Excellent value. The breakfast is the strongest point by far with a solid array of foods, drinks and nibbles. The room was a decent size with AC and TV. The water pressure was great and was of course hot. Soaps and towels provided, though there was no hairdryer. However, the room did contain a large fridge and full mirror. The only real negative is the WiFi. It basically doesn't work enough to load more than a Google page. The speed test showed between 3-6 megabytes per second throughout the hotel, so no online video calls I'm afraid. That said, for the price paid, one can't complain. The value is exceptional. Note that the fitness centre contains very old mostly broken equipment, though the pool looks nice enough.

Rooms are like apartments and quite comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Also about halfway between airport and downtown but connected to a shopping centre so there is plenty on the doorstep.

Hotel centrico, las habitaciones son espaciosas y los baños son grandes! Es un poco vieja la decoración pero está bien. Dispone de gimnasio, piscina y duchas fuera! Es una buena eleccón!

Poxa, da até preguiça de avaliar. Solicitei um quarto com vista para a cidade, não é pedir demais né. Pois não tive.
A chave da porta ficou presa, acionamos a recepção que informou a manutenção; mais de meia hora e nada. (Viajo para tratamento médico); fiquei sentada no chão por mais de meia hora. Até que forneceram outro quarto.
Sem água quente. A área do vaso sanitário alagava toda vez que usávamos o chuveirinho (de forma correta); foi difícil viu. Já tinha me hospedado lá antes e tive outra experiência totalmente diferente.

可能是當地經濟發展的問題，已經是當地最好的酒店了，但是整體跟國內維也納比都還弱一點的感覺。在主幹道邊上，治安不錯。 因為行程變更雖然攜程有標註不能退款，而且已經入住兩天後了，溝通後酒店還是同意退款。 很加分

Travelling with my son. We absolutely love this place. It has the feel of a boutique gallery hotel. We are so happy with our room. Nr 5. It's spacious and has so much character. It's quiet. The service and attention to our needs is impeccable. The breakfast room is absolutely wonderful. The buffet is small but has enough variety. If you want something that's not there like freshly made scrambled eggs..not a problem just ask for it. The rooftop terrace is a sanctuary on it's own. Overlooking the Plaza and to the right the Manus theatre. Great location! Diverse food opportunities around.

很好很強大的酒店，性價比極高，除了空調聲音稍大，其他無任何問題。乾淨衞生，設施齊全，服務周到熱情。早餐也很豐盛，強烈的推薦入住。
這次馬瑙斯之行非常開心，一切都很順利，在馬瑙斯港檢票口旁邊的代理那裡定的一日遊性價比太高了，他們説是150，我剛開始以為是美元，後來再三確認是150亞雷爾，包括粉紅海豚食人魚黑白河交匯原始部落等，當然還有豐盛的午餐。一直到結束也不敢相信中途沒有強制收取任何費用。整個船是拼接的都是本地人。玩得挺開心的。衹是導遊全程用葡萄牙語服務。
導航到ponta negra beach內格羅河有沙灘可以游泳，河水讓我想起額爾古納河。從porto da CEASA坐輪渡到Porto do Careiro da Várzea，這裏的碼頭也可以游泳，這裡是亞馬遜河干流。

GGuest UserThe hotel experience of this trip is really full! Just stepping into the hotel, you can feel the warm and thoughtful service of the staff, from the efficient process of check-in at the front desk to the initiative to help carry luggage, every detail is very intimate.
During the stay, the cleaning staff can be seen cleaning the room on time every day, the beds are neatly arranged, all kinds of supplies are replenished in time, the room is always spotless, and the comfort is directly full.
The hotel stay experience this time is really great, I really recommend it to everyone! Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, this is a great choice!

Ccs030001481103It's very close to the airport and convenient. There is a shuttle bus, but it's not frequent. You'd better use Uber to pick up the airport. The room is not too small, clean and tidy. Breakfast is okay, the fruits are not as rich as those in Brazil.

ZZhongxuThe owner is really nice! Even though there was a problem with the trip.com platform which showed the wrong availability on the website. The moment I booked there was actually no availability anymore. But the owner was very responsible even though this was not his fault and he help me find a close by hotel for the night! And also offered me to have breakfast at Seringal, which is really great! The breakfast itself is also a plus!

GGuest UserLocated very close to the Amazon theatre, Taj Mahal is a very old hotel, the room despite spacious and with good air conditioning, has problems in facilities such as cutting gardens, shelling floor, old and rough towels, Doubtful board ... but all this has already been expected because the value they collect is very low. it does not give to expect much more than that for this price.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good. The friendliness of the employees is perfect. Comfortable bed, good bathroom. There is no shower pressure but it is still fine. Lots of pillows. The people are helpful although they must be careful to keep the tables clean so that others can occupy them for breakfast. They must also bring clothes from the laundry to the room without having to ask for them. However, this does not diminish how good a hotel it is. Only details to improve.
