I had a great stay at Henn na Hotel Shinsaibashi. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around Osaka. The breakfast was delicious and convenient, with a good variety of options to start the day. The hotel also offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Osaka, and I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended! The location is excellent—just a short walk to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, making it perfect for shopping and food trips. The self check-in was fast and efficient, and the staff were helpful when needed. Rooms are compact but clean and well-equipped. Great value for money!

The room was small but very clean, and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast was simple, typical of a budget-friendly hotel. It's very close to Shinsaibashi, with lots of great food options nearby. That's the only highlight.

The hotel's location is good, making it convenient to get around. It's quite clean, though the room is as small as ever. It's just about okay for two people, and we could still open our suitcases. Breakfast was simple, with things like rice balls.

The hotel had the novelty of the dinosaur receptionists for kids and a very sweet lady who makes breakfast in the morning.   The beds are rock hard and so are the pillows which made for an uncomfortable couple of nights.  The towels are soft but don’t smell clean - have a food smell about them. The room itself had a reasonable amount of space, but the room/hotel info was very poor even with Google translate.  Staff could be contacted for help using a phone in reception.   The bathroom was clean, but the shower was difficult to use standing up/hair washing.

Facilities: The facilities are quite new. Cleanliness: They clean very quickly and it's extremely clean. Environment: It's right next to Shinsaibashi, so it's super convenient for shopping, and it's not noisy at all. Service: They offer afternoon tea and an 'evening tipsy hour,' and they even have seasonal limited-edition small snacks, which is a really thoughtful touch!

The hotel already offered free breakfast, but they still charged me for it. The room was tiny, and the window had no view at all. I wouldn't recommend it; it's not worth the price. Terrible experience.

This is my second stay here, and the location is excellent. Shinsaibashi subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, and you can also use the underground passage which has plenty of shops and restaurants, including Starbucks and Muji, for browsing and shopping. The room is small but clean and tidy. The lobby offers a simple breakfast with freshly made onigiri, bread, salad, and yogurt, and you can take it back to your room. There's also a microwave and oven in the lobby for heating food. Plus, there are free snacks, drinks, and even alcohol available at various times throughout the day.

This hotel offers great value for money. The twin room wasn't huge, but it was very well-organized, and we could fully open two large suitcases. The breakfast was sufficient to fill us up, and in the afternoon, there were complimentary drinks, alcoholic beverages, and snacks. The only downside was the staff's attitude; it was noticeably more attentive towards Western guests and rather perfunctory towards Chinese guests.

A three-star hotel with an interestingly decorated lobby - there are automatons-"dinosaurs" installed there. In fact, they are there so that guests, with their "help", do self-check-in. There are very few employees in the hotel, you need to wait a long time until a "human employee" comes to you. The room is small, two-thirds of the room is taken up by the bed. The bed is quite comfortable and large. An important detail! Breakfast in the hotel, although advertised, is actually absent, there is not even a dining room for it. You can only take two strange rice balls per brother in plastic packaging in the lobby. The location of the hotel is convenient. All the sights of Osaka can be easily and quickly reached - either on foot or by public transport.

It is very impressive for me. I book this hotel during 2025/11/8-11. It is a bit crowned period. Finally I choose here. Check-in is good. If you have a problem, you can call staff. Main problem is name for check in. System needs correct name. There are 11 floors. My room is in the 10th floor. Room is large and clean. Restroom and bathroom are so good. I am very happy. The advantage points are minibar, free including breakfast - onigiri and breads., free WiFi. I can go to anywhere easily, shinsaibashi station is near me only 200 meter. You can put your luggage then go out. If it is full, please call staffs. They will help you. If there is washing machine, it will be perfect.

We had the best time here! The room was perfectly sized to fit us and our suitcases. The bathroom and bath were great to have the proper Japanese wash. USB outlets made it easy to charge our devices and the downstairs lounge was perfect to stop in for our delicious breakfast onigiri, midday snack or nighttime drinkies. Staff were so helpful when we arrived early so we could store our bags and immediately go sightseeing. Location is great and you’re so close to shopping and eating places as well as the train station nearby too. The icing on the cake was the cool animatronic dinosaurs at check in. Cannot fault my stay here at all and will definitely come back here next time I’m in Osaka.
