Spent quite a lot of money to book a suite at W Osaka during Easter holiday, but didn’t not receive equivalent services. During the 5 nights of stay, only one time the bell boys helped us with our baby stroller and bags when we arrived the hotel. The other 4 nights, whenever we got off the taxi, the staffs just stood at the entrance and looked at us without helping. Several times when we arrived at the elevator at W floor with our bags, our kid and baby stroller, the staffs also just stood there looking at us without helping, greeting and didn’t even just press the lift for us. I didn’t feel welcome at all. I find the services were disappointing, we will not stay there next time when we visit Osaka.

Fantastic location just above Namba station n connected to train station. Very prompt check in and staff is very helpful n professional. My request to send luggage from Osaka to Tokyo is done properly even though I only reach Tokyo like 10 days later. The concierge is extremely helpful n gave a lot of information. Special thanks to Fran, a young European lady staff who assisted us. I will always stay here in Osaka. The park behind hotel is also beautiful at night.

Overall quite ok to stay here. But the bath towel has some smell although they changed towel daily. Check in and check out by using robot is easier and faster. If your charger is on your bed or perfume on the bed frame there, they will not help you clean and tidy the bed, they said is their hotel policy.

看了很多評論後小心翼翼訂了兩天，入住後十分滿意。這個滿意是建立在酒店價位和交通，以及乾淨程度。如果抱怨房間小，請住五星酒店，那個房間大。我們兩個180以上父子倆，入住雙床房間，大箱子不能鋪開放，但放床上打開箱子，拿出必用品，把箱子立起來放好就OK，每晚睡覺空間足夠，房間也安靜，空調足夠熱。每天早上七點多起床，樓下竟然提供早餐，雖然簡簡單單，有麪包，牛奶，咖啡，雞蛋，米飯，蔬菜沙拉。。。意想不到，很知足。房間床上用品乾淨，每天提供新的浴巾，我們沒有使用，因為浴巾使用一次兩次不臟，保護環境，節約用水。 至於服務，我們早出晚歸，也不需要什麼服務，這點錢你還想要什麼服務?😂 位置很方便，離LV大樓很近，周邊吃的也多，地鐵站也不遠，拖行李無障礙。 下次再來窮遊，還會再住。謝謝酒店員工😁😁

This hotel, MYSTAY, was okay, but they could improve in their cleaning and facilities. They would have more potential if they had room services and professional cleaners for their rooms. This is because when we got our hotel room, they had a left over shoe box behind the door from the last costumer and it gave us a bad impression of the hotel.

Exceptional service - the front desk helped me to arrange taxi to the airport and it was not easy because they were fully booked. The person tried many times and finally found a taxi for us, much to our relief. The front desk is trained to ask all the right questions, staying calm. They also helped to receive my transferred luggage from another hotel. All timely and accurately. It deserved a 6 star for such exceptional service. The hotel ambience has a calming effect as it is dark but lighted on the areas that you need to see. We have no problem even though some people commented on it. Great location Room size is comfortable and considered a fair size, in fact, slightly larger and well planned. Breakfast has a good spread. Think it is great to open at 6.30 am as it gives maximum time to have an early start. Highly recommended for couple and families.

It’s a good choice for travellers who are not familiar with Osaka as it’s only a 3-min walk from Osaka metro Shinsaibashi station. A very neat and clean place to take a break from travelling indeed. We stayed in the Family Theatre Apartment for 4 nights... Room was large but not very clean and unfortunately, there was no daily housekeeping, only daily emptying of trash bins and replacement of towels (the hotel sent many email to remind us of it haha). Housekeeping is scbeduled once every 3 nights, however at check-in, we already spotted dust trapped between the walls and furniture, found a bedroom slipper stuck below the bed and stayed there throughout our stay even after the housekeeping on our 4th day. There was no luggage stand so we placed them on the floor, lots of cloth-hangers provided in the wardrobe, essential toiletries were available at the reception area, so were the coffee and tea sachets etc. Love the kitchen and proper fridge (with freezer) and all the necessary cooking utensils... The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, we were referred to a folder comprising all the recommended places to go and places to eat - not all restaurants were really great though. Location was good... Family Mart is nearby, Orange Street is just opposite, 15 minutes walk to Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi and Namba Station. There are a few big public carparks nearby too. Wish the housekeeping could be improved p.s. the chambermaid isn't friendly and doesn't greet anyone - this is unusual in the Japanese culture.
