Superb location, and located just above the Nankai Namba station, accessible to most rail lines from the underground. Rooms were considered big for a Japan hotel and service were excellent. Staff were highly professional, friendly and reliable. However, to note that if you wish to use the spa facilities (hot bath and sauna), you will need to get at least a Swiss Select room or higher (executive, suite etc). Otherwise, will need to pay 2200 yen per pax/day for use of the spa facilities. (Suggest for hotel to consider to put the information on their website). For breakfast, we were given an option to buy the breakfast at 20% discount, but will need to book 1 day in advance from hotel lobby. Truly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The hotel is right next to the Namba Parks Shopping mall. For those who opted to use the Nankai Rapid Train can reach the hotel within an hour from the KIX station, if the queue for buying the train tickets is not too long. From train station, it was simply a 5 to 10min max if with big luggage. Around 10 walk to the nearest Namba Metro Station, or 15 min if you choose to use the Hanshin train line for Kobe or Kintetsu line for Nara as the two train lines shared a common station. The room is spacious for Japanese standards but could be bigger in reality for two people to open both luggages at the same time. It’s good that they have designed the toilet area into three separate spaces, so each space can be utilise by a person at a time without crossing the other’s path. Overall, well recommended for everyone who wants to stay in Namba area, and the staff checking in and out for us was the same person with a super nice and welcoming attitude. Such a good memory to remember.

Gracious staff Strategic location Perfect accommodations Very clean Location is next to the train system. Underground train system is interconnected. Walk to Exit # 11(next to green atm). Walk upstairs . Walk 10 feet and turn right into the mall. Pass FamilyMart and turn right into the small alley. Hotel is located mid alley. Fast check in Super fast WiFi Rooms was perfect for solo traveler. Two travelers will be a challenge. Enough room for one small carry-on luggage. Large luggage will be a challenge, but doable. Shower/tub Fills Will hot spring water . Shower water pressure is one of the best in my travels. Soaking in the tub after a 15 mile trek, was heavenly. Toiletries available in the lobby. Shampoo and liquid bath soap in the shower. Not much room to put your items, but can place on the desk. Bath towels and yukata provided and exchanged every other day. Hotel is very quiet , given its central location. Instructions: Hot bath ONSEN for men is located on the 10th floor . Open from 6pm-11pm. Wear your Yukata and slippers provided in your room . Bring your key card and small towel Press 10th floor. Enter ONSEN and place your slippers by the door. Slide open the door and place your clothes and items in the basket. Slide open the door to the shower/pool area. Take a shower using their provided shampoo and gel. Now you can enter the pool and sauna area. Large hot pool (fits 10) and a dry sauna (fits 5) . Enjoy 2-10 minute walk to the below locations: Tons of food, bars , entertainment, shopping , JR and all other trains , cafes, breakfast , dontoburi canal , etc etc Excellent stay . My usual stay in Osaka due to its location. I actually booked the wrong hotel (Sotetsu Grand Fresca Namba) using my membership so do take note of it. Was grateful that the manager and staff help me out with the check in as we two girls were utterly worn out from the long lugging with heavy luggages More than 15 mins walk from Namba JR station which could be challenging as the road was uneven and tons for traffic lights. Highly recommended if you have luggages, to take the subway from Shin Osaka (a total breeze of about 5 mins with 1 crossing) instead of trying to save via JR pass like myself on 2 trips. #pennywisepoundfoolish We took a bigger double bed as my previous double bed was too small for two.

I stayed here recently during my 5 days and 4 nights stay in Osaka and i had a great time. First and foremost, the location was superb! It’s accessible as it’s an interchange with so many different lines available. We took the nankai express train from Kansai internation airport to namba and its just around 3min walk to this hotel. Walking distance to dotonbori and the shopping district! The staff were so nice when we checked in and he was fluent in English! They also gave us free breakfast and i think they also upgraded us coz i booked the room without bathtub but we got a nice bathtub where u can soak your sore muscles after a full day of walk! The room spacious and its safe as aside from access card, it got 2 other secured lock as well. Btw, a family mart is just right outside the hotel as well and 3 other restaurants! So overall, i really enjoyed my stay here! So would highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to visit osaka😊

Prime location. Located at Namba Station (Exit B21) with 2 way escalator. Came in from Kyoto and it was definitely easy to move the luggage on the escalators compared to carrying up the stairs. Nankai Railway also within a 6mins walk, also allow easy access to reach airport from hotel. Room is large for Japan's expectation. My family were quite shocked with the spacious room as our previous trips to Japan booked at the similar pricing only allow a portion of the room size. Breakfast is decent but 5 nights in, we got sick of the options. Only changes made to the mains (pasta/noodle). Others like takoyaki, is a staple since its japan. Hotel can get pretty crowded, so breakfast can queue up long line. Front desk is hard to communicate with, as per mentioned. I booked 4 rooms under my name for my group of 11 pax. In the noon when we reached from kyoto, the front desk lady (who speaks english) told us the bookings are confirmed but the rooms are not ready so we left our luggages with the hotel. We returned at night to 2 japanese guy whom speaks no english. When we tried to help after waiting for close to 15minutes, we were shush because they got confused of my booking (1 quad, 1 triple, 1 double, 1 twin room) Select Rooms

Very nice & new hotel. Stay here for two nights. The hotel allowed checked in early at 12pm for JPY 1,000 per hour which was great as we landed Kansai airport early in the morning. Convenient location, nice public bath, friendly staff. Like that we can open the window in the hotel to get some fresh air. Will definitely stay here again.

Choose this hotel because station Nankai Express to Kansai Airport is just right in front of hotel, which make dragging of large luggages was so convenient. Surrounding of hotels (like just next to hotels) has many foods like McD and others; as well as Takashimaya and other department stores at Namba station. Though room is small (Queen size bed) but luggage can be store under the bed. Complete toiletries (except no face mask like Hotel Sunroute Shinjuku) but they hv foot massager. Safety box not working for the room. Definable will stay here again.

It was just ok. I stayed in small rooms all over Japan now, but this was next level. It was marketed as a “ standard double” but it was really only suitable for one person. The bed was pushed against a corner so one person had to crawl over the other to get out. Even though we booked for two people, they gave us 1 pillow, 1 towel, and 1 bottle of water. We had to call repeatedly to ask for more basics. They also require you to alert reception by a certain hour if you want your room cleaned. 10 minutes after that deadline is too late. There is no flexibility or attention to detail, so while they provided a clean bed and a hot shower, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nuestra prioridad era conseguir un Hotel de precio accesible y cercano a la estación de Namba para tener transporte al aeropuerto y asimismo estar cerca de atracciones como Namba Parks,Ebisu Bashi-Suji Shopping Street, Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street en Dotombori, todo éste recorrido hemos podido realizarlo a pie y siguiendo las indicaciones que con amabilidad y precisión nos dió Takeshi el manager. El Hotel ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas, pero lo mejor ha sido su Excelente trato, te hacen sentir en casa con su amabilidad y atenciones. Nuestro vuelo partía muy temprano y el Sr. Takeshi ha estado pendiente para llamar y despertarnos. Asimismo ha tenido el gran detalle de prepararnos café. Muchas gracias y saludos cordiales. 以前安心お宿を利用したのですが、そこが快適で、またカプセルホテルを利用してみようと思いファーストキャビンが気になっていて今回利用してみました。　　　　　　　　　事前のリクエストに応えてくださったようではじっこの静かな部屋をアサインしてくれました。ありがとうございます。ファーストキャビンの特徴は部屋が飛行機の座席で分けられていて今回の部屋はファーストクラスのタイプでした。難波店はファーストクラスのみのようです。部屋は広くてほぼ個室、もはやカプセルではないと思いましたw 音に関しては、前回初めてカプセル泊まって分かったのですがちょっとの物を置く音、ビニール袋の音、足音、扉を開け閉めする音、イビキはカプセルホテルでは許容範囲だと思いました。(イヤホンしないでテレビやバカ騒ぎはダメです。) 今後とも1人でホテルを利用する際はファーストキャビンのようなカプセルホテルを積極的に選んでいきたいと思いました。
