🇹🇭This is my first time booking an apartment. It took me quite a while to check before I booked, but I have to thank the trip's review for making my decision easier. Looking at the distance from the Guniko sign, it's not that far, about 1 station to Namba station. Traveling is very convenient. Walk out about 200 meters and you'll reach the train station, or you can walk to the name card station, about 1.5 kilometers. The facilities in the room are very complete. The room is very big and can sleep 8 people. But this time, there were only 3 of us, so the room was very spacious. There is a kitchen for cooking, a refrigerator, a washing machine with detergent, toothbrushes, and a separate bathroom. Let's just say that I was very impressed with this place. If I have a chance, I will go back again. I feel that it is worth the money. Nothing is missing. Oh, there is one thing that I would like to have a clothesline because you have a washing machine but we don't have one to hang clothes when we do laundry. The clothes are not exposed to the sun and will be damp. It will smell. The Wi-Fi is very good. It is very strong. There is no lag. You can watch TV and YouTube all day. I stayed here for 3 nights. I felt like going out for just one day. On the 2nd day, I wanted to sleep like an ***** in this room. The bed is soft. The pillows are good. I am happy with Osaka for 4 days. The building is still new. It looks like it was just built. On Google, the picture may be an old picture, so it is hard to understand because when I first arrived, there was a white building a little further away. So I went to look at the white building. It turned out that it was not. But the admin who took care of it replied to the chat a lot. So I found out that it was a black building next door. If anyone is worried that it will be difficult to stay, I can tell you that it is very easy. I am a stupid person. I can still stay here. If anyone has the chance, I recommend this place. I can tell you that for me, I will come back again. I feel bored with hotels because the hotel room is small. When I go, I don't talk to my friends. But here, we are together. 1. You will receive the room number + key password by email before 16:00 on the day of check-in. 2. Press the password to enter the door and take the elevator directly upstairs. The key box is at the door of the room. 3. There is a small kitchen + simple kitchen utensils, bowls and plates, please bring your own seasonings 4. There is a washing machine + washing powder, and a bathroom drying mode, which can dry heavy clothes in one night in winter (there are only 4 hangers) 5. There are convenience stores + Yanchu supermarket nearby 6. Take your luggage to Exit 1B, come up and turn right and go straight 7. If you have any questions, leave a message and customer service will reply.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was quite satisfying. The room was in good condition and the location was excellent. Subway stations, shops, convenience store were very close to the hotel. The washing machine in the room was convenient as well. But wifi connection was very bad. The staff tried to solve the problem but I couldn't use wifi almost every night. It needs to be improved because it is a pretty big problem. If the wifi problem is solved, I would like to stay here again next time.

The apartment is just 1-2 min walk away from Family Mart. Lawson is just slightly further away. Very convenient! They also provide hotel slippers, towels, chopsticks, utensils, bowls! It’s perfect. We weren’t affected by the noise as our room was facing another direction. Request for a higher floor and the request was met! 🙏🏻✨ Overall a great stay!

We booked the quadplets room that comes with 2 queen beds. It’s fully equipped. Would be better if washing machine has drying option. Limited space to eat in the room as only a small tea table and a small couch provided. Overall still a pleasant stay. Location wise is very convenient, very closed to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping street . As we need to depart for very early flight in the morning, this apt is perfect for a short walk to Nankai-Namba station, about 7mins walk. Staff is quick to response and clarify via chat when we didn’t know how to retrieve our room key & had issue with slow wifi connection. All solved promptly. 👍🏻

This is an apartment-style homestay with a good location, just a few hundred meters away from various subway entrances such as Nihonbashi; Facilities: Small but complete, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, pots and pans, etc.; it would be even more perfect if it were equipped with an electric rice cooker, and it is recommended to add some common seasonings; our family of three had their New Year's Eve dinner here. It is also very convenient to make breakfast and dinner. There is also a washing machine on the balcony Sanitation: The indoor sanitation is very good, and there is no dead corner for sanitation; Environment: The surrounding environment is average, the outer part of the room may be being renovated, and there will be some noise occasionally, but it does not affect the use and safety of the room Service: The landlord's service is very good and considerate. Because I was careless and did not pack my luggage on time, they were very kind and did not blame me at all. They helped me pack my luggage and put it on the first floor, without missing a single item, and all the details were done very well, which was very touching. The location is really good because it is right in front of Exit 6 of Nipponbashi Station. It would be really hard to find a place this big for this price. The only regret is that only 6 towels are provided even for multiple nights, so you have to wash them. Also, there is a lot of dust everywhere, so if you have allergies or rhinitis, I recommend that you bring your medicine. Even considering all the cons, the size of the room is so good for the price that I recommend ignoring all the cons and making a reservation. The view from the stairs of the room is also pretty.

Hotel is short distance from Shinsaibashi metro station. Really easy to travel via the midosuji lines. Exit from exit 2 from the metro station (exit 1 is under construction when I was there). Plenty of food options along the street and hotel is also really close to dotonburi. Rooms are clean enough for 2 pax in a room. However for big groups booking multiple rooms, do take note that for moderate twin rooms, there is only 1 room per level. So for my booking of 4 rooms, we were spread out in 4 levels. There were a total 5 washing machines with dryer functions in this hotel. Staff were friendly but they speak limited English. Luggage locker room is self service on level 1. IC card is used to lock and unlock the locks.

Hotel was located at the middle of a small road. Room was quite good size for a single traveller, but was only given one pillow. If you are feeling hot in the winter months, you can open the window for ventilation as well.

The hotel was correct although the rooms were small and unattractive. Conveniently located near the train station. The downside is that it's not particularly charming. The breakfast was good. The staff is not particularly friendly or helpful.
