Hotel 2 Bintang di Palawan

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of March/early April 2023. We loved the place, but some extra pointers might help others decide whether this is a good fit for them too. 1/ Note that this beach is only accessible by boat (about 30 min ride, 300PP pp), which is great because we had lots of privacy and calm. You'll need to arrange a shuttle. People at Arkadia can help (if you haven't made contact before arrival, I would advise arriving no later than early afternoon so your transfer can be arranged). 2/ The manager, Olga, can cook for you, usually rice, veggies, fish or chicken (I am vegetarian and it went well). In the morning, we had an omelette and toast. Tell the manager in advance so they can gather the necessary ingredients. A small selection of sodas and beers is also available to purchase. You can also stock up when going to Sabang Town. Bring your water! 3/ The manager may share their (personal?) WiFi connection with you in the common area if you need it. 4/ The rooms are basic but good enough (more on the rustic side). Hopefully, you won't be scared by a few ants or other bugs wandering around. A mosquito net was provided. 5/ Don't be surprised, electricity comes after sunset (for us, it was between 6pm and 10pm). No AC, so you can appreciate the sound of the waves fully. Hope this is helpful! We had a great time on this beautiful beach.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans une chambre mignonne et traditionnelle. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse indescriptible, ils font tout pour être arrangeant. L’endroit est vraiment jolie, tout en bois et bambou, avec un beau jardin et tout le confort nécessaire. Le service est bien au delà du prix pour des touristes. Je recommande fortement. À noté que l’hôtel est à côté du port où les locaux vont manger le soir, c’est animé sans être touristique. Super expérience !

They have great accomodations, professional staff and we'll treatment to the guests💙🫶 the breakfast that they offer was so amazing too, they have the touch of Filipino and Korean food also good for Asians 😊I am 100% sure you guys will not get disappointed if you try the hotel and food of sanho pension 🙏

Le chemin d’accès est peu engageant, mais au bout de 100m, une maison jaune pimpante et fleurie au milieu de la végétation vous attend, au calme, à 800 m du centre. Bien que nous n’avions pas réservé, très bon accueil d’Anna, à qui il ne restait qu’une chambre. Important : Anna est la nouvelle propriétaire depuis l’été 2018, donc ne tenez pas compte des commentaires plus anciens. Chambre très propre, wifi performant, personnel très attentif et adorable, eau et café en libre service, réservation de scooter et de transfert vers l’aéroport. Et surtout, ne manquez pas de goûter au fabuleux buko-pie ( au coco et ube) d’Anna, qui sera sûrement la grande star de la boulangerie qui était en construction sur place !

Hotel con molte camere situato nel centro del paese, a 200 mt dal mare. Camere doppie al piano terra e superiore, spartane ma abbastanza spaziose. Il servizio pulizia viene effettuato solo prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti e non durante il soggiorno. Offrono colazione semplice ma ci si puo accontentare. Buon rapporto qualita prezzo.

For this price and for the great hospitality from the host, this is perhaps the best B&B accommodation in Puerto Princesa. The exterior may not look much for the world, but once you step inside, I can assure you that you will feel like you are home. The sitting corner where you can have free flow of coffee, tea or cocoa is very nice. And the garden inside the property will make you feel even more at home away from home. The room is very nice with lovely bed and wash basin outside the toilet. The Wifi in the room could be a bit faster, but the one in the reception area is lightning fast. The breakfast was ok where you have a selection of Filipino dishes, and the serving was not too big nor too small. The location may be a bit off the grid, but you can always take the tricycle to a more central part of town. All in all, a nice stay with friendly host for a great price.
