Hotel berhampiran Glico Man Sign, Osaka

I recently stayed at Cross Hotel Osaka, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Osaka and within walking distance of the bustling Dotonbori area, making it perfect for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The room was stylish, modern, and impeccably clean. I particularly loved the attention to detail, from the comfortable bed to the luxurious bathroom amenities. The separate bath and shower setup was a nice touch, offering a truly relaxing experience after a long day of exploring.Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of Japanese and Western options to suit every taste. The quality of the food and the presentation was top-notch. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a cozy lounge area and fast Wi-Fi, which made my stay even more convenient. Overall, Cross Hotel Osaka is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and location. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to Osaka!

Best location within 10 minutes walking to shinsaibashi and Namba station. Luckily we can chek in earlier one hour thanks for the lady staff i forget her name. Pleasant service and fast check in. Room clean and more spaceious than similar hotel nearby. After check out we can keep our Luggage at this hotel for several hours. Overall i am very satisfy with this hotel and Will stay here again if ever come to Osaka again.

Location is near to the Shinsaibashi street, exit from the Shinsaibashi train station and either take the elevator from Parco or take the escalator from exit 6 to reach the ground level. Family mart is just opposite the hotel & there are many food options available nearby. Cleanliness was ok, but perhaps the decoration and furnitures are in dark colour, you could see quite obvious dust going around. There is a limited (empty bins & change towels) or full house keeping option every day. They do not top up the bottles of water if you have not consume the current ones placed inside the room. The washing machine & microwave in the room works well. Laundry soap is also provided. There is a QR code for you to scan to operate the washing machine. One minus point is there is no drying rack or enough hangers going around if you were to wash one full load (total 6 hangers provided in the room). The room was well lit in the day as there is a big window and sunlight can shine in. Night time is abit insufficient as the lights inside the room are too dim.

Stesen Osaka Namba Stesen Nankai Namba Walaupun anda berjalan dengan anak perempuan anda yang berumur 3.6 tahun, anda boleh sampai ke sana dengan mudah dengan berjalan-jalan selama 10 hingga 15 minit sambil melihat sekeliling. Ia adalah yang terbaik semasa perjalanan saya ke Osaka

Excellent location, tons of restaurants, ramen shops around. There is also a big game centre nearby.  Dotonbori is just a few minutes walk where you could  find nearly everything there. Staff are nice. Will definitely stay again when visiting Namba area next time.

Location is ideal if you want to be surrounded by eateries and shopping. It’s quite a walk from Namba station (take B20 exit if you need the elevator to the metro at level BM - it’s located inside the mall next to the B20 exit) and quite noisy at night as it’s just opposite nightclubs and pubs. Not unusual to hear ambulance siren and drunkards shouting in the middle of the night. Full room cleaning is only done once every four days (you choose which date you want it to be done) but towels are changed every day. Only 2 pillows are provided for my twin bed so got to request for more. No restaurants in the hotel, but there’s sandwiches for sale at the lobby after 7am every day. No seats at the lobby for you to rest or wait, and luggage are stored in an open corner next to the entrance (security may be a concern). This hotel does not do luggage transfer but the 7-11 next to it does (though they may reject you if they have no storage space). Giving one more star for service as the service staff kindly obliged to my request to fill out the luggage transfer form for me in Japanese. Other than that, we didn’t really enjoy our stay due to the reasons above.

This hotel is very convenient to take subway or bus, and there are a lot of stores around to buy anything you want,and the room is very clean, and the staff there are all kind the friendly , they helped me a lot even though i didn't speak Japanese, i live in the hotel almost three weeks, even i didn't want to leave for Brazil at last, i recommend you this hotel if you have a trip there.

Not very big but typical Japan hotel size. Near shinsaibashi. Free flow of drinks which is a bonus. Was given voucher for ramen and that makes our dinner and taste good. Recommend
