The staff were excellent and the breakfast was good enough - but to stop serving at 9:30 am on a Sunday, does seem odd. The rooms are clean and well maintained and everything was satisfactory. Thanks to the team for helping me find my iPad, much appreciated.

I've traveled Japan quite extensively, and so far, this is the one of the best hotel (for it's value) that I've ever stayed in. At first, I had doubts on the hotel location, seeing that I'm travelling with infant and a big luggage, but to my surprise the location is quite convenient. The connection to the subway station and JR station means you can visit almost every tourist attraction in Osaka. Just a few steps from the subway exit, the hotel provides a shuttle bus which operates every 15-minutes. Although, putting big luggage into the minibus was quite a challenge, once seated in the bus you can breathe a sigh of relief. The receptionist speaks English, so the check-in process is quite hassle free. There's a Family Mart behind the hotel in case you are looking for something to eat at night as the area is quite quiet at night. Inside the hotel there are coin operated laundry, vending machine and ice machine so your basic necessities are covered. I stayed in the Superior Room, which is the biggest room they have to offer us there. It was quite spacious and luxurious, and we really enjoyed the bathtub, which was a relief after a few days of staying in small hotel rooms of Kyoto. The view from the room is spectacular. You can continuously enjoy the view of Osaka Castle in the morning and at night. It must have been much more spectacular once the Sakura trees surrounding the castle is in full bloom. The only thing that I could nitpick on the room is that the bed and the pillow should've been as plush as the room. The breakfast menu is not quite extensive, nevertheless it is quite delicious. I will definitely stay in KKR Hotel Osaka again for my next trip.

Hotel Keihan is just right at Kyobashi Station door step. Front desk is at Level 7, with self check-in machine. Self check out is speedy. Counter staff is polite and helpful. I booked a 4 bedder room, it is spacious with separate bath and toilet. With 2 chairs and glass table. Nice city view from hotel room window. There is no hook or bar to hang towel and clothing in bathroom. Keihan building has shopping mall, restaursnts and shops. You get 10% discount at Keihan bakery, all pastries look yummy.

年末の家族旅行で泊まりました。 車で昼前に到着しましたが、どこのコインパーキングに停めたらよいか分からずホテルのフロントへ行くと受付の方が付近のコインパーキングの地図を渡して説明してくれました。ホテルの周りには沢山のコインパーキングはありますが、どこも満車で停めるまでに時間がかかりました。夕方近くなるとコインパーキングは空きが多く到着時間が遅くならば問題なく停めれます。 コリアタウンにも鶴橋商店街にも徒歩圏内で移動でき、とても便利でした。 7階には洗濯機と乾燥機がそれぞれ2台づつ設置されていて、利用料は洗濯機が300円、乾燥機（30分）100円とリーズナブルで使用できます。 アメニティもシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、歯ブラシは、お部屋に完備されていて、その他のクシやボディタオルや綿棒、コットンは1階のフロントの近くに自由に持っていくようになっていました。 お部屋も綺麗で清潔感はありました。 私たち家族は朝食付きではなかったので外で食べることにしましたがホテル近くにはモーニングを7時からOpenしているお店がありコーヒーとパンとサラダが付いて400円で食べられます。 お店の名前はcafeヒデです。（鶴橋商店街）

泊まるだけの目的で急遽利用しました。場所は鶴橋駅のすぐ近くですが、土地勘がなかったため、グーグルマップを利用しながら訪れましたが、しばし周辺をウロウロしました。そのくらい昔ながらの入り組んだ街並みだと思います。ただ、一回たどり着ければ、その後は駅から簡単にアクセスできると思います。部屋や建物はホテルというよりも、マンションといった感じでしょうか。まずチェックイン時の建物に入る際には、インターホンを押し、フロントの方にドアを開けてもらう必要があります。これは建物の椅子に座っていたお兄さんが教えてくれました。チェックイン後にどこかへ出かけて、再度ホテルに入る時には、フロント前に表示されているパスワードが必要になります。お風呂は部屋に付いているタイプもあるみたいですが、部屋にお風呂がない場合は、1Fの共同風呂を利用します。他の方が利用中の場合は、待つことになります。トイレはシャワートイレではありません。朝食は時間がなかったので近所のコンビニで調達しましたが、近所の韓国街では、朝から屋台のようなところでチヂミのようなものを焼いていたので、それらを利用するのもありなのかなと思います。

決定預訂這間酒店，是被他的大阪城景觀吸引了。 預訂時不知道這間是一間新酒店，在1/5/2024才開始營業，我預訂的是18/5入住一晚。 因為是我與女友的紀念日，透過trip.com上的酒店聯絡方式，與酒店reservation team聯絡，讓他們準備一束鮮花給女友一個驚喜。酒店在我想要的時間安排好這個要求，非常專業。 酒店交通方面，雖然接近天滿橋站，但走路也需要10分鐘以上才到達，這個比較不方便，建議拖著行李可以選擭的士會較舒適方便。 整體服務態度方面，員工都非常親切，會主動打招呼及詢問是否需要幫忙，check in時的員工很友善，雖然他英文不太好，但都會仔細解釋設施及使用時間，感謝他的服務。不過check out時的女員工就比較冷漠，令整個旅程最後有點不好的感覺。 可能是新酒店關係，希望酒店會有更好的進步。

酒店並不經常有服務人員。我到店當天已近下午五時，就適逢沒有服務人員在，大門關上，門外雖留有多種聯繫方式，但用電話因為是我外國客，電話不能接上，用WeChat和What’s App都聯絡不上！後來找携程客服，得到幫助，取得進門密碼。 進門後就見訂房客人資料及分配的房號、鎖匙放在當眼的架上，得以順利進房！ 謝謝攜程的客服及時為我解決問題🙏🙏👍
