Hotel berhampiran Il Bosco Di Tommy, Palermo

I stayed at this hotel for one week in October 2023. This was my first time in Sicily and my first time in Palermo. I had a very memorable experience indeed! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They are also very spacious! The hotel is also located in an excellent location close to the Mercato Ballaro and it's just right around the corner from Piazza Politeama. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of going to Palermo!

Hotel ini terletak sangat baik beberapa langkah dari jalan membeli-belah utama dan beberapa langkah lagi ke bandar lama dan semua tarikan utama. Bilik mempunyai semua yang kami perlukan, kakitangan sangat membantu dan sarapan pagi menawarkan persembahan yang sihat terutama di sisi gula-gula, kek ricotta sangat mengagumkan.

For the price paid per night (＜£70) and its location, it’s what you need for exploring Palermo. Walkable distance to Palermo Lolli train station (where the airport train will take you) and bus stops. On a quieter street with coffee shop downstairs and a couple of bars in close distance. Lots of options for dinner close by too. The room was basic, clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom could go a refresh. Air con was okay. Managed to check in early which was welcome. There is a bit of noise you can hear from your neighbours / the reception but it doesn’t go on late at all.

We just stayed here 4 nights (superior triple room) & the ac worked great! It was individually controlled & got the room very cold to sleep. We were able to get some ice from the bar to bring to the room although note that the bar is NOT open yet (only water or ice). The breakfast is 7-9:45 & they DO lock the door at 9:45,, coffee there is in the machine so it seems possible that you could bring a cup up to your room. 2 things to know: only **1 key per room**so you can not leave your partner. Had I known this, I may have kept looking for another hotel. Also, there is no iron in the building. Great & safe location! Tons around! Coop grocery ~2 blocks & the AP shuttle bus ticket booth(stop is just 2 more blocks) Tip for early overseas arrivals: if you arrive very early before check in, there are 3 sofas in the back of the hotel, past the main lobby & bar, going right towards the breakfast room; when it closes at 9:45, they turn the lights off & there is no foot traffic. I could see waiting/falling asleep here lol after an overnight flight while waiting for “check in”

My rating is more 4.5. Centrally located, easy walk to restaurants and major sites. I’m not sure why there are so many negative comments about the staff; honestly, all of our interactions were fantastic. Front desk staff helpful and knew our room number. We interacted with various front desk staffs frequently. It was nice to drop off our adorable 5 lb key at the front desk! . Breakfast was generous and abundant. It is in the most gorgeous dining area I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I indulged in some scrambled eggs and bacon; a welcome addition after days of continental bfasts. I had been sick and took a tray to the room to eat for 3 days, not wanting to get other travelers I’ll. Every morning, lovely Inacia, one of the staff members, efficiently put a tray together for me with a smile. The staff worked hard to restock the food and cups/plates. Barbara was our floor maid and always pleasant, had a smile, and helpful. Our TV’s did not work and each maintenance person was helpful and hilarious. It turns out when you do get the tv on, there’s only bbc! But we are not there to watch tv. The hotel is a former palazzo and it is somewhat of a maze, but that’s part of the Italian adventure. It’s a gorgeous hotel and may not be the most updated, but we found it quiet, comfortable, and unobtrusive. Umbrellas available at the front desk for rainy days. We ate at primi piatti across the street but would have tried the hotel restaurant had we another day and I was not under the weather. Bravo to the Eurostar Team- you made our Palermo trip special!

Un magnífico hotel, con unas instalaciones de lujo en un antiguo palazzo en pleno centro histórico de Palermo. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, con todos los servicios. El servicio muy correcto y dispuesto. Tiene un piano bar, terraza garden y el entorno muy bueno, justo en pleno centro de todas las atracciones turísticas de Palermo y zonas de ocio y restauración, sin ningún ruido ni problemas en absoluto. Recomendable absolutamente.

Abbiamo trascorso alcune notti in qsto boutique hotel appena aperto ricavato attraverso una moderna ed affascinante ristrutturazione, nelle mura del quartiere la Kalsa di Palermo. La colazione e' di altissima qualita' con molta scelta e ben presentata. La nostra camera, che dava sul giardino interno con piscina non era grande, ma molto gradevole ed efficiente e confortevole: abbiamo dormito bene. Davanti un piccolo spazio di giardino privato arredato e davvero piacevole. La piscina e' un oasi rinfrescante piacevole e perfetta dopo visite ed escursioni per una nuotata o un aperitivo. La collocazione e la struttura stessa dell'hotel ci hanno fatto apprezzare ancor di piu' l'affascinante quartiere la Kalsa di Palermo

Soggiorno ottimo, camera con vista Mare stupenda , colazione abbondante, servizio receptionist molto professionale, prezzo ottimo. A fine soggiorno ho pagato solo 4€ di tasse in totale per 2 persone .
