Hotel berhampiran SUGI DRUG (Gehidejima store), Osaka

We enjoyed staying in this apartment hotel. It had a generous amount of space and a convenient layout with powder room and shower/bath room separate. There was a stove (hob), microwave, toaster oven, and small refrigerator, and a kitchen sink. Even a washer and dryer! We were able to stock up from the conbini and go out all day on adventures, then relax back in the room with TV, with kids in their bunk beds and a big king bed for us adults (all in one room). Not much of a view but we got our views in during the day. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient. If you needed ”action” you could jump on the train from multiple stations and be in Ginza or Shinjuku or Shibuya in half an hour. There were many cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood -- not hot spots or nightclubs, but again -- this place is aimed at being family friendly. There is not any front desk staff, so make sure to get your pre-check in sorted online or be prepared to spend a good 20 minutes doing the contactless iPad checkin when you arrive. There are no hotel amenities such as a restaurant or spa, but it is a fine tradeoff for the peace and quiet of nobody bothering you and the lower prices than a hotel. (You can order extra housekeeping for an additional charge if you want them to see to your room earlier than once per seven days.) I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again for longer. The only things I would change would be better instructions on how to unlock the door from the inside when you want to leave -- I spent a few panicky moments feeling like I was ”locked in” when I couldn't get the door open. Basically it is an electronic deadbolt that locks itself even if you do not lock it. So I didn't realize the deadbolt was on. When I figured that out it was fine. But in a fire situation, this could be dangerous. There should be better signage on that. The other thing that would be nice is if there were bicycle rentals or loaners. We saw so many families biking around and wished we could take part on the quiet streets of Nihonbashi. The public bike share app (Docomo) is not available if you have a foreign telephone number.

駅に近くとても便利でした！すぐ横にキューズモールがあり買い物ができたり、子どもたちは屋内や屋外に遊び場もあり楽しそうでした！ 部屋もとてもキレイで過ごしやすかったので、夕ご飯は買ってきてお部屋で食べました！ また利用させていただきたいです！

隣りのホールでコンサートがあった為　79歳の母と お伺いしました。 ランチタイムのお忙しい時間にもかかわらず　色々とお心遣いをして頂き たまにしか一緒にお出掛け出来ない母と とても楽しく心に残る時間を過ごせました。 私の時間の勘違いで　お料理を急いで頂き 申し訳なかったのですが　一生懸命に対応して下さいました。 また、母がコンサート用の　うちわを　お店に忘れてしまったのですが　 心温まるメールを頂戴しました。 (電話とメールに気づかず、帰宅後だった為 処分をお願いし、本当に申し訳なかったです) お料理はセレクトランチをいただきました！ どのお料理も　デザートまでとても美味しかったです。母も「美味しい、美味しい！」と大喜びでした。 コロナ対策もしっかりされていて安心して お食事出来ます。 また今度はゆっくり時間をとってお伺いします。 ありがとうございました。 カタオカ　ミツヨ

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

新大阪駅まで徒歩でも10分程度、線路に沿ってまっすぐなので昼間は歩きましたが、スーツケースを持って歩くにはちょっと長いので、送迎バスが15分おきに出ていて3分程度で着くのがとても便利でした。 通り沿いですが夜はとても静かで、景色も良く快適でした。3泊しましたが3日目に初めて、隣室にすごく賑やかなお客さんが入り、ほぼ丸聞こえだったので壁はかなり薄いのがわかりました。でもしばらく耐えたあと思い切ってフロントに連絡したら、すぐに対処していただけたようでまた静かになり助かりました。 ツインのお部屋だったので広さも十分で、室内も清潔だったし、アメニティも必要十分で、無料のミネラルウォーターもあって嬉しかったです。しいて言えばバスルームの洗面台のシンクがかなり狭く、洗顔時などやや手こずりましたが、そのせいか珍しく蛇口が回転して上を向くタイプで面白かったです。全体としてとても快適で立地も便利だったので、機会があればまた利用したいです。

Very nice spacious hotel room. Staff were very friendly and helpful even though we didn't speak Japanese they were able to translate for us. 24hr room service, can order meals for half the price in store. Older style hotel but very clean. Depending on the room you choose, some have snooker tables others have slot machines etc. Will stay here again if I visit Japan.

Sangat selesa dan selesa untuk didiami. Ia sangat dekat dengan daerah perniagaan, dan anda boleh pergi ke jalan beli-belah dengan berjalan kaki. Shinsaibashi, Nihombashi, American Village dan Pasar Kuromon semuanya berada di laluan yang sama. Pengangkutan juga sangat mudah. Empat minit ke stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Terdapat banyak kedai serbaneka dan restoran. Sesuai untuk keluar bersama kawan-kawan. Ia juga sangat mudah untuk pergi ke USJ.

Was planning to stay at Hilton Osaka, but with the grand opening the day before my arrival I thought it would be nice for the family. I was wrong. I am writing this review at 1:55 am because I am still waiting on a room. Diamond status checkin was normal but a little on the slow side. It was expected since they just opened. Had to ask for an upgrade, but was accommodated. The upgrade is a castle view vs river view. Arrived on n the room and it only has a bed for 2 and I have my family which were with me at check in. Called and asked for a room with multiple beds and was told it would take an hour. This is what I am waiting on. When I went down to the front desk to inquire further it was the same two individuals at check in and Marlon told me it would be an hour. I said that is unacceptable and just downgrade the room and I will Set up the trundle bed myself. Still waiting. Have been a happy diamond member for 14 years. That said I will never give this property my business again. Complete lack of care or customer service. Expect more from Hilton and especially in Japan. My last visits to Osaka I stayed at the Hilton Osaka in Umeda and it is heads and shoulders above this property in management and customer service.

Great trip overall, stayed here and amenities and breakfast was provided. Air-conditioning was new and was really cute!

We arrived earlier than the check in time, and are able to drop off the luggages at the reception and come back later for check in for free. The staff can speak multiple languages, (Japanese, English, Chinese,etc) able to communicate without any problem. Room is very clean and cleaning service is provided each day. Location is close to Nanba. Very convenient. Close to a metro station as well, easy to locate. Would recommend.
