Hotel Osaka dengan Gim

Location was good - cross one road and can reach the shopping street. Was assigned to the room on the highest floor and the view was good!! The hotel is clean. Just a downside that the hotel is dark (dark theme) so there might be areas where it will be dark and abit hard to pack/find items. Overall, will come back here again if I plan to travel to Osaka

********** I booked 4 night (6/7-10/7) through Trip.com under the name of Chung chi ming with all payment made.  On the date of check in, my wife paid ¥1800 tax by Standard Chartered CX credit card.   However, upon receipt of monthly statement of credit card, I found that there was an unauthorised and unknown charge of ¥4300 without our notice or approval.  I was told that the ¥4300 was arisen from coffee consumption in the hotel but I didn't consume any. Bearing in mind that the credit card transaction was made without any notification or approval. It was unauthorised access to my credit card account and might be liable to criminal offence. I am going to write my comment to your hotel. Please sort out this matter or I will approach my bank or even police department to seek assistance. Its all about matter of principle. Eventually tthe the hotel found out that it was caused by system error which was the outstanding bill of previous guest. The loophole was that the hotel could charge guest at anytime without any notification or prior approval which posed a risk to customers. Very poor management and I need to dusclose this malpractice through various media platforms. I should also blame the negligence of bank card centre.

We stayed in suite 713 for 5 nights. It was like a small one bedroom apartment with a small entry foyer, small hallway, large separate bathroom, separate bedroom and combined kitchen dining living room. It seemed much bigger than the quoted 45sqm. It's at the rear of the hotel and was dead quiet for the whole stay. No traffic or hotel noise. None. The full blockout curtains also worked perfectly. We rested very well. My only small criticism about the layout was the use of a sliding barn type door on the bathroom with no seals, so that it wasn't as private as we prefer. There was excellent water pressure and USB power outlets next to the bed. No international powerpoints. We paid for the breakfast buffet on one morning and hated the bright orange runny mess that was supposed to be scrambled eggs, the undercooked, anaemic bacon and soggy sausages. Luckily, there were enough other choices, but we didn't go back a second time. We also didn't like the fact that you need to plan ahead for breakfast because it effectively finishes at 9:30 a.m. and you need to pre-buy a coupon at reception. You can't just charge it to your room after you finish. (We liked it so much we actually extended our stay for two extra nights at full price.) Despite the minor niggles, we loved staying in this room and would easily stay here again.

Our family had a great experience at Liber Hotel Osaka. Although it's a 15-minute walk from the main entrance of USJ, farther than other official hotels, the excellent quality of the two restaurants - Cafe and Bar Liber, a steak restaurant, and Dining Brickside offering a buffet with a stunning view from a large terrace - more than make up for the slight distance. Additionally, the in-house spa is a popular spot, so planning visits wisely can help avoid crowds. The bedding, duvet, and pillows provided are very comfortable. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was a bit tiny but it was clean and convenient. It locates right next to exit 3 of Kitahama station. Absolutely recommend to stay here, guys.

This is an old school 1980s style 5 star hotel with many restaurants and some branded boutiques located in the building. Service staff are polite and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Rihga!

Pertama sekali, perkara pertama yang saya perlu puji ialah dia mempunyai Netflix! Terdapat juga YouTube! Mata tambahan! Tandasnya cukup besar untuk dua orang mandi pada masa yang sama~ Terdapat juga pemisahan kering dan basah, dan tempat berasingan untuk mandi dan ke tandas, jadi tidak perlu risau tentang kecemasan🤣. Apabila anda keluar dari stesen, anda akan melihat Mart keluarga dan starbuck sepanjang perjalanan dan balik. Tempatnya agak terpencil. Untuk keluar masuk, anda perlu melalui tingkat penerimaan tetamu di tingkat 16, dan kemudian pergi ke naik lif ke tingkat bilik anda sendiri. Tiada pemandangan berdekatan, dan langsir jarang dibuka. Penambahbaikan sedikit ialah sistem pengekstrakan udara dan penghawa dinginnya tidak begitu baik, dan ia mesti bergantung pada pembersih udara di dalam bilik. Bilik air dan tandas tidak habis.Jika anda makan banyak dan takut tandas terlalu berbau, disyorkan untuk membeli semburan wangian. Ia mempunyai cermin penuh di sebelah tingkap, dan langsir tidak boleh ditutup. Penumpang yang terkejut melihat cermin harus memilih dengan berhati-hati.

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

We stayed 4 nights at Sheraton Miyako Hotel, Osaka during 28-30 May & 2-4 June 2024. The room is relatively spacious and has all the required stuff like toiletries, coffee machine, fridge, etc. Staff is helpful and attentive. Check-in is really fast. Location is great with Kansai Airport Limo Bus from T1 or T2 to hotel doorstep. There are 3 subway lines below the hotel. Next to the hotel is 2 big shopping centres with lots of food option.

The hotel room is very spacious and offers a nice view of Osaka Castle. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent and includes a delicious bowl of eel rice, which is really impressive. The hotel staff is friendly and polite. One of the major drawbacks of this hotel is its location, which is a bit far from the main visiting and shopping centers. Overall, we are having a great time at this hotel.
