overall stay was completely good but this building does not have free parking, they charge you 22 dollars for underground parking or outside parking as well and no security for car they said car parking is always at owner's risk. thats only a negative point otherwise room was clean, no disturbance, breakfast was good.

Location is nice and quiet still close to amenities that I wanted. I was very pleased with professionalism. The hotel was clean and being able to cook the basics was nice. I would recommend it to anyone. Too. Was spacious so I did not feel like in a box.

Ottawa Marriott Hotel is the ideal place to rest, go on vacation with your family, and enjoy the convenient location in the city's center. I stayed with my wife for five nights on this property. First of all, the location is ideal because it is downtown. Second, they offered us a buffet breakfast, included for being a diamond member, and an appetizer in the restaurant during evening hours because the lounge was closed. Third, the room we stayed in was a suite, which was an excellent option since it had two bathrooms and a spacious living room with a beautiful view. We recommend the hotel not only for what it offers but also for the people who are very friendly, always happy, and willing to help. Customer service was noted. Samir Manhas, the service manager, made us feel welcome and at home, so we will return soon to spend another time in this beautiful hotel.

The room smelled bad. Kind of like a locker room would smell like or maybe like wet carpet. You get used to the smell after time but it's bothersome walking into your room after a long day and your initial reaction is to hold your breath.

Stayed on a high floor in a large, quiet king room with comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and professional. The kitchen was closed but they put out a plentiful continental breakfast buffet with real tablecloths & napkins and excellent coffee. Waiters working the room were so nice. Hotel has a doorman who will assist with a taxi. Elevators all working and fast. On the morning of the Ottawa Marathon they put out a table of water bottles, etc. for the runners with a sign, which was a nice touch.
