Todo muy bien, el hotel y su ubicación. El único detalle realmente incómodo fue el siguiente: las toallas eran nuevas y las colocaron sin previamente ser lavadas, tenían una especie de olor fuerte a químico y al secar no absorbía el agua y te dejaba todo el cuerpo lleno de pelusas. Realmente desagradable que todas las toallas para el cuerpo estuviesen así, lo comenté en recepción y me dijo que eran nuevas y por un error las colocaron sin lavar previamente.

A one-week rental during San Fermin Festival served my husband and I very well. The efficiency kitchen was super helpful due to the length of stay and not wanting to walk far to a tapas place. However, pillows were non-supportive and seven kitchen items listed on the inventory sheet were missing. Had to wait one night for an extra pillow, never got the missing kitchen items and therefore had to function with only two drinking glasses. they ask guests to take out their own trash! After a couple of huge rain storms, we heard loud dripping within the wall behind our bed near our heads. Virtual reception apologized for the inconvenience but noted that was the way the building was constructed. We had to move our bed to an opposite wall and rearrange side tables. The fact there is no one in the facility helping guests in person with any regularity added to the frustration. ”Virtual” reception is a big failure. Also, there were so many blinking safety lights we had to cover them with stickers to get a good night's sleep. Crucial since hubby was running with the bulls early in the morning!

We were driving from France to Spain and needed a nightly stop-over. Having been pleased with NH Hotels in the past we gave this one a try. Easy access to and from the highways, covered parking, spacious, comfortable and clean rooms and a good breakfast. Our only complaint was their free WiFi which we weren’t able to access. Family friendly as well.

This was a lovely hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and in a great location to walk around Pamplona. We were on a group tour and our included meal for dinner was absolutely terrible. Salad as a starter was bland, main course was some form of re formed/manufactured chicken in bechamel sauce in bread crumbs with two boiled potatoes that looked like they had been wacked with a hammer, tasteless. Dessert wasn’t much better, some type of yoghurt which didn’t taste very nice with what I think was frozen, not fresh tasteless fruit garnished on the top. Most of the group left most of their food. We were put in a separate room which wasn’t very inviting and I felt like a 2nd class citizen compared to the other residents. Breakfast wasn’t much better, we were put back in the separate room, limited selection of food compared to what was being offered to other residents. The hotel and the tour company we were with need to address this issue as it was an absolutely awful experience.

Went there during the running of the bull festival so room was extremely expensive. I would not rate it as 4 star as some 3 star hotels are as good & provide better facilities. It does have a gym & sauna & restaurant & bar. Room is standard size, a bit dark because the lower half of the room is painted dark grey with a big dark picture above the bed head. I would say bathroom has been renovated but not the bedroom. Study table & chair look old. Window faces a wall on the 5th floor. 2 bots of water & 2 small bots of white wine & a pkt of soft jelly lollies are welcome gifts. No coffee/tea making facilities so I requested for a kettle with some tea/coffee. A kettle was provided with a couple of teabags, no coffee & some milk for 1st night. No more stock was replenished even though we stayed for 3 nts. I suppose I would hv to keep requesting for more stock, Housekeeping is done everyday but towels not changed everyday like some hotels. Hair/body wash in one is provided but no hair conditioner like most hotels in Europe. No face washers provided unless requested. No iron or ironing board. There’s a safe in the room & a sml fridge. Aircon works well. TV is very small. Remote control is very hard to press to change channels & we just manually had to press buttons at the back of the TV. Went through a lot of channels but I don’t think there’s any English channels. Tried to take a picture with the bull placed at the front of the hotel without even touching it or close to it but a couple of the staff got into a fit. Pretty unpleasant.

Estuvimos el día 21/6/2023 pasamos 5 noches y nos parecieron pocas, por lo que nos gustó la ciudad de Pamplona, y nos acompañó el clima, salieron unas vacaciones perfectas. Sobre el hostal, perfecto en la situación céntrico, la habitación estaba nueva reformada, amplitud suficiente, suelo de tarima y azulejo, buena iluminación, detector de incendios, plano de situación de emergencia, varios enchufes e interruptores. Dispone de TV plana grande en HD, buena conexión WI-FI, papelera , armario ropero tipo ikea, sin puertas ni cajones, con suficientes perchas para colgar la ropa, un taburete sin mesa escritorio, mesillas sin cajones, teléfono sin conectar, cama grande, colchón amplio y cómodo, espejo alargado en la habitación. buen aire acondicionado, ventana grande que da a la calle con cortinas, no hay buena vista por ser una calle estrecha. No dispone de nevera. Cuarto de baño espacioso, bonitos diseños, con plato ducha, secador, espejo de aproximación y aumento, vasos de papel ecológicos, no tiene ninguna repisa para dejar los utensilios de aseo, ni bidé, algo escueto. La limpieza muy bien, y el trato por parte del personal atento y amable. Está situado en un edificio en la primera planta, comparten con vecinos la entrada. Recepción personal de 9h en dos turnos, código para entrar en portal piso y puerta de la habitación. La recepción adjunta pequeña sala de descanso con algún libro. La entrada al portal un poco deprimente. Dispone de ascensor pero antes hay un tramo de unos escalones.
