, management, kitchen--all amazing. They were so accommodating and really helped me out when I needed it. The neighborhood at first looks a bit quiet, but dig deeper and you'll find some excellent hidden gems--fun, cozy wine bars, cool restaurants, clothing shops and a bustling restaurant and shopping scene only a few blocks away. I was sad to leave! Thank you, Hotel Noum!! I hope to return someday soon.

新しい機能がいっぱいのホテル。谷町2丁目の交差点の角にありちょっと見はマンションみたい。1階入り口を入って2階のフロントでチェックイン。 ルームキーがないからタッチパネルに暗証番号入力してくれと説明受けてメモをもらって部屋に入る。バリアフリーで広い。ツインのシングル利用でもったいないぐらい。バスタブがないけどシャワー派の自分には問題なかった。朝食も和食、洋食選べておいしい。

天然大浴場と体に優しく美味しい朝食で定評のあるドーミーインの施設。3年ほど前に徒歩1分の立地に出来て以来、うちのマンション内で「もう行った?」が合言葉になり、「チェックインからチェックアウトまで昼夜を問わず温泉に入れる」「露天風呂が最高」「あの朝食ならバラエティーに富んでいて毎日でも食べられる」「映画が無料で見放題」等と評判。両親や友達が遊びに来た折に利用させて頂きお世話になっていましたが、コロナ鍋で移動を伴う旅行が中々できない中で、やっと実体験。感染症対策もしっかりとられており、エレベーターや浴室に入る折もカードキーでセキュリティも万全で安心です。大浴場の内湯や露天も天然木や大きな石が多用され、まるで大自然の中に居る様で日常を忘れてリラックス出来ました。健康を考えた朝食バイキングも20種類ほどの小鉢・ビーフシチュー・アサリのお味噌汁・筍ご飯の他、和洋多数のお料理、野菜サラダやカットフルーツなどとても全種類は選びきれず、私も妻も昼食を抜いた事は言うまでもありません。ビジネスなので夕飯はありませんが、ホテルの真向かいにイオンが運営する高級スーパーのコーヨーがあり、お弁当など調達して13階にあるレストランの客用電子レンジで温め、無料のビールとワインを大阪の夜景を見ながらゆったりと過ごせます。接客ですが、フロントの出迎えお見送り、クリーンスタッフの皆様を含めスタッフ全員の笑顔が素晴らしく、高いモチベーションとホスピタリティーを感じました。流石、定評のある共立メンテナンスの施設だけあるなと感心すると共に、我が町内の自慢です。今後は、うちの「離れ」として利用したいと思います。

2021年11月24日から始まった「大阪いらっしゃいキャンペーン2021」を利用して12月1日に「シティプラザ大阪」に泊まりました。 チェックイン時に受理した3000円のクーポンの券面を見ると有効期限が12月2日になっていました。前日に「モントレラ・スール」で受け取ったクーポンの場合は12月8日でしたから、12月1日から店側の準備不足に対する措置が無くなったわけです。 部屋は広くて綺麗でした。部屋の天井は高くて圧迫感がありません。 トイレ・洗面・バスタブ一体形の浴室は広く、バスタブは大きめでした。 部屋の窓ガラスが驚くほどきれいでした。 抽斗がないのはちょっと不便でした。 金庫もハンドタオルありません。無料のミネラルウオーターもありません。 常備灯が点灯しなかったり、目覚ましアラームの時間設定が出来なかったり、パジャマの腰紐が切れたり、おやと思うことがありました。 スパは予想以上に立派でした。内湯は2段風呂・寝風呂・水風呂・高温サウナ・ミストサウナ、外湯は岩風呂・瓢箪型の壺湯、ホテルと同じ館内でこれだけ種類の多い風呂は初めてです。しかも天然温泉です。 前日宿泊した「モントレラ・スール」に比べると、料金はやや高め、設備はワンランク下という印象でした。

The bathroom had a decent size, it had a separate bath and a shower. The bed was a little bit hard for me but that's just personal preference. I still had very good two nights' sleep there. The lobby was nice and the staff were very friendly and they all spoke English. Bottled water was provided in the lobby. Check in was smooth and effective, check out was even faster. They let me store my luggage after checking out which was great, so I could max out my time in Osaka without worrying about my luggages. 7eleven was literally accross the street. The hotel was located only a few min walk from different metro/train stations, it was very easy to get there and going to different locations by public transport. If I go back to Osaka, I will definitely stay at Hotel Brighton City Osaka.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dormy Inn PREMIUM in Osaka for the first time, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I checked in, I felt warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, and the experience only got better from there. One highlight of my stay was the hotel's complimentary noodle service in the evening. After a day of sightseeing, it was a treat to come back to the hotel and enjoy a delicious bowl of noodles. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge. In addition, the hotel also provided a selection of snacks and free coffee, which was a delightful surprise. And a rejuvenating hot spring made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka, as it truly offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation.
