The staff was very polite and pleasant. The amenities such as the dining area providing free drinks/soup, laundry area. vending machines make one's stay really enjoyable and very comfortable. Over-all experience was excellent.

El personal es súper atento. Hotel muy limpio, desayuno buffet con variedad de opciones. La habitación está muy bien teniendo en cuenta que las habitaciones en la zona suelen ser muy pequeñas. La ubicación es inmejorable. El hotel ofrece agua, café y té desde la hora del desayuno hasta las 00hs. También hay un espacio en la recepción en donde se puede comer, descansar y leer. Sin duda volveremos!

Sangat selesa dan selesa untuk didiami. Ia sangat dekat dengan daerah perniagaan, dan anda boleh pergi ke jalan beli-belah dengan berjalan kaki. Shinsaibashi, Nihombashi, American Village dan Pasar Kuromon semuanya berada di laluan yang sama. Pengangkutan juga sangat mudah. Empat minit ke stesen kereta api bawah tanah. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's modern and stylish ambiance. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. I appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor and the high-quality toiletries provided. One of the highlights of staying at Koko Hotel is its fantastic location. Situated just a short walk from Shinsaibashi Station, it was incredibly convenient to access major attractions such as Dotonbori, Namba, and Osaka Castle. The surrounding neighborhood is bustling with shops, restaurants, and nightlife, offering plenty to explore right at the hotel's doorstep. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a good variety of both Japanese and Western options, catering to different tastes. The dining area had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for starting the day off right. Overall, my experience at Koko Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi was exceptional. From the stylish accommodations to the convenient location and excellent service, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka. Whether for business or leisure, Koko Hotel provides everything you need for a memorable stay in this dynamic city.

You don't have to worry about traveling to different places. Because it's close to the subway and also close to the most popular shopping areas. Polite service staff, clean rooms and there is a laundry room as well, very convenient.

記得花築是攜程旗下的品牌 同比了別家這個價位裏面面積算是較大的 然後前台也是我們“自家”小姐姐，溝通起來很方便 位置的話不能説很近，往三個地鐵站都要走十分鐘後到二十分鐘不等。 但是因為這個原因，也相對安靜些，不會像商區那麼吵鬧。

這是一個單位的民宿不是整幢的，位置在道頓堀10分鐘走路左右的距離，在2樓，旁邊隔一條馬路正是天橋（天橋有隔音布），會有一點火車聲但可接受，有多個停車場在附近，泊車都方便，房間有雪櫃，洗衣機及煮食爐，衛生可以，但空調不夠冷，開到18度也比較熱，有一晚不知什麼原因冷氣關了，熱醒了。

Great trip overall, stayed here and amenities and breakfast was provided. Air-conditioning was new and was really cute!

We arrived earlier than the check in time, and are able to drop off the luggages at the reception and come back later for check in for free. The staff can speak multiple languages, (Japanese, English, Chinese,etc) able to communicate without any problem. Room is very clean and cleaning service is provided each day. Location is close to Nanba. Very convenient. Close to a metro station as well, easy to locate. Would recommend.

Bilik itu bersih dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Kakitangannya ramah. Hotel ini menyediakan kopi & teh secara percuma di lobi di tingkat bawah. Selain itu, pemandangan dari atas bumbung sangat mengagumkan (dan tempat bergambar yang bagus)! Mempunyai penginapan yang sangat hebat dan selesa, thx
