Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.

The location is a short walk from the subway. The room is nice but quite smalll and narrow with no cabinet. Coffee machine is great to have but mini bar is empty. Overall a nice stay however on the last night I asked for a simple breakfast as we planned to leave early. I was told this was impossible to arrange. Really?

Stayed 2 nights at the Ritz Carlton earlier in the week during my first business trip to Japan after Covid. Must confess that was really impressed. Excellent service, great staff and in general hotel very well equipped. Room was spacious, clean, with a great bed allowing for very good night sleep, very good performing wifi, great bathroom very well equipped including a very nice set of salt for the bath. Definitely hotel gives a lot of attention to detail and you can see it during your stay. There was an air purifier in my room, which was a bit noisy, so I had to unplug it during the night. This didn't bother me at all, but maybe something to check by the hotel management. All in all, perfect stay. Will definitely return on my next trip to Osaka.

I highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel. It is conveniently located within an easy walk to central Osaka and all transport hubs. It has a great common guest lounge and facilities. First impression was that the room was smallish but it was actually very well designed with lots of storage drawers and dividers separating the bathroom areas, so it didn't feel cramped at all. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was very quiet. Finally all the staff spoke English and were very helpful and responsive.

グランキューブ大阪のコンサートに行くので月曜〜水曜日で夫婦で2泊しました。 コンサート会場からこんな至近距離のホテルは初めてで、すごく楽でした。 ただし中之島自体が大阪や難波などの市街地からやや離れていて、地下鉄やJRのアクセスがよくはありません。 大阪観光の拠点として宿泊するのでしたらもう少し市街地に近いホテルか、アクセスのよい路線沿いをおすすめします。 まず特筆すべきは価格です。 いくら平日といってもツイン2泊3日で約1万円って、普段関東のホテルを利用しているので信じられません。 チェックアウトは10時ですがレイトチェックアウト（1時間・1名あたり1000円）ができます。12時まで延長して4000円追加しました。 フロントで検温や消毒をして、チェックインはスムーズでした。 滞在中、スタッフの対応は丁寧で良かったです。 フロントの脇に紙コップやインスタントコーヒー、スリッパの中敷などがあります。 レディスセットという備付にはコットンと綿棒だけだったので、メイク落とし、化粧水、乳液などは各自ご用意された方がよいでしょう。 （他のトラベルサイトの口コミ投稿で上記のメイク落としなどがプレゼントとエレベーター内に書かれてました。デフォで用意してくれたら嬉しいですが、部屋代に上乗せされてしまうなら仕方ないかも） 入口のロビー奥に電子レンジがあるので、持ち帰りの食事を温めて部屋でいただけました。 23時まで営業のセブンイレブンがフロントの隣にあるので、買い物には困らないと思います。 （すぐ近くに24時間営業のセブンイレブンもありました） 地下1階にランドリーがあり、ドラム式洗濯乾燥機が2台あり3kg500円（2時間）で洗濯できます。 ただし22:30に閉まってしまうので、利用される場合は早めの時間をおすすめします。 私の場合は21時ころにフロントに頼んだら、24時すぎまで延長してくれました。 ツインで宿泊したので7階の4部屋ある広めの角部屋になりました。 鍵は1本だけでカードキーではありません。 特に良かった点として、枕とベッドの固さが自分の好みにピッタリでした。 ベッドや枕が硬くて寝心地があまり良くないホテルに当たることが今まで何度もありましたが、ここはほどよく柔らかくてとても安眠できました。 素泊まり朝食なしなので部屋の設備は期待してませんでしたが、ユニットバス・トイレは清潔でお湯やシャワーが高温で出ます。 ドライヤーはパワーが弱く、短髪の私は平気でしたが、髪の長い妻は困っていました。 1人で宿泊する場合は問題ありませんが、2人で宿泊する場合に入浴中のトイレが使用できない問題があります。 他のホテルではフロント階にトイレがあったりしますが、こちらのホテルでは見当たりませんでした。 エアコンも効きますが、部屋がとても乾燥しやすいので加湿器が必須です。 加湿器はフロントで貸し出していますので、チェックイン時に忘れずに借りましょう。 コンセントはベッドの枕側と足元窓際と机の上に5口あり、スマートフォンやモバイルバッテリーの充電も不便しませんでした。 無料Wi-Fiはありますが、電波強度が弱くて頻繁に切断されてしまって、正直期待できるレベルではありませんでした。 ドライヤーとWi-Fiだけが今ひとつでしたが、総合的にはとても満足です。 グランキューブのイベントがまたあれば、ぜひ利用したいと思える良いホテルでした。

10年前第一次到大阪就住在這個酒店，因為它有大阪唯一的天然温泉，每次不管出差還是旅行衹要在大阪這就是唯一選擇。因為口罩原因4年沒有來了，這次出差安排的威斯汀都沒有住而是又選擇了這裏。酒店重新裝修了，客房總數變多了，但是房間變小了。温泉原來男湯女湯沒有大小池子是調換的，現在也不調換了，問了説還是男賓多。湯池原來準備的頭繩梳子現在也改在了酒店大堂電梯處自取了。自助飲料現在品種多了。總之也算不錯了吧。主要是我自己喜歡💕

This is one of the largest hotel rooms I have stayed in Japan at this price range. The building is small and relatively narrow, bit the room is extremely spacious. I think there are only two rooms per floor. The heat worked very well. There are big windows for plenty of natural light. The only downside is that the door to the (narrow) balcony cannot be opened so you cant step out. Not sure why. The big PLUS was how the Manager, Maeda-san treated us. He was very courteous and helpful with all our requests. We asked him for advice about where to park and he suggested using the coin park across the way that listed a max rate of 1.800JPY per day. We parked the car and did not move it between Jan 2nd and Jan 5th at about 11:00AM. We were expecting to pay 1,800 x 3 = 5,400 JPY. However I was shocked to see the total charge of nearly 16,500 JPY. Apparently the vehicle must be moved everyday to qualify for that 1,800JPY max rate. It certainly wasn't clear anywhere so I complained to Maeda-san. He spent a lot of time on the phone trying to resolve the issue with the parking place (remote management). Unfortunately he could not do anything but promised to resolve the issue and asked me for my mobile number. I wrote this off as ”Gaijin tax” - for not knowing how to read the small print. To my absolute surprise, more than a month later, Maeda san called me and told me that he had negotiated a refund! He asked for my bank info and the parking place refunded 12,000 JPY. I was totally amazed that he had diligently followed on this issue and convinced the parking company to refund the amount. Thank you Maeda-san for your Omotenashi and genuine hospitality. You can be sure we will stay here again when we are in Osaka. Its a great location and the hospitality is TOPS!

노후화된 느낌이 강하긴 하지만 꽤 넓어서 좋았습니다. 욕실은 좋구요 방도 깨끗합니다. 금연방 고르는 걸 깜빡하면 방에 은은한 담배향을 맡으실 수 있으니 비흡연자는 금연방을 제대로 확인하시길 바랍니다. 신호등 건너면 금방 편의점이 있어서 편했습니다. 뒷문과 가까운데 엘레베이터도 가깝고 손소독제가 문 앞에 구비되어 있어서 좋았네요. 역에서는 걸어봐야 한 오분입니다. 옷걸이가 여러개 있어서 편하게 코트랑 가방 목도리 다 걸어둘 수 있었어요. 가성비 좋음

Convenient for traveler as the hotel is within 50m of JR Fukushima station and 200m within non-JR Hanshin Fukushima subway station. Many small restaurants and places to eat nearby which are cheaper than the hotel meals at the 1st floor. Reception for check-in/out is at the 2nd floor. Our room with queen bed is small but accessible with creative use of space (eg. Luggage can be stored under the bed). One downside is the water tap outside the bath room does not come with hot water which is important in winter.

Walkable distance from Higobashi station 肥後橋. Just two stops from Namba station, which is the interconnecting city point and the shopping zone. The hotel is located on the main street , very easy to locate, and a few good restaurants and convenience store on the same street. The room is clean but the light switch, clothes hooks and movable coffee tables are not sufficient. No tea bags and coffee inside the room, possibly they are expecting the travelers to go to the Lawson convenience store which is just next to the check in reception area. There’s a hot bath area floor, just that we have no time to enjoy that after too much sightseeing and shopping in the city. Namba station is hugh with lots of shopping mall, like the airport. If you are leaving for the airport after check out, you must spare more time for the walking distance inside the Namba station.

I stay in this hotel often, my last trip to Japan was before covid and stayed there, when I was allowed back in Japan for business trip again stayed there as well. It is very cozy, I find it very welcoming, when as soon as you enter the hotel your phone is connected to their wifi already, because of previews visits. :) Checkin is fast and easy, you get a small thermal paper print out which has your room number and pin code. I always take a picture of it, in case I lost the piece of paper. The rooms are almost always with a bunk bed over a good sized bed. Rooms are smallish but good enough for comfortable stay. Breakfast is always Japanese style, but there are some bread and eggs for foreigners who might like a more western breakfast. Buffet style and drinks are from a free soda fountain style vending machine. New system because of covid, is they provide plastic gloves and each tables have disinfectant alcohol. They also have a rebate system if you sign up with the hotel's points system, now they have an app for that as well. They have a coin operated laundry area in I think 2nd floor, you can borrow iron and board from front desk.
