Overall happy with my stay with Sotetsu Grand Fresca Namba. Would recommend traveller to experience your stay with them.

The hotel location is truly unbeatable...across the street is the street food and major shopping area. There is a metro station right outside the hotel and you can walk to Namba station as well. However the cleanliness of the hotel is quite poor and the service is very average. I would recommend only for those on a budget, as the treatment I experienced was unlike other hotels in Japan.

2nd time back at the hotel... Still as great as ever... Cleanliness really good and location is excellent! Just opposite doutonbori street... Best to eat n shop

The hotel is clean and staff are accommodating but the room is tiny

highly recommend the location of hotel and the single beds are big and comfortable, amenities was complete. the facilities like laundry and breakfast have shown on tv clearly shows that occupied.

The hotel is close to Namba station, and also Namba area. Other than that I’m disappointed by the hygiene condition of the room. The room is smelly, and the bath room is not clean enough. As the photo shown the bathroom got unknown bugs invaded. The water tap is broken. The AC control is so weird. I can’t even control the temperature or the fan speed. The air quality inside the room is poor. Other than the location, I would not suggest this hotel if you looking for a clean and comfortable place to live in.

If you are looking for a hotel close to the heart of Dotonbori then this would be the perfect hotel. We booked this for SGD90 per night in December 2023, and it is really value for money. It is a 5 min walk to the Nippombashi station, 5 min walk to Dotonbori (great for your Ichiran fix!) and there is a convenience store located right beside the hotel. They have a free amenities bar at the lobby with products from toiletries to skincare to sunscreen.

Room really very small. Just have space to open a gip. Toilet is ok and location is just in nipponbashi exit 6. Have 7-11 Downstair and 24 rice eat

Very good location as it is only a stone’s throw away from Dotombori - amenities were sufficient but nothing extraordinary. The hotel staff were helpful.
