The location is a short walk from the subway. The room is nice but quite smalll and narrow with no cabinet. Coffee machine is great to have but mini bar is empty. Overall a nice stay however on the last night I asked for a simple breakfast as we planned to leave early. I was told this was impossible to arrange. Really?

Bilik itu bersih, luas dan selesa. Lounge eksekutif juga hebat. Alkohol dihidangkan di restoran semasa keadaan kecemasan, Di ruang istirahat ini, mereka yang ingin minum alkohol boleh membawanya kembali ke bilik mereka. Beg kertas disediakan untuk minuman dalam tin dan boleh dimasukkan ke dalamnya. Sandwic, prosciutto, salad, dll. telah disediakan untuk minuman beralkohol, dan saya dapat membawanya di atas dulang. Wain dan sake boleh dibawa di atas dulang dengan empat gelas. Kakitangan membantu saya apabila saya membawanya ke bilik saya. Selain itu, saya memesan makanan hantaran secara berasingan dan dapat menikmatinya perlahan-lahan di dalam bilik. Really incredible. Highest quality, very comfortable. Breakfast buffet selection was incredible. The city view from our room and from the lobby is worth the fee in itself.

Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.

We stayed for one night at the St Regis Osaka for my husband’s 60th birthday and were treated like royalty! We were even upgraded to the 2000 sf Royal Suite which was, without a doubt, the most luxurious and beautiful hotel accommodations we have ever had (see pictures!) The concierge was wonderful and helped me plan a small cake, champagne and towel art to be set up in our room for after dinner. My husband loved it! He also enjoyed the Shogun Bloody Mary. We have stayed at many St Regis hotels and he always likes to try the Bloody Mary unique to each location. I think this one is his new favorite! Thank you for a perfect stay and wonderful birthday celebration!!! PS - Also of note, the hotel is a short walk to the upscale shopping area.

I highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel. It is conveniently located within an easy walk to central Osaka and all transport hubs. It has a great common guest lounge and facilities. First impression was that the room was smallish but it was actually very well designed with lots of storage drawers and dividers separating the bathroom areas, so it didn't feel cramped at all. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was very quiet. Finally all the staff spoke English and were very helpful and responsive.

I stay in this hotel often, my last trip to Japan was before covid and stayed there, when I was allowed back in Japan for business trip again stayed there as well. It is very cozy, I find it very welcoming, when as soon as you enter the hotel your phone is connected to their wifi already, because of previews visits. :) Checkin is fast and easy, you get a small thermal paper print out which has your room number and pin code. I always take a picture of it, in case I lost the piece of paper. The rooms are almost always with a bunk bed over a good sized bed. Rooms are smallish but good enough for comfortable stay. Breakfast is always Japanese style, but there are some bread and eggs for foreigners who might like a more western breakfast. Buffet style and drinks are from a free soda fountain style vending machine. New system because of covid, is they provide plastic gloves and each tables have disinfectant alcohol. They also have a rebate system if you sign up with the hotel's points system, now they have an app for that as well. They have a coin operated laundry area in I think 2nd floor, you can borrow iron and board from front desk.

Walkable distance from Higobashi station 肥後橋. Just two stops from Namba station, which is the interconnecting city point and the shopping zone. The hotel is located on the main street , very easy to locate, and a few good restaurants and convenience store on the same street. The room is clean but the light switch, clothes hooks and movable coffee tables are not sufficient. No tea bags and coffee inside the room, possibly they are expecting the travelers to go to the Lawson convenience store which is just next to the check in reception area. There’s a hot bath area floor, just that we have no time to enjoy that after too much sightseeing and shopping in the city. Namba station is hugh with lots of shopping mall, like the airport. If you are leaving for the airport after check out, you must spare more time for the walking distance inside the Namba station.

I paid well under one hundred Aud for the room so I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room. It had everything I required except an in-room safe. I requested a room with a window which I could open. Apparently there are very few rooms available that open - but I did get one - which meant that I was at the back of the hotel very close to the back of the adjacent building - however I preferred that to no fresh air. I am appreciative that the staff met my request. Mattresses are on the raised floor. May be challenging for people who have mobility problems. The mattresses themselves were very comfortable . If you are noise sensitive I suggest you ask for a room away from the elevators . The free set breakfast menu options was quiet limited - and for someone who does not eat meat and bread - a basic fruit bowl was the only option. However for room price I paid, I was happy to buy my breakfast elsewhere. The hotel is in a relatively quiet location - about 30 minute walk to many of the places you'll likely want to visit. I would stay here again if I can get a similar low price.

位置：大家第一次來要注意看一下地址，第一次導航去了另一家也是名字為Hotel Cordia的酒店應該是分店。位置靠近肥後橋地鐵站對於出行來說真的非常方便，不管去哪或者回去找到Y線坐就行～ 其次這個附近有非常多的好吃的，你衹要找到一家坐了很多人的店就說明這個店味道肯定不差。這個附近有711、羅森也很方便 服務：辦理入住很快，前台會說英文，態度都非常的好～ 房間：相比於在東京住的，房間很大。門口還有掛衣服的地方，洗過的衣服放在那一天也差不多半幹了。床真的超軟～2.4米的大床躺進去就睡著了～ 房間也很隔音～但是窗外偶爾會有摩托車聲音是沒有辦法避免的。 房間配有冷藏的冰箱很方便儲存一下冷飲～ 另外推薦酒店斜對麪有一家大阪燒店，應該是大阪燒吧可以看下麪的圖片～味道真不戳！

Hotel is just 1min walk from Higobashi station. Take exit 2 at Higobashi station. Do note that exit is a stairs only exit. Family mart is conveniently located outside the exit, just right beside the hotel. Hotel is really small, photos do not do justice. Large suitcases will not be able to open fully. Toiletries are available (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, conditioner and shampoo). Clean towels and sheets are provided everyday. Bathtub available, water temperature and pressure is good. Bidet available. Would recommend to stay if space is not a concern.

The room is relatively small for 2 people but I wouldn’t say it’s too small. It’s enough if you didn’t have too many luggages. The onsen(hot spring) is artificial but surprisingly nice. You can feel your skin become smoother after the bath. They have a pillow bar if the regular one doen’t suit you which is surprisingly thoughtful. They have basically all kinds of amenity such as curling iron or razors etc. Nice location. They even have a washing machine in the lady’s changing room for female only. Nice experience. The hot spring is definitely worth the price.

지하철역에서 거리가 조금 멀어서 캐리어 끌 때가 힘들었지만 거리 교통 빼고는 모든게 다 완벽한 숙소였어요 ! 만족도 최상이였습니다 특히 직원분들께서 정말 친절하세요 새벽에 나갈 일이 있어서 호텔과 관련 없는 질문으로 여쭤봤었는데 정말 친절하게 세심하게 알려주셨습니다 몇몇 분들은 한국말 소통 가능하셔서 정말 편했습니다 아침에 이동하려고 나오면 일본의 삼성역을 온 듯한 느낌처럼 직장인들도 엄청 많고 건물들도 다 멋지고 짱 좋습니다! 무조건 강력추천입니다 !!

Very good location, just a stone’s throw away from two exits of Yodoyabashi station, in which one has elevator access. Family mart and supermarket nearby too. Located in a very safe and peaceful area, which is a blessing. Overall worth for its price.

フェスティバルホールでのイベントに参加した際、利用しました。 地下鉄四つ橋線「肥後橋」駅から徒歩2～3分ほどなので、梅田方面からでも難波方面からでも便利です。フェスティバルホールには徒歩5～6分ほどなので、イベントの行きも帰りも電車の時間など気にする必要がありませんでした。 開業からまだ3年なので、全体的に新しくきれいな印象でした。1フロア5室、全体でも40室ほどのコンパクトなホテルですが、ランドリーコーナーやフリースペース（キッチン付きレンタルスペース）もありました。客室は靴を脱いで上がるタイプで、ベッドではなく、フローリングの床に布団敷きでした。客室もきちんと清掃され、設備・備品にも不足はありませんでした。 イベントが終わる時間が遅かったので、夕食はコンビニで買ったもので済ませましたが、周囲にはよさそうなお店がたくさんありました。 翌日は、徒歩6～7分ほどの大阪中之島美術館へ行きましたが、チェックアウトが11時と、遅めなのもありがたかったです（チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえました）。 このあたりに行く機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。
