Fabulous hotel, all very new. Room was a very good size with lots of plug and USB sockets. Reception staff always helpful.

Clean, tidy, not a huge number of rooms, so no fighting for a sun bed. Small bar which does food 0900 - 1600. Great location, laundry opposite, 5 mins from the beach. Despite being close to bars, they can’t be heard when the doors are closed. We would definitely stay here again.

A great location in Palma Nova, close to amenities, beach and bus stops. The room was spacious. Lovely studio with kitchenette. Very good shower and comfortable beds and linen. Sun beds around pool were comfortable. Bar prices very reasonable. Would definitely stay there again.

As soon as we walked in the door, the vibe was just so calm and relaxed. The place is absolutely spotless right the way from reception, to pool side, to the rooms. The rooms are cleaned every day. The food in the hotel is good simple food at good prices. You are just round the corner from the main drag so it’s not too noisy at night. The pool opens at 10.30am so there’s no rush to grab sunbeds in the morning. The rooms have good air con. I absolutely cannot fault this hotel and would book again in a heartbeat.

Overall a nice hotel for a stay in Palma Nova. The best part of this hotel by FAR is the location - it is near too pretty much everything including the beach and many bars and restaurants all just a very short walk away. It is also about a 15min walk to the Magaluf ***** if you dare venture that way. The staff are friendly with good english, and the pool area is clean, tidy with lots of sunbeds. We were there in mid July and there were still plenty of sunbeds by the pool free all day. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cleanliness not being the best. Granted, the cleaners do work hard, however in our room there were many aspects that just wernt that clean including the TV and walls splattered/stained with something icky (I don't even wanna know), and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest with hairs in places and abit grubby overall. Along with this, they don't actually change your bedding at all whilst you are staying - which isn't ideal when you come in abit drunk and get makeup on your bed. However, I'm sure if I'd have asked for new bedding they would have done it. You only get 2 big towels, so make sure you ask for more if you are like us (2 girls showering everyday with long hair!). The hotel advertises on Easyjet that it is adults only - however there were the odd baby/child at the hotel so not sure what that's about. Not a big deal though - as we mainly booked this hotel for it's ideal location- and we didn't lounge by the pool much. The studio rooms overall are nice and spacious with a good kitchen area with everything you need if you want to save abit of money on going out to eat for every meal. I.e. Large fridge with freezer, Hob, Microwave, Sink, Pots and Pans, Plates, Cutlery etc. So, overall, I would stay again as the location is just perfect for everything you need for a good holiday. It even feels safe enough to go out on your own to the local bars, as it is literally round the corner.

Fab location, clean modern hotel with great staff. Every facility thought through. Great shower too, size and pressure. Staff went above and beyond. Daily cleaning and lovely pool area. Plenty of beds and umbrellas. Would stay here again

Very clean and modern apartments with walking distance from the beautiful beach line and in the center of all entertainments, like cafes and restaurants! Swimming pool sims also very clean, but we didn’t use it, thus we prefer beach . Room cleaning was every day and overall staff is friendly.

We love this hotel - it was our third visit. From the time our favourite receptionist Mirka welcomed us we felt at home. All of the staff are wonderful and very caring. It was particularly great to renew our friendship with Rosie and meet the newly appointed team member Wanda who. served is drinks at the poolside and assisted in opening wine bottles for us with a real sense of pleasure. This is an extremely clean hotel in both the rooms and the main areas within the facility including the pool.Our cleaner was another delightful person who provided first class service. The hotel is perfectly placed for the beach and the restaurant/Cafes and shops. There is a Eroski supermarket just up the hill which is brilliant for self catering. In fact we enjoyed it so much we are returning again in September.

So clean and modern free safe and internet in every room, lovely pool area , constant working modern lifts , will definitely return to this hotel without a doubt it is a fantastic place thank you 😊
