I had a fairly average stay at this hotel. Interactions with the staff were minimal — they weren’t particularly friendly but remained professional. Check-in and check-out were both handled through a self-service machine, though there was only one available, so it might take a while if multiple guests are checking in.
The best part of the stay was definitely the in-room washing machine and dryer. It was very convenient, especially for a longer stay.
While the room and bathroom were generally clean, I did notice quite a few hair strands on the bed and in the bathroom that housekeeping seemed to have missed. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom at times, which was a bit off-putting.
The location wasn’t ideal either. While the hotel is near a metro station, the closest exit closes early, which can be inconvenient if you’re returning late after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. The next nearest exit that remains open is about an 8-minute walk away. The closest convenience store is around a 3-minute walk from the hotel.
The nearest attraction, Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street, was still an 18- to 20-minute walk away.
Overall, the hotel is a decent option if you need laundry facilities, but there are likely more convenient choices in Osaka.
