In general this hotel was a great experience, the atmosphere, hosting team, food,...the only 5 starts hotel in Oujda and the best so far. I have experienced the best SPA and massage so far also, and the respo Ghezlane was great guide for all the journy, thank you Terminus City Center.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The service was impeccable, and the staff were extremely professional and friendly. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Ghoufrane , who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. She is not only highly skilled and attentive but also one of the most beautiful and kind-hearted people I’ve ever met. Her genuine care and warm personality truly made my visit unforgettable. Hotel Review This is my second stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The staff are exceptional—always helpful, friendly, and attentive. During this visit, I stayed in room 402, and I was pleased to see that it had undergone a thoughtful renovation, which added a fresh and modern feel to the space. While the improvements were impressive, there are still a few areas that could use attention. The carpets and sofas in the room are starting to show their age and would benefit from an update. Despite these minor issues, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as the best in the area. It has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was seeing Ghazlan, who oversees the gym and spa. She is incredibly professional, always cheerful, and truly adds to the hotel’s charm. I’m so glad I chose to return to this hotel, and I look forward to coming back again in the future!

It’s my first time here in oujda and also in terminus city center, thanks for the hospitality and good the treatment specially at the gym when ms Ghizlane the team leader who Was great and disponible for any questions. It won’t be my last surely and I recommend this hotel.

I was there for this last weekend. I was craving for a good spa and by a research on google i find good reviews about hotel terminus i try it and it was amazing the experience was unforgettable and there was a pretty woman named Ghizlan she was so kind and so helpful i thank her so much And i also want to mention about how much the place was clean and so aesthetic . I have the honor to be in terminus, is the first 5 starts in oujda, u feel safe and family in the hotel, it’s very clean and comfortable, the people in hotel are so nice and good, room are very good, I have the honor to visit the spa it’s very clean and relaxing with a good parfum, the responsable Mme rhizlane are so cute and adorable , it’s an honor for me. I recomended the spa and hotel for others.

Premium location, good for business trips, with recently renovated bathrooms and friendly staff especially the bell man, Abdessamad and the young lady at the resturant ( I didn’t catch her name ) It is still overpriced though, maybe because it is the best a person may find in Oujda

Had an amazing extended weekend at the hotel! The staff was very friendly, rooms were spotless, and the location was ideal. Excellent service, comfortable atmosphere—would definitely recommend staying here! The breakfast selection was delicious, with plenty of options for all tastes.

Such a bad service and bad rooms the hotel is too old and rusty and the rooms are disgusting and disappointing only the outside looks good but the inside so terrible the rooms are tight and nothing has been aded no body gel only shampoo and 2 after shampoo no fridge the bed was broken from the middle the windows wall so dirty and towels not clean bad smell i had an allergic problem with my skin since the last time i stayed this is some photo as proof
