Ulasan Hotel Charter Otopeni

Lovely hotel, perfect location. Couldnt use the bathroom as it leaked everytime we flushed the toilet or used the shower. Told reception but nothing could be done so we just used the shower at the spa instead and toilet we just flushed anyway!

The shower was broken, no head shower only telephone shower, our bathroom flooded after having a shower, had to change rooms, our second room also flooded. We booked a king size bed and were given two single beds. Breakfast was near to inedible and super basic, food tasted horrible and coffee and food were cold. I will actually ask for a refund.

Could do with modernisation overall. Good that airport transfer is included.

Not acceptable but location is good

Stayed here on route to my destination for one night, based on the advertisement that there was a shuttle bus to and from the airport however this was not true and ended up paying another €15 to get there from the airport which was about 5 mins away , was told the next day that the shuttle does not collect but drops off at the airport however you need to book 24 he's in advance , I tried this even contacting trip.com customer service who also tried to reach the hotel via the phone number they had provided however this is wrong and there is another number available at the front desk , Breakfast was average and again a separate payment of €8 from a very unfriendly staff member who flat out denied I had breakfast included which is what I paid for , so in the end £50 for a room in a shitty part of town with miserable staff , ( the chap who checked me in that night was the only friendly and helpful person ) Overall not worth it should of stayed in a better place , I do not understand why people who have no compassion or respect for other human beings work in public places that involve dealing with customers ...??? Find somewhere else !!

Not a very welcoming treatment from some of the Staff

Rude, non friendly staff. Basic hotel. Does not provide airport pick-up but advertised as pick up and drop off service

Habitaciones viejas. Baño pequeño, y medidas higiénicas justas. Los colchones son malos. Por resaltar algo bueno es su ubicación cercana al aeropuerto

Goed hotel. Vriendelijke receptie. Simpel maar proper hotel. Locatie goed geleden van de luchthaven. T****e keer geboekt en content.

Comodissimo e pulito

Una noche dormi alli y salia al dia siguiente el vuelo, todo bien la cama me gusto, hay ascensor y la habitacion estaba limpia

The door looks like it got shot by a terminator multiple times, The power outlet was sticking out of wall creating a risk,The cabinet wall falling apart,The toilet was kinda dirty, The keycards sometimes didn’t work, And the mattress wad a bit uncomfortable.

It was a decent hotel for the price. The rooms were a good size, but definitely outdated. We stayed for one night for the proximity to the airport. The front desk attendant was nice enough and set everything up for our complimentary trip to the airport the next morning. It is about a 20 minute taxi ride to the Old City of Bucharest. Beware of price gouging from taxis when going places in the evenings.
