Perfect spot right beside the dotombori area and Namsa metro. The individual capsules are spacious and comfortable. There are free amenities, sleepware and towels. The onsen was nothing spectacular, but was perfect after a day out. Would stay again.

The location is very convenient. It's very close to Namba Station. It's also very close to the Animate animation store. There's a 7-11 downstairs. It's convenient if you need to buy snacks and drinks in the middle of the night. The room size is okay. There's a free drink bar and comics that you can use for free. It's very Great đ

Excellent location, tons of restaurants, ramen shops around. There is also a big game centre nearby.  Dotonbori is just a few minutes walk where you could  find nearly everything there. Staff are nice. Will definitely stay again when visiting Namba area next time.

The staff dressed in suits are friendly and can communicate in English. The room is not very spacious, but it is enough for two people.
The furniture includes a hairdryer, coffee pot, TV, and air conditioner, and a refrigerator and glass cups are provided, but there is no basic bottled water. The bathroom with a bathtub is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, disposable shower towels, a razor, and a toothbrush and toothpaste set. Even for a one-night stay, there are plenty of towels provided.
The door lock is not a card key door lock, so it does not lock automatically, so you have to lock it manually when you enter the room. Don't forget to lock it when you leave the room!! Hot water comes out when you turn on the boiler near the entrance.

This was my second time staying at Holiday Inn Namba. The first stay was great - bright and clean room which looked newly renovated. This time the room was entirely opposite. It was dark and feels dirty - stains on the wall in various parts of the room. Carpet and furniture was old.
Then there was a day when the housekeeping didnât come by and I called for top up of the bathroom amenities. I was asked to pick up these myself from front desk. Not a big deal but was annoyed since this was due to them not doing housekeeping at no fault of mine.

Overall, it is satisfactory, but it is suitable for a person with a full travel schedule, because luggage is still a bit cumbersome, the hotel is a bit old, but the hygiene is quite clean, I ca nât clean it at noon, I ca nât sleep, and I âm late to the hotel every day Yes, so there is no one in the public bathroom. It's nice to use a large bathroom. The staff at the hotel was super nice. The breakfast was a Japanese breakfast and it tasted good. The location of the hotel is perfect, and I will stay at the Capsule Hotel on my own.

My recent four nights stay in a Superior double room at Nikko Japan during winter illumination is impeccable. Love the japanese restaurant breakfast (which i paid with the hotelâs 15% off voucher). The night bell manager and housekeeping staffs, concierge recommendation (at my request) for japanese massage are good. Underneath hotel could connect to two nearby malls, a food place which is cheaper to eat at, and within walking distance to 3 metro lines. Super convenient. There is separate good quality skincare for ladies and gentlemen, and a sitting area. Also love that i could stroll and within a block there are many normal quaint and chain shops, pharmacies that are covered.

1) The chairs in the house are quite old. Friends who mind can put clean pads on the seats. 2) Take the subway Sennichimae Line from Namba Station to Sakuragawa Station, then exit from Exit 2, without crossing the road, and walk about 10 meters to the hotel. It takes about 20 minutes. 3) Walk east from the hotel, don't cross the road, and then walk north to the Kansai Supermarket, which has a full range of things. 4) Except for the first room at the end of the hotel, the windows of each room face east or west. Since the hotel is sandwiched between other buildings, the west-facing windows of the room cannot see the sun. I'm not sure if the east-facing windows can also see the sun. All windows can be opened for ventilation.

TtejavannIâve stayed here more times than I can remember. Just shows how much I like the IC. The hotel continues to deliver on service, cleanliness and location. With the opening of the Grand Green Osaka there are even more shops, restaurants and greenery around the hotel. Itâs a big shame though that with the new office and hotels towers having come up, rooms facing the west, which in the past had the best views of the Umeda Sky Building and the Yodo River now has obstructed views.

SSleepywinkThe hotel was located at a very convenient location. There is a big shopping mall opposite, with shopping and eateries. The size of rooms were big too. Loving it. Hotel was very thoughtful in the amenities selection. They even included DHC make up cleanser oil, facial foam, toner and face cream. Very convenient for the tired traveler. The hotel buffet breakfast was very nice too. Pretty good selection of food and drinks.
Not forgetting the superb service by the check in staff too ! Thanks, We will definitely return đ

FFindingFlowLoved the ambiance and vibes of the hotel ~ fashionable, dark, modern. However the location wasnât ideal and we had to walk a long way. Which was fine for 1 night. Room was very spacious, great corner room allowing us to take in the views of the surrounding buildings and fresh air.

Besides the yodobauashi subway station the lift exit is opposite the hotel and the inter junction with nipponbashi stations around 5 minute,
The underground pathway of subway station have Starbucks ( open until 22.00pm) the beside hotel have McDonaldâs, Eion mart open 24 hour
It is comfortable to travelling in Osaka because the yodobayashi station in 1 next station to namba station and Shinsaibashi sta too . We can walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street

CCraigoHave you ever stayed in a hotel where you must take your shoes off before you enter? Well this place is the place. Spaworld offers multiple style onsen/saunas from different parts of the world. With a kids water park it also gives everyone something to do. This hotel is mostly self check in and self check out but the frustrating part is you have to scan a wrist ban to get into the hotel every time, (which doesnât read all the time) for the experience it was fantastic. Warning to those travelling with luggage, the hotel does not allow payment for luggage to be transferred to a hotel but got to the family mart and they will assist. Thanks for the experience!

AAnonymous UserLocation is near to the Shinsaibashi street, exit from the Shinsaibashi train station and either take the elevator from Parco or take the escalator from exit 6 to reach the ground level. Family mart is just opposite the hotel & there are many food options available nearby.
Cleanliness was ok, but perhaps the decoration and furnitures are in dark colour, you could see quite obvious dust going around. There is a limited (empty bins & change towels) or full house keeping option every day. They do not top up the bottles of water if you have not consume the current ones placed inside the room.
The washing machine & microwave in the room works well. Laundry soap is also provided. There is a QR code for you to scan to operate the washing machine. One minus point is there is no drying rack or enough hangers going around if you were to wash one full load (total 6 hangers provided in the room).
The room was well lit in the day as there is a big window and sunlight can shine in. Night time is abit insufficient as the lights inside the room are too dim.
