Ребята, этот отель спас наш отдых! Поскольку пляжи (море) все на острове откровенное разочарование, то бассейн в этом отеле нам показался просто райским. Он сделан не как обычные бассейны имеет разные уровни для лежания и отдыха, чудные беседки, а главное там так тихо и всего 5 номеров, из которых не все заняты, поэтому есть полное ощущение что ты на собственной вилле. И это приятно. Номер тоже отличный как апартаменты с гостинной и кухней. Супер

Nous avons séjourné une nuit. C'est une recommandation coup de cœur du Loonely Planet. Je pense que c'est à ré évaluer... Par rapport aux autres endroits où nous avons séjourné. L'endroit est relativement propre, l'accueil sympathique. La piscine est très très grande, bien entretenue. Mais l'endroit manque d'âme, aucun cachet, un bon coup d'anticalcaire serait appréciable sur les robinets. Nous avons eu quelques fourmis sur le lit. Le restaurant est bien mais rien d'incroyable. C'est très bien comme lieu de passage mais sans doute moins pour passer ses vacances. Il y a des serviettes pour la piscine à demander à la réception. Nous avons eu une coupure de courant vers 5h du matin, cela arrive.

Reservations team was so responsive and accommodating. Front desk staffs were more transactional. They can't seem to like interacting with guests since by the time we arrived until we checked out. F and B staffs were more courteous like saying Hi and hello. Housekeeping was helpful. Aircon works well. Room is clean. I love the hot and cold shower as well. We love the easy access to the pool. We had the room on the ground floor which is good for us. Minor issues : - they don't provide extra bed for extra person. Room towel as well. Very limited. However, we managed to ask pool towels from Hk team since we are mostly swimming and we really need extra towels. - front desk is just until 10pm so if you need anything, you have to check it before reception closes. But actually they have guard at night who was so helpful as well. I requested a bath mat from front desk and nothing came until i met a guy from Hk and he sent one. - though the front desk was not so helpful. Other team was able to fulfill their lapses. So its okay. We are not demanding people. its just that we lacked those in our room which are basic. Housekeeping must to check on this before check in time so we can reduce our time and effort. But overall, we had a great stay. We felt at home and we enjoyed the big pool. My son had a great time at the pool. The resort is like 5 minutes drive away from the beach. But theres tricycle outside. Kuya driver was so nice to us. Didnt demand for a high price unlike other tricycle drivers. If you need good tricycle driver. His plate number is #357.

Hemos estado un grupo de 7 amigos una semana alojados. Las habitaciones son amplias, modernas, nuevas y bonitas (el único pero que no tenía agua caliente (tampoco la necesité, por eso no lo dije), y que a veces no reponían el champú viendo que se había acabado)). La piscina es excepcional y el personal muy amable y eficiente. Puedes darte un masaje en la misma habitación. No sirven cenas, pero la puedes llevar tu o encargarla y la traen. Esta todo muy limpio y el jardín muy cuidado. La relación calidad-precio es excelente! Preguntamos si podíamos hacer el checkout un poco más tarde y nos dijeron que si (2 horas más pero pagando 1500 php), creo que nos les habría costado nada dejarnos salir un poco más tarde... Está alejado del centro, eso le aporta una gran tranquilidad y silencio, aunque siempre dependes de un transporte.
