Decent hotel but toiletries like toothbrush isn’t provided and they provide only 2-in-1 shampoo which isn’t good for your hair The breakfast items were poor as well, especially the scrambled eggs (simple dish that’s difficult to mess up)

Value for money! Booked this last minute because we booked the wrong hotel, which is located at Catania. Amazing location!

Used the hotel for a short stop before heading back to the airport. Excellent location but pictures make it look a lot better than it is. It was clean and functional but no warmth. Breakfast was good. Only scrambled eggs for hot option, but lots of croissants, muffins, cereal etc. if you just want somewhere to get your head down for a couple of nights it’s great. Wouldn’t stay longer than that.

Super nice staff, very helpful and always smiling. Location is excellent! Great interior design and beautiful terrace wish amazing view during the breakfast. The room was bigger than I expected but I wish the window let more light to the room. Good quality for great price. Definitely will come back.

Love love love. Stay at this hotel whenever you are in palermo. Favourite 😍 Breakfast can improve abit more. Otherwise all perfect!

Overall a good hotel. Location is excellent, central to most of the major sights. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Breakfast not too exciting. Our one big drawback was the advertised free parking is not free. It costs €10 a night and we were not made aware of this before hand. The parking garage is not based at the hotel but further down the street and is very difficult to drive to. Normal procedure is to call the hotel and they ask you to pull over on a busy road and a parking attendant will come and get you. He then keeps the car and car keys at his garage and will bring the car out on request from the hotel. The system worked well once we were aware but again it caused some stress and confusion on our first night driving around a busy city. And driving in Palermo is not for the faint hearted!

We received room diferrently looking than on pictures, airconditioning need to be cleaned, we did not use it, due to the smell. Breakfast generally ok, but scrambled eggs need some improvement, did not prepare fresh. Building located in strict centre, which was good for base location for visiting, however during night earplugs needed. Amazing view from the tarrance, however only one big umbrella which cover just few tables from sunlight. Generally stay was ok, taking into account the price, however need some improvement.

The reception was good. In the center of city center!!!!! Good for guests without a car. Extremely difficult to find coz Google asked me to pass a super narrow allay which my SUV definitely couldn’t pass through. Fortunately it was a Saturday all cameras were off… I drove to the pedestrian road…and eventually reached the hotel. A little drama there. Breakfast was okay. Terrace had a good view. But food was so so.

It didn't start brilliantly when I was told I didn't have breakfast so I had to show on my saved screen that I had and then the room I was given was on the second floor on an inner facing courtyard (see dark pic below which was the room darkness taken at 10.30am). I had to have the lights on at all times to see. It did not matter so much the first day as I needed to sleep in the afternoon rather than enjoying the comforts as had been travelling since midnight but on the second morning, I asked the wonderful Giseppe to change if possible. I was given the second room which had more light and a bath. I do sometimes find prejudice towards single travellers on my travels and sometimes that can be extended to single women travellers too but I do get annoyed paying only a few pounds less than a rate for a couple and being given a substandard room/view. To be clear, the decor was lovely but the light was just to depressing for me coming from the UK where sun, light and warmth is less all year round.
