Facilities: The pool in the courtyard was really nice, but everything else was pretty mediocre. Cleanliness: I can't even begin to describe it. Environment: Excellent. Alona Beach is just a five-minute walk away, which makes up for everything else. Service: So-so.

Great location for the price! The breakfasts were a bit repetitive, and the rooms themselves are a bit dated; our air conditioning wasn't working very well. But a huge thank you to all the staff, who were always very responsive, helped us with everything, and tried to resolve our issues! They were a great help!

Great place to stay - will book again in the future.

Place was good and a short walk down to the beach. There was noisy Russian tourists staying on both sides of our room but it was ok and the pool was just outside our room. Free breakfast included and the food was good. So a good stay for the money.

Receptionists are very approachable and accomodating. Food is the best! If you’re looking gor legit italian food I recommend this place. I think for the rooms it has a little to improve. Like for the cleaning changing of rugs and towels everyday.

Nice resort

The grounds are very green. The rooms are quiet. A very nice and clean pool! There's a Russian diving center and a delicious restaurant on site! I liked the continental breakfast better; the crumpets were so delicious! We had pizza and lasagna for dinner, and everything was delicious. It's a leisurely 15-minute walk to Alona! One downside: there's construction next to the hotel, so it's a bit noisy during the day.

The location is convenient; it's a 20-minute walk to the beach for diving and only a 5-minute walk to the main street for dinner—extremely convenient! 👍👍

Quite a good small hotel, the price-quality corresponds. The territory is well-kept. The pool is clean. The staff is friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day. Water 2x0.5, if not enough, you can fill it in the cooler, as well as hot water. At our request, we were provided with a kettle. Breakfasts on the menu of two types - Filipino and continental, without vegetables and fruits (except for 1 piece of watermelon per person). One big minus is the neighbor's rooster crowing every morning. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the beach. The hotel has an Italian restaurant. We ordered pizza, delicious.

Cozy hotel. The room has air conditioning. There is a very good restaurant on site, delicious food.. a good continental or Filipino breakfast.. your choice. Pool. But the beach is a problem... I couldn't walk to the place where I could swim... but I had no goal, so I calmed down with the sea views from the observation deck.. if a beach holiday is the main goal, it is better to find another option. There is a bus stop and a jeepney nearby to get to Tagbilaran.

The location is convenient, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast bread is delicious. However, the toiletries in the room are very simple, with only a small piece of soap and a small packet of shampoo, which makes the shower experience not very good. In addition, one day the water supply was cut off due to a motor failure, and I had to wait an entire afternoon before I could properly wash.

The room is cozy, equipped with air conditioning, good water pressure, and a well-functioning instantaneous water heater. Daily housekeeping is provided, and the staff is friendly and always ready to help. If you pre-purchase breakfast with your stay, you get a choice of Filipino (rice, eggs, sausage) or Continental (toast with butter and jam, eggs, and fruit). The hotel also has a wonderful Italian restaurant with a pizza oven. There's also a dive shop with a Russian instructor (which is both a plus and a minus, as Russians aren't always known for their tact and manners, and they tend to push tables together in the restaurant and noisily share their impressions of dives or excursions).

Excellent hotel. If you came to relax, go diving and eat delicious food, then this is a great option for your money. On the territory of the hotel there is an excellent diving center with high-class diving masters. I was pleasantly surprised by the Italian restaurant located on the territory of the hotel. Service, cleanliness and comfort correspond to the level of three stars.
