和朋友一起住這家酒店，位置優越，下了地鐵導航很快就到了這裏！酒店乾淨整潔，各種生活用品齊全，行李寄存方便，沒有雜音幹擾，睡得安穩香甜！

This place exceeded all our expectations! At first, we were just happy to have a place to spend the night so close to Universal Studios Japan without breaking the bank. But once we got there, it was clear that there was so much more than just proximity to USJ. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. They spoke superb English, too! It's a hostel so you can get towels for a small fee, you share showers and bathrooms, you take care of your own linen when you arrive and upon leaving, etc.---the usual stuff, which is explained very clearly. They also have a vending machine with cold drinks on the ground floor. Our room was HUGE. We had a private room with bunk beds for just me and my 8-year-old, but there could have been room for at least three other people (a huge difference from our tiny hotel room in Shinjuku). The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and a perfect place to get some rest after spending a whole day on your feet. The play area on the ground floor was quite loud when we checked in, with kids running everywhere. Still, we couldn't hear them from our room upstairs. At any rate, quiet hours start at 10 pm. Every resident there seemed very nice when sharing space around the sinks, and my kid and I felt very safe using the shared showers and bathrooms. We got 1.5-day tickets to USJ so we only stayed one night. We checked out on our own (very) early the next morning and, again, all the instructions were very easy to follow. I just wish I got to say ”bye” to the staff person who greeted us the night before. He was delightful and I wish him well!

房東阿姨是中國人，非常的nice,我和兒子在她們家住了三晚，感覺很安心。她家很乾凈，兩個人定的家庭房，比在東京住的房間大很多，房間還有微波爐，熱水壺，吃夠了日本的冷食不習慣的可以自己做飯吃。附近有一個很大的永旺超市，裏面好多好吃的，晚上還有便當等打折，我們昨晚就在超市買了黑毛和牛回房間烤來吃，很好吃！還有永旺旁邊就是大阪京瓷巨蛋，常有演唱會等舉行，昨晚就有甲子園棒球賽，看到好多日本人不論男女都穿着棒球服去看比賽。周圍交通也很方便，可步行到大正站直達關西機場，到心齋橋難波都很近，周圍有大阪商業證，吃的也很多，如果有朋友去大阪，我會推薦去住阿姨家！

We arrived earlier than the check in time, and are able to drop off the luggages at the reception and come back later for check in for free. The staff can speak multiple languages, (Japanese, English, Chinese,etc) able to communicate without any problem. Room is very clean and cleaning service is provided each day. Location is close to Nanba. Very convenient. Close to a metro station as well, easy to locate. Would recommend.

Ottimo hotel nel cuore di Osaka. A pochi passi dalla stazione di Namba e da una fermata della metropolitana, questo hotel è dotato di una posizione molto comoda per la visita della città (a pochi minuti a piedi anche da Dotonbori). La camera è spaziosa per gli standard giapponesi, molto pulita e funzionale. Personale molto disponibile, parlano un buon livello di inglese e si ha la possibilità di spedire le valigie con il servizio corriere Ta-q-bin. Al mattino vi è una colazione gratuita che consiste in panini, caffé e thè. Il gelato è a disposizione tutto il giorno. Assolutamente consigliato, visto anche l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Bilik itu bersih dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Kakitangannya ramah. Hotel ini menyediakan kopi & teh secara percuma di lobi di tingkat bawah. Selain itu, pemandangan dari atas bumbung sangat mengagumkan (dan tempat bergambar yang bagus)! Mempunyai penginapan yang sangat hebat dan selesa, thx

Sangat selesa dan selesa untuk didiami. Ia sangat dekat dengan daerah perniagaan, dan anda boleh pergi ke jalan beli-belah dengan berjalan kaki. Shinsaibashi, Nihombashi, American Village dan Pasar Kuromon semuanya berada di laluan yang sama. Pengangkutan juga sangat mudah. Empat minit ke stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Terdapat banyak kedai serbaneka dan restoran. Sesuai untuk keluar bersama kawan-kawan. Ia juga sangat mudah untuk pergi ke USJ.

Great trip overall, stayed here and amenities and breakfast was provided. Air-conditioning was new and was really cute!

The room is clean yet small. The TV can connect to mobile phone through WiFi which is nice. The front desk staffs are nice and friendly. Checkin and checkout smoothly. Bathroom is clean. Water pressure is perfect for shower, yet you might have to wait for hot water for about 30s when you first time using it. Hot water is hot enough. Overall good, just the location is a little bit far, still walkable distance, 10mins from Osaka station.

Very near to Shin Osaka Station ,about 6 mins walk from Exit 4 of the midosuji line. The hotel is very clean and roomy. It has a Lawson on the ground floor. What impressed me most was the Panasonic washer/dryer in my room , I could wash all my clothes every day, put in the detergent pack provided and throw in the clothes and 4 hours later you will get clean and dry clothes. Hotel staff are very friendly and cheerful. On my last day, I managed to send 2 large luggages to my hotel in Tokyo while we go over to Kyoto for another 2 nights at a cheap price of 3600yen. Highly recommended hotel.
