Everything was great except the curtain in the bedroom didn't block out all the light at night and I found it annoying that the light and fan for the bathroom were on the same switch.

Very quiet however it was not during peek season as we stayed here in February. Staff were very nice and the room over all was good. I'm a little OCD so the cleaning could have been a little better (the dishwasher button area was not clean, the toaster and coffee machine wasn't overly clean and the baseboards behind the toilet was not clean, and the floors were probably mopped but I don't think they had been vaccumed).

Very convenient, clean and well equipped and good price point. Location was just OK, but there are other locations too and I chose this myself so that isn’t your problem.
I did not like that it was so loud, between traffic outside and the heating/air conditioning unit in the bedroom was very loud. The sheets/bedding were like paper. Very crunchy and uncomfortable.

The room was clean and the check-in process was very smooth. Only thing is even though the description says parking available, it is paid. CAD 20 a day.

We enjoyed the easiness of checking in and out without dealing with the wait of seeing someone. We did everything at our pace & convenience. The room was perfect with a full kitchen & pull out sofa bed to got our entire family. The underground was easy to access and get in & out. We were close to lots of shops, restos, gas station, highway & gliebe. Highly recommend!

Really cute appar**ent and we had what we needed. Gym was excellent and you could go for jog outside and it was closed to Canal Rideau. The game room was really fun. Lots of resto and bars on Bank st and Elgin st. Will go back for sure.

Fantastic value here! The place is basically a fully furnished apar**ent with all the essentials.
Very private feel, secure building, and easy parking.
Although, we couldn't get the kitchen lights on, bedroom tv remote was cracked in half, and the window wouldnt open. Also, the tv was mounted completely off centre, which was minor, buy still weird.
We would go back for sure

I’ve stayed here before and I returned again because this property is in a good location at the right price. The facilities are also excellent for the price, including a full kitchen. It’s not luxury - but it’s the basics at a great price, with helpful staff and walkable to downtown.
