Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Ottawa

We just stayed for 1 night, the room was clean and comfortable. 25$ for overnight parking was a bit much I felt. The location is not the best for a Saturday/Sunday since it is an office area and almost everything around in walking distance is closed, just Tim Hortons and Startbucks is open.

Stayed at the Novotel for a week in early Feb 2023 while attending a conference at the nearby Westin. I booked for a really low rate through hotwire. After a pleasant check in I was excited to come into a very large on the 8th floor with a separate seating area and a very large TV. Room was pretty clean although when packing up before check-in I found some items under the bed that did not belong to me. Location was perfect, right across from the Rideau Centre and the Westin/Conference Centre and within a short walk to the Parliament Buildings, Sparks Street and Byward Market. My only compliant is the walls must be paper thin as I could hear the ding of the elevator and conversations in the hall from my room. I was also there a four hour during a power outage in the evening. I assume the outage was unscheduled but there was a lot of confusion and no one at the front desk when it occurred. The hotel shares a building with a DND office which made it confusing leaving the building by the stairs as the stairway lead to a entrance that read ”DND property alarm will sound”, it took awhile to figure out how to exit by the stairs.

總體算是不錯的，酒店稍微老舊但無敵好的位置，出門50 米之內就是運河公園和地鐵站（雖然遊覽不需要坐地鐵）還有CF購物中心！ 可惜進房間就發現浴缸下水管道完全被頭髮堵塞無法洗澡，大晚上懶得叫客房部來清理，徒手挖了三分鐘才能洗澡…… 房間夠大隔音效果好，有寫字枱和沙發，床和枕頭舒適無異味無異響，但是但是廁所沖 馬桶的聲音巨大，感覺馬桶是負壓沖洗，沖起來力 道和飛機裏的廁所一樣轟隆一聲，所以晚上睡覺上 廁所基本全屋人都會被吵醒.... 早餐還算豐富，水果冷餐品類算比較多樣，可以和廚子點蛋卷和煎蛋，果汁咖啡口味算好喝。早餐廳門口就是星巴克，也是早餐廳服務員兼職做咖啡，所以為了經濟性可以選擇不含早，但早上可能排隊久等 服務人員訓練有素比較熱情但不夠主動，沒有感覺到被歧視也沒有感覺到賓至如歸 總體四分評價

Ottawa Marriott Hotel is the ideal place to rest, go on vacation with your family, and enjoy the convenient location in the city's center. I stayed with my wife for five nights on this property. First of all, the location is ideal because it is downtown. Second, they offered us a buffet breakfast, included for being a diamond member, and an appetizer in the restaurant during evening hours because the lounge was closed. Third, the room we stayed in was a suite, which was an excellent option since it had two bathrooms and a spacious living room with a beautiful view. We recommend the hotel not only for what it offers but also for the people who are very friendly, always happy, and willing to help. Customer service was noted. Samir Manhas, the service manager, made us feel welcome and at home, so we will return soon to spend another time in this beautiful hotel.

說實話真的太太太一般了！就是美加那種汽車旅館，就是一個睡覺的地方，啥設施也沒有，乏善可陳。第一天入住，馬桶把手就壞了，還好當天就來修了，否則咋辦呀！唯一一點是，地理位置特別好，走路十分鐘就到了市區主要的景點了。

這座渥太華歷史最悠久的頂級奢華酒店，坐落在裏多運河入口處，地點絕佳。住在這裏，無論是去往國會山，裏多運河，還是拜沃德市場，國家美術館，都是五到十分鐘的步行距離。 住進費爾蒙特洛裏耶堡酒店，彷彿走進了童話裏王子公主住的城堡。厚厚的地毯鋪在腳下，奢華的吊燈、歐式廊柱與圓拱門造型，長長的走廊裏燈火通明……到處都能感受到復古的年代感和貴族氣息。

We stayed in this hotel during our visit to Ottawa, surprisingly the rooms are quiet big. We got a twin queen size beds that could fit 4 people. There was a fridge in the room, which is a bonus. The bed was so comfy to my liking. The toilet was also huge and the shower was powerful. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was also good. The hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. Although, during check in there was some mistake from the receptionist, we requested few months ago a connecting room as were travelling with the family, but then she give the connecting room to other guest just 3 minutes upon we arrive. I think thats the only downside. There was a swimming pool in the hotel, but it's also under renovation that time. We were told we can use the neighboring hotels pool as complimentary, which few blocks away to walk. So we didnt use it. For the breakfast its not included on the prize, but you can purchase it in the hotel. It was actually a good breakfast and tastes good. There was a bar in the hotel which I recommend you try the Canadian beer its so refreshing and tastes good. The bar men even advise us places to visit on our next stop. I recommend this hotel, its so close to to parliament and tourist spots in Ottawa. Will definitely go back here in our next visit.

地理位置很好 在市中心 房間很新 景色好 缺點是電梯很慢 需要排隊 衞生間裏的洗手枱容易濺水出來 洗臉洗完地板上全是水 而且前台職員感覺有點看人下菜 看我們是asian就不介紹酒店早餐時間和停車收費標準 還要我自己主動詢問 態度有點尬啊

Our stay was superb! The hotel's walking distance to our meetings was incredibly convenient. The cleanliness was notable, and the staff's hospitality enhanced our experience. Moreover, the excellent proximity to restaurants and shops made our evenings delightful. A perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers!

Do not stay here if you have allergies or sensitivities to fragrances of any kind. Very strong scents everywhere in the hotel, including the hallways, room and bedding. It was not what we were expecting considering the information we were given. The staff did not seem to be aware that this could be a problem, even though it was written in the comments section at the time of booking online. We got different explanations when we brought it up; one person said there was nothing in the comments, another person said it was in the comments but housekeeping did not get some kind of alert in their records. Parked in the parking lot across the street and had to get up at 7 a.m. to pay for parking again as we were not leaving that early. Upon checkout, we complained and they gave us a gas card worth $25 but I would never stay there again.
