Spent quite a lot of money to book a suite at W Osaka during Easter holiday, but didn’t not receive equivalent services. During the 5 nights of stay, only one time the bell boys helped us with our baby stroller and bags when we arrived the hotel. The other 4 nights, whenever we got off the taxi, the staffs just stood at the entrance and looked at us without helping. Several times when we arrived at the elevator at W floor with our bags, our kid and baby stroller, the staffs also just stood there looking at us without helping, greeting and didn’t even just press the lift for us. I didn’t feel welcome at all. I find the services were disappointing, we will not stay there next time when we visit Osaka.
