From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was being taken care of by family, not just hotel staff. A Special Birthday Surprise: I stayed here during my birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it the most memorable one ever. They secretly coordinated with my wife to organize a beautiful surprise, complete with room decorations and a lovely cake! They even upgraded my room as a birthday treat—a gesture that truly touched my heart. Service Beyond Expectations: A huge shout-out to A-Fei, who was absolutely stellar! His hospitality is unmatched. He didn’t just assist with the basics, like showing me how to use the laundry and dryer facilities; he became my go-to person for everything. Expert Local Advice: He gave me amazing tips and tricks on how to navigate the local tourist spots efficiently. Tea Enthusiast’s Dream: As I’m currently learning the art of brewing tea, A-Fei was incredibly helpful. He shared his knowledge about Pu-erh tea and even recommended a local tea shop where I could find high-quality tea at a great price. It was such a personalized experience! The Vibe: The room rates are excellent, the communication is lightning-fast, and the level of care and sincerity the staff puts into their service is rare to find. You can really feel that they care about their guests' happiness. If you are planning a trip to Lijiang, I cannot recommend this place enough. A massive thank you to the whole team, especially A-Fei, for making my birthday so special. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Stayed here for 2 nights, but in two different rooms, so I got to experience both. Overall, the hotel has a great view and a generally comfortable stay. It is a bit far from most main attractions, although it is relatively close to the railway station. There is a nearby bus station (Line 6), but getting to the Ancient Town and other popular areas is still quite far, so using Didi is often the easier option. The lobby also provides tea, coffee, and water, which is a nice touch. My first room was on the 2nd floor and felt very modern and new. The bed was especially comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well-designed — I really liked this room. My second room was on the 5th floor, and there is no lift in the building, so carrying luggage up the stairs can be quite tiring. The staff kindly helped me, which I really appreciated, especially since it was quite a lot of effort. This room had a nice view, but it felt a bit older compared to the first one, especially the bathroom. If I had to choose, I personally preferred the first room for its newer feel and comfort, but both stays were still pleasant in different ways.

The check-in and check-out processes were painfully slow and disorganized. Only one available staff, people jumping the line, nobody putting these people in order. We had to start arguing with other guests to have them respect the line. Very unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel of this category.

Location hotel memang terbaik, bawah ada kedai souvenir, sangat function nak topup souvenir last minute, jalan kaki sikit jer dah sampai area halal street food suncheng. Guys takyah fikir banyak book jer hotel ni dan explore kunming, nak shopping nak makan jalan kaki saja. Dengan harga yang murah sangat, nothing to complain pun. Hotel pun bersih, boleh set suhu nak panas nak sejuk. Staff pun cakap elok. Nak check in check out pun senang. Will repeat this hotel when coming down to Kunming.

The staff were very helpfu even though we didnt speak Chinese. The rooms were great and had a beautiful view of the city. The rooms had everything you need including a washing machine and drying rack on the balcony, and for a good price too!

環境：離古城門口很近的，出去玩進出都很方便，住古城裡麪離玉龍雪山也近，兩分鐘就能走到出口，客棧在裏面也很安靜，人多也不會被打擾，環境也很好，很有特色 服務：老闆娘姐姐人美心善🤩愛了愛了，很有耐心喲 衞生：很乾凈舒適，適合居住 設施：齊全整潔，完美 在網上找了好久終於訂了她，果然沒讓我失望，推薦推薦👌

The hotel is at a perfect location.. its close to good eateries, tea shops, leather shop and even jade stores.. The deluxe room has a Japanese feel to it! Gorgeous and comfortable..! Communication with hotel staff are also easy, they can speak fluent English and are very helpful. Overall a good stay! Definitely recommended!

Hi! I really enjoyed my stay here. 粥粥 was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout everything. From helping with luggage to checking in on my stay, her service made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Kali pertama datang ke tanah tinggi, saya agak risau, tetapi setelah daftar masuk, saya sedar kerisauan saya tidak berasas! Bilik ini mempunyai bekalan oksigen berterusan 24 jam dan pemanas lantai, jadi saya berasa selesa dan tiada simptom mabuk ketinggian. Pengurus peribadi telah menghubungi saya lebih awal untuk bertanya tentang penerbangan, dan membantu mengangkat beg sebaik sahaja kami tiba. Apabila dia tahu kami agak letih, dia juga menghantar susu panas pada waktu malam. Semua permintaan kami diuruskan dengan cepat, yang membuatkan kami, sebagai 'orang baru di tanah tinggi', berasa sangat selamat.

I had the most beautiful stay in Jianshui. The hotel was clean, bright and very comfortable. The hospitality was fantastic, which as a solo traveller I was very grateful for. I was given tea and fruit on arrival and the laoban introduced me to all the key spots in Jianshui and sent me recommendations of food spots too. I was given a delicious breakfast with some of the best congee I've had in China! I really felt at home. The location is fantastic, right in the old town on a beautiful side street with a peaceful quaint atmosphere. The hotel also organised a taxi to take me onto my next destination - thank you both for a wonderful stay. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
