Ulasan Willander Resort

The design of the hotel was really thought of. It’s clean & has no smell. Pool was good but a bit shallow.  Overall a good place as a base.

We booked a two-night stay and overall it was good. Location is one kilometer away from the beach center. You can ride a tricycle to the center for P100. It is just along the road and it is situated within a commercial center where there is a cafe, convenience store, restaurants and clinic. Amenities are good. Since this is a new hotel, the furnitures and appliances are new and in good condition. Water pressure is great, shower heater is working perfectly. Private javuzzi is a plus. The bfast buffet is actually more of chinese cuisine and not of wide variety but just enough for the price. There is a big television but the channels and movies available are chinese. Overall, still a good experience. It is peaceful and quiet in the resort and you can enjoy the pool area specially if there are few guests.

They have nice amenities, and they responded to our inquiries quite fast. Though the bathroom dont smell nicely. We had great time.

The place is very nice but the pool it’s a little bit dirty, I like the views but the shower doesn’t have sliding doors And you can’t watch the TV it’s a Korean It supposed to be English or Filipino Channel Because you’re in the Philippines! the amenities it’s not Complete Really disappointingand There’s more!!!  a power outage! Yes! You can read that out loud the electricity cut off for how many hours 🙄 Definitely not coming back! It was a terrible!

Very poor housekeeping management. Many times the room was still not cleaned at 4:00pm eventhough leaving the room at 8:00am and "please make up my room" sign placed outside the door. Many times asked to clean the room, but nevertheless no actions taken after several hours. Many times no towels provided. After several times a day frequently asking, finally they provide towels. Absolutely not "cherrish your quests" mentality.

The resort is quite new, is a bit away from everything and as the public transportation is a burden it's not easy to get to the beach or bar area. The pool is very shallow, is for kids only. Problem is the noise of the arriving and departing airplanes and of the traffic on the street.

poor breakfast,cold always limited choice,tv only worked half the time in our 2 day stay, swimming pool very poor,looked good but water dirty not kept well,and water well blow level by at least a foot,clearly visible due to signs and water mark round the tiles.

Everything is okay except no warm water for shower & staff could be more helpful

Nice place, quiet near Aloha Beach with 10 min walk. Great location to stay.

Let’s start from the good parts: * The service was great, always welcome you with a smile and greeting. * location- although it takes 15 mins to Alona beach , it was not bad or we didn’t feel a burden from it. * soft towels , pillow, soft duvet, soft toilet paper - really good. Now for the bad parts: The hotel has a lot of potential to be great. But unfortunately it doesn’t do much to be like that. * breakfast - the worst I’ve ever had. No western selection, no omelette, no cappuccino. * pool - is great when it’s clean. Unfortunately it wasn’t clean and we complained about it and they cleaned it a day after but still , it must be maintain. * the AC remote function is only in Chinese , don’t understand that point at all. Why it’s not in English? No user friendly.
